Objectifs généraux et changements attendus: Le projet VIVIMED vise à développer un modèle inclusif de gouvernance transfrontalier à faveur du tourisme innovant et durable dans les territoires de l'arrière-pays méditerranéen. Principales réalisations: Création d'un modèle de gouvernance participative pour la promotion transfrontalière du tourisme durable dans l’aire de coopération, reproductible dans la région méditerranéenne. Elaboration d'une méthodologie intégrée pour le développement de services touristiques innovantes et durables qui puissent mettre en réseau les potentiels des territoires des arrière-pays, à partir de la mise en valeur des écosystèmes naturels, des établissements humains et des ressources locales historiques et culturelles. Mise en œuvre du scouting e coaching envers les PME du secteur touristique, la promotion des réseaux d'entreprises interdisciplinaires et des business models innovants pour le tourisme rural. Approche adoptée par le projet et approche transfrontalière Afin de développer des solutions innovantes et compétitives de tourisme rural, le projet prévoit des processus participatifs à travers des Living Labs activés dans 10 territoires de l’arrière-pays choisis par les partenaires: administrations publics, entreprises, recherche et habitants. L'échange entre les territoires des 5 régions permet de développer une approche opérationnelle transfrontalière comme base pour la diffusion et la promotion d'un modèle concurrentiel de tourisme territorial dédié à l'arrière-pays méditerranéen. Aspects novateurs: développement de solutions innovantes pour le tourisme durable, authentique et à forte valeur ajoutée, qui accède à une pluralité de ressources territoriales en termes environnementales, culturels, sociales et économiques, faisant devenir le thème du tourisme le biais intersectoriel pour le développement des territoires des arrière-pays dans l’aire de coopération.

General objective and expected changes: The VIVIMED project aims to develop an inclusive model of cross-border governance to support innovative and sustainable tourism in the Mediterranean hinterland. Main outcomes: • Creation of a participatory governance model for the cross-border promotion of sustainable tourism in the inland area of cooperation, replicable in the Mediterranean area. • Development of an integrated methodology for the development of innovative and sustainable tourism services that puts the potential of the hinterland areas into a network, starting with the enhancement of the natural ecosystem, anthropic settlements and local resources. • Implementation of scouting and coaching activities for SMEs dealing in the tourism sector, specifically targeting youth employment and equal opportunities, promoting interdisciplinary business networks and innovative business models of rural tourism on a local scale. Approach adopted by the project and specific cross-border approach: in order to develop innovative and competitive rural tourism solutions, the project provides for the start of participatory processes through Living Labs to be set up in 10 areas of the hinterland chosen by the partners, including public administrators, businesses, researchers and residents. The exchange between the 5 Regions involved allows the development of a shared cross-border operational approach as a basis for the dissemination and promotion of a competitive model of local tourism in the Mediterranean hinterland. Innovative aspects: Development of innovative solutions for sustainable, authentic tourism with substantial added value, drawing from a plurality of environmental, cultural, social and economic resources and making the theme of tourism an inter-sectoral lever for the development of the hinterland of the Cooperation area.

Obiettivo generale e cambiamenti attesi: Il progetto VIVIMED vuole sviluppare un modello inclusivo di Governance transfrontaliero a supporto del turismo innovativo e sostenibile nei territori dell’entroterra mediterraneo. Output e realizzazioni principali: •Creazione di un modello di Governance partecipativa per la promozione transfrontaliera del turismo sostenibile nell’entroterra nell’area di cooperazione, replicabile in ambito mediterraneo. •Sviluppo di una metodologia integrata per lo sviluppo di servizi turistici innovativi e sostenibili che metta in rete le potenzialità territoriali delle aree dell’entroterra, partendo dalla valorizzazione dell’ecosistema naturalistico, degli insediamenti antropici e delle risorse locali. •Implementazione di attività di scouting e coaching delle PMI della filiera turistica mirando specificatamente all’impiego giovanile e alle pari opportunità, verso la promozione di reti d’impresa interdisciplinari e modelli di business innovativi di turismo rurale a scala territoriale. Approccio adottato dal progetto e approccio transfrontaliero specifico: ai fini di sviluppare soluzioni di turismo rurale innovativi e competitivi, il progetto prevede l’avvio di processi partecipativi attraverso Living Lab da attivare in 10 territori dell’entroterra scelti dai partner, che coinvolgano amministratori pubblici, imprese, la ricerca e gli abitanti. Lo scambio fra i territori delle 5 Regioni coinvolte permette lo sviluppo di un approccio operativo transfrontaliero condiviso quale base per la diffusione e la promozione di un modello competitivo di turismo territoriale dell’entroterra mediterraneo. Aspetti Innovativi: Elaborazione di soluzioni innovative per un turismo sostenibile, autentico a forte valore aggiunto, attingendo da una pluralità di risorse territoriali in termini ambientali, culturali, sociali ed economici, per far diventare il tema del turismo una leva intersettoriale di sviluppo dei territori dell’entroterra dell’area di cooperaz

Achievements (FR):

Au travers d'études intégrées, d'analyses territoriales multicritères et d'une action d'animation territoriale complexe, qui a permis d'impliquer des centaines de opérateurs et d'acteurs de la filière touristique complémentaire, ViviMed a identifié un système d'outils intégré et articulé visant à favoriser le développement du tourisme durable, innovant et expérimental, testé dans les 10 zones pilotes et reproductible dans les zones internes de la Méditerranée.

Achievements (EN):

Through integrated studies, multi-criteria territorial analyses and a complex territorial animation action, which has made it possible to involve hundreds of operators and actors in the complementary tourism sector, Vivimed has identified an integrated and articulated system of tools aimed at promoting the development of sustainable, innovative and experimental tourism, tested in the 10 pilot areas and reproducible in the internal areas of the Mediterranean.
