Le projet consiste en la création d'une agence trinationale de promotion des énergies renouvelables. Cette agence, basée á Bale, Strasbourg et Freiburg, aura des missions suivants: - mettre en réseau les partenaires travaillant en ce domaine dans l'espace du Rhin Supérieur, afin de concentrer le savoir-faire existant, - informer sur les questions relatives au financement de projets dans le domaine de l'énergie durable.
