Description (EN): The project is to increase the opportunities for institutional cooperation of authorities responsible for managing specific areas such as culture and cultural heritage. In the context of the project, it appears advisable to look at the issue of underdevelopment of social infrastructure, particularly the issue of access to the public cultural infrastructure within two partner communities in the area of Polish-Ukrainian border-Horodlo and Mychlyn Village Council. At present, the existing cultural infrastructure of Horodło Municipality is not sufficient. Around Hrebenne village is no object that meets cultural features of the object fulfilling a role of a cultural centre. On Ukrainian side similar as on Polish side is lack the object fully adapted to act as a cultural centre. However the club exists. But this property requires a thorough modernization work, in order to be adapted for the cultural offer on appropriate level. Therefore realization of the project is determined for a problem of lack of cultural infrastructure and good technical background in Hrebenne village, municipality Horodło and Mychlyn Village Council. All the above generates a problem of inability to stimulate the development of an institutional network of cross-border cooperation in the field of culture between the municipality Horodło and Mychlyn Village Council.
