Description (EN):

Main goal of the project is to increase competitiveness of the metal-mechanic and related sectors on the Polish – Lithuanian border. As outcome of the project, partners expect growth of knowledge and skills in companies' managerial and technical staff through trainings and workshops, cross-border exchange of experience between companies and business-related institutions; elaboration of innovative business support services tools for cluster's enterprises and cooperative connections as well as increase in quality of business services and activities related with preparing further staff for sector's needs. During the numerous trainings, technical and interpersonal skills of the sector’s employees will be increased. In addition, the project activities will involve students from regional technology universities and training centres, who shall gain practical knowledge in the metal processing sector.

Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności sektora metalowo-mechanicznego i sektorów pokrewnych na granicy polsko-litewskiej. W wyniku realizacji projektu partnerzy oczekują wzrostu wiedzy i umiejętności kadry zarządzającej i technicznej firm poprzez szkolenia i warsztaty, transgraniczną wymianę doświadczeń pomiędzy firmami i instytucjami okołobiznesowymi; wypracowanie innowacyjnych narzędzi usług wsparcia biznesu dla przedsiębiorstw klastra i powiązań kooperacyjnych oraz wzrostu jakości usług biznesowych i działań związanych z przygotowaniem kolejnych pracowników dla potrzeb sektora. Podczas licznych szkoleń podnoszone będą umiejętności techniczne i interpersonalne pracowników sektora. Dodatkowo w działania projektowe zostaną zaangażowani studenci z regionalnych uczelni technicznych i ośrodków szkoleniowych, którzy zdobędą praktyczną wiedzę w sektorze przetwórstwa metali.

Pagrindinis projekto tikslas yra padidinti metalo mechanikos ir susijusių sektorių konkurencingumą Lenkijos - Lietuvos pasienyje. Pasibaigus projektui, partneriai tikisi padidinti įmonių vadovų ir techninio personalo žinių ir įgūdžių mokymus ir seminarus, tarpvalstybinį įmonių ir su verslu susijusių institucijų keitimąsi patirtimi; kurti novatoriškas verslo paramos paslaugų priemones klasterio įmonėms ir kooperaciniams ryšiams, taip pat verslo paslaugų ir veiklos, susijusios su tolesnio personalo paruošimu sektoriaus poreikiams, kokybės gerinimu. Per daugybę mokymų bus didinami sektoriaus darbuotojų techniniai ir tarpasmeniniai įgūdžiai. Be to, projekto veikloje dalyvaus regioninių technologijos universitetų ir mokymo centrų studentai, kurie įgis praktinių žinių metalo apdirbimo sferoje.

Achievements (EN):

The InCom Clus Project established the development of the long-term cooperation providing high level of knowledge diffusion in the LT-PL border area. Trainings and workshops were organized for employees and students within metalworking industries. There were 220 participants of trainings and workshops for employees, and 258 participants in Creative Groups and specialized courses for students.
