Description (EN):

Main goal of project is enhancing the accessibility of the border area of Bieszczady and Stary Sambor Counties by integrating the actions in transportation infrastructure through reconstructing the 1st stage of Jureczkowa - Kwaszenina - Arłamów route and reconstruction of the streets of the Stary Sambor, which will improving the living conditions of the inhabitants of the border area and economic development related to the modernisation of regional communication systems. Project is also about improving the cross-border neighbourly relations by cooperating on the project, exchange of ideas and experiences, as well as by creating lobbying efforts for joint enterprises in developing the border areas. The cooperation of both regions in Poland and Ukraine will involve shared experiences and benefits from the projects. Bieszczady County and the Stary Sambor region are adjacent areas that express the willingness and tendencies of much value to the border belt. The joint actions executed as part of the cross-border partnership include: activities in education, culture, sports, tourism, environmental protection, healthcare, public safety, public transport and public roads.
