Achievements (EN): 1. An adequate environment to develop accesible tourism products and services at the Black Sea level was supported through partnership and cooperation activities:
(a) Experience exchange and Good Practices Transfer in the Heritage Tourism Sector at Cross Border Level took place by means of Cross border Study Visits (4), 1 Joint on-line planning Toolkit, a database with standards and recommendations on heritage tourism, 1 Advanced Methodology adopeted to Improve knowledge Management within the Partnership;
(b) Improved professional skills for Heritage Tourism at Cross Border scale comprising:
- "Heriscout" 1 e-course in Heritage Tourism Planning and Management;
- 4 On-site lectures in Heritage Tourism Planning and Management organized in Drama Greece - thematic "Specific sector problem tracing at CB level", Varna Bulgaria - thematic "Sector specific good practices identification at CB level", Batumi Georgia - thematic "Sector specific policy recommendations at CB level and Istanbul Turkey - tehmatic "sector specific applications at CB level";
- 1 Curriculum in Heritage Tourism Planning;
- ALECTOR Mediatheck with 4,000 digital files uploaded to address http://moodle.alector.org
- 1 common Tool with high transferability degree;
- 1 common tool to improve management of domain's specific knowledge at CB level commonly developed by partners;
(c) Assessing Tourism Accessibility in the Project Area by organizing a Joint Tourism Accessibility Study, E& Quality Survey on Local Heritage Consumption were addressed to users of heritage places/museums, galleries (http://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HF36CGC), 24 Guidelines concerning heritage tourism resources
(d) A Typology of Heritage Tourism Products and Services at Cross Border Level created helped by: ALECTOR's Heritage Tourism Typology Study Handbook, Quality Visitors experience Planning Manual, 10 Good practices identified for heritage tourism products and services, 50 Guidelines to identify/plan for visitor experience opportunities.
2. Jointly developed Quality Standards and Good Practices Guidelines for Accesible Heritage Tourism Products and Services at cross-border improved tourism opportunities in the project area through cooperation (Alector's Interpretive Signage Manual for Heritage Tourism Products & Services (e-version), Alector's Tourism Accessibility Handbook/digital files, 1 Common tourism Planning Methodology, The BS Pool of Heritage Experts/database at CB level in digital files, 9 Quality label for Heritage tourism products and services in the Black Sea delivered/3D printing copies , 1 Common methodology for the evaluation of sector specific accessible products & services, 1 Common methodology for the planning of sector specific accessible products & services, SCRIPTORAMA event - The Project’s Open Street Museum with 100 panels in printed form exibited during events, 9 Permanent exibition in partners cities, BLACK PEARLS -Project’s CB Travel Aider).
3. Cross-border cooperation in the Black Sea area enhanced through strategic partnership in heritage tourism sector based on:
(a) Alliances between Multilevel Actors for regional competitiveness (Black Sea Heritage Inventory/Register; a Database of Multilevel Actors; 9 seminars and 9 round table organized);
(b) Social Economy Forces/actors activated (1 Project Driven Outreach Strategy Plan for the Voluntary Sector developed; 1 Register of Voluntary Heritage Organisations and Initiatives in the Project; ALECTOR's Volunteer e-Forum, ALECTOR's Volunteer Award Event organized in Istanbul, Turkey).
(c) Actions that inssured on Project's results viability: Project-driven multilateral Co-operation Agreements established, a Black Sea Heritage Observatory, a Heritage Startegy)
