Themes. In the search per themes (Statistics), the number of projects per themes and the budgets per theme are not consistent with the actual number of projects/budgets. Why?

This is due to the fact that up to three themes can be assigned to one project. For instance, if you choose to generate a chart on the number of projects per theme (e.g., ‘Innovation capacity’) and 120 projects are indicated, that means that all these projects are dealing with innovation capacity, but it might not be the main and only focus. For the very same reason, if a budget of EUR 18 million is stated for projects dealing with innovation capacity, this does not mean that this budget is exclusively spent for this topic/keyword.
