L’objectif de TRAMPOLINE est d’accroitre le nombre de jeunes qui obtiennent un premier emploi (environ 500). De cette finalité découlent deux autres ambitions : soutenir, d’une part, la formation et la mobilité des jeunes et renforcer, d’autre part, les structures qui leur prêtent appui, à savoir, les Centres d’Information Jeunesse et les services publics d’orientation et d’emploi. Le projet constituera un Réseau pour les Mobilités Transfrontalières des Jeunes qui continuera ses fonctions au-delà de la durée du projet. Trampoline mobilisera les professionnels de l’information et de l’orientation pour augmenter le nombre de jeunes qui trouvent un emploi. Le projet prévoit des sessions de sensibilisation, créera des outils numériques pour la recherche d’emploi, fera de la recherche sur le marché du travail transfrontalier et promouvra des formations communes, entre autres, dans le champ de l’animation socio-culturelle, un des secteurs clef pour la première expérience de travail des jeunes. Les résultats parleront d’eux-mêmes: plus de 4.000 réponses à des demandes d’information; la constitution d’un Réseau d’au moins 30 partenaires actifs. Nous prévoyons la formation de 100 jeunes et 80 professionnels (formateurs et accompagnateurs). Finalement, le Réseau Transfrontalier pour les Mobilités des Jeunes permettra la pérennisation de la collaboration entre les partenaires des trois pays membres du Programme: Andorre, France et Espagne.

El objetivo de TRAMPOLINE es aumentar el número de jóvenes que obtienen un primer empleo (alrededor de 500). De él se desprenden dos objetivos operativos: apoyar, por un lado, la formación y la movilidad de los jóvenes y reforzar, por otro, las estructuras que les prestan apoyo, los Centros de Información Juvenil y los servicios públicos de orientación y empleo. El proyecto creará una Red para la Movilidad Transfronteriza de los Jóvenes que continuará con sus funciones más allá de la duración del proyecto. TRAMPOLINE movilizará a los profesionales de la información y la orientación juvenil para aumentar el número de jóvenes que encontrarán un empleo. El proyecto prevé sesiones de sensibilización, la creación de herramientas digitales para la búsqueda de empleo, la investigación sobre el mercado de trabajo transfronterizo y la realización de formaciones comunes, entre otras, en el campo de la animación socio-cultural, uno de los sectores clave para la primera experiencia laboral de los jóvenes. Los resultados hablarán por si mismos: más de 4.000 respuestas a las demandas de información y la constitución de una Red de al menos 30 socios activos. Se prevé la formación de 100 jóvenes y 80 profesionales (formadores y orientadores). Finalmente, la Red Transfronteriza para la Movilidad Juvenil permitirá la perpetuidad de la colaboración entre socios que cubren los tres países del Programa: Andorra, Francia y España.

Description (EN):

The aim of TRAMPOLINE is to increase the number of young people who get a first job (to around 500). Two operative objectives come out of this one: on the one hand, to support the training and mobility of the youth, and, on the other, to strengthen the supporting structures, such as Youth Information Centres or Public Employment and Vocational Guidance Services. As a result, the project will create a sustainable Youth Cross-Border Mobility Network, that will keep on working after the finalisation of the project. TRAMPOLINE will mobilize youth information and guidance professionals in order to increase the number of young people that will find employment. The project plans awareness-raising sessions, the creation of digital tools to find jobs, cross-border job market research, and the promotion of common training, among others, in the socio-cultural animation field, as one of the key sector for a first work experience of our target group. The results speak for themselves: More than 4.000 answers to the request of information, and the creation of a Network formed by at least 30 active partners. It is planned to train 100 young people and 80 professionals (trainers and counsellors). Finally, the Youth Cross-Border Mobility Network will allow the sustainability of the cooperation between the partners that cover the three countries of the Programme: Andorra, France and Spain.
