SAMT SUDOE persigue la creación de redes y vínculos entre empresas, centros de I+D, educación superior, organismos públicos para promover nuevas tecnologías KET dentro del espacio SUDOE. Las tecnologías KET de fabricación aditiva (impresión 3D) y materiales avanzados serán el foco del proyecto con el fin de impulsar sistemas de producción avanzados, nanotecnología y nuevos materiales. Estas KET se transferirán a las industrias del plástico y molde, industrias tecnológicas arraigadas en el espacio SUDOE que trabajan en una amplia gama de sectores, como la automoción, salud, industria creativa, textil, calzado y bienes de consumo. El sector del plástico y molde del espacio SUDOE se enfrenta a varios problemas comunes que merma su capacidad de competir globalmente: dificultades para involucrarse en actividades I+D, problemas para incorporar innovaciones desarrolladas en Universidades o centros I+D, dificultades en la actualización de tecnología y en el desarrollo de competencias del personal. Este proyecto ha sido estructurado de manera que responda a los desafíos regionales y permita alcanzar sus objetivos reuniendo a un grupo destacable de organismos con conocimiento y experiencia en la fabricación aditiva y las tecnologías de plásticos y moldes. Productos: - El desarrollo de una plataforma colaborativa SAMT transnacional que facilitará la implicación de las pymes en actividades de I+D y la colaboración entre organizaciones a través de la cadena de valor. - Desarrollo material educativo de libre acceso (OER - Open Educational Resources) que favorecerá la retención del conocimiento, la actualización tecnológica y el desarrollo de mano de obra cualificada. - Demostradores KET. Implementación transnacional de pilotos demostrativos multi-KET. En conjunto, el proyecto promoverá la aplicación de nuevas KET en el sector del plástico y molde del espacio SUDOE que debe contribuir al desarrollo de actividades I+D transnacional capacitando a empresas y organizaciones interactuar continuamente con el sistema de I+D. Esto permitirá un desarrollo en sus competencias que les posibilite hacerse cargo de factores diferenciadores en mercados competitivos.

Le projet SAMT SUDOE a pour but de développer des liens et des synergies entre les entreprises, les centres de recherche et développement, les clusters, les institutions régionales, gouvernementales et d'éducation afin de promouvoir les nouvelles technologies KET dans l'espace SUDOE. Les technologies KET de fabrication additive (imprimante 3D) et de matériaux avancés dans les secteurs industriels de l'espace SUDOE constitueront le cœur. Ces technologies KET seront étendues aux industries des plastiques et des moules qui représentent des industries technologiques bien établies. Le secteur des plastiques et des moules dans l'espace SUDOE fait face à un nombre de problèmes qui entrave leur compétitivité. On peut citer leur difficulté à s'investir de manière efficiente dans la recherche et le développement, leur difficulté à intégrer des innovations issues des universités et des institutions de R&D, leur difficulté à moderniser leur technologie et à développer la qualification de leur personnel. Le projet a été structuré de telle manière à ce qu'il corresponde aux challenges régionaux et qu'il allie des organisations qui ont une connaissance et une expertise reconnue dans les la fabrication additive et les technologies des plastiques et des moules. Les produits suivants sont envisagés : - La mise en place d'une plateforme web SAMT collaborative et transnationale qui facilitera l'implication des SMEs dans les activités de R&D et la collaboration entre les organisations à travers une chaine de valorisation. - Le développement de Ressources Educatives Ouvertes qui encourage la connaissance, la modernisation des technologie et le développement de compétence et de qualification du personne ; - Les démonstrateurs KET qui seront implémentés au niveau transnational. De manière globale, le projet SAMT SUDOE va promouvoir l'application de nouvelles technologies KET dans le domaine des plastiques et des moules au sein de l'espace SUDOE. Ceci contribuera à un développement transnational des activités R&D et à une interaction plus forte entre les compagnies et les organisations et l'écosystème de R&D. En conséquence, une compétitivité accrue est attendue.

Description (EN): SAMT SUDOE aims at creating network and links with enterprises, I+D centres, high education, public organisms to promote new KET technologies within Sudoe area.

Achievements (EN):

The SAMT SUDOE project started from a study of the state of the art of the plastics and mould sectors analysing the opportunities for additive manufacturing technologies of this sector. The result is a sectorial roadmap, which establishes future forecasts. On the other hand, a web platform was developed to match ideas of business projects, information and contact between entities. All these actions aimed at expanding the knowledge of SMEs about additive manufacturing and demonstrate the capabilities and applications offered by additive manufacturing technologies. The results of the project include: - A technological roadmap that identifies existing technologies and possible KET technologies. - An online collaborative platform for the participation of SMEs in the development of R + D activities and collaboration between organizations through the value chain. - Open access educational material. - KET (Key Enabling Technologies) demonstrators to illustrate the real applications of additive manufacturing technologies. On the other hand, SAMT SUDOE has won the Interact Slam audience award in 2019 thanks to a video based on the storytelling technique (video).
