Description (EN): Project is a response to the identified problems of unequal access to the high-quality medical services for mothers and children in the Polish-Lithuanian borderland. It includes the implementation of a pilot cross-border health care programme “Healthy mother and child”, which due to its complexity and innovation should be considered as an added value representing a significant cross-border effect. Programme is targeted to population perceiving an unmet need for health care, including people at risk of poverty and social exclusion and includes activities related to the improvement of infrastructure quality, training courses for medical personnel, academy of health leaders, preventive examinations for women and children as well as project conferences. The overall objective of the project is to develop cooperation of the healthcare institutions of the Polish-Lithuanian borderland and to provide equal opportunities for the access of the improved health services for mother and child, and thus to improve the quality of life in the region. Expected main outputs: 1 preventive programme created, 585 participants of the programme, 2 renovated wards, purchased equipment, 4 training courses organised, 320 laboratory tests performed.
Read more Description (PL): Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane problemy związane z nierównym dostępem do wysokiej jakości usług medycznych dla matek i dzieci na pograniczu polsko-litewskim. Przedsięwzięcie obejmuje wdrożenie pilotażowego programu transgranicznej opieki zdrowotnej "Zdrowa matka i dziecko", który ze względu na swoją kompleksowość i innowacyjność powinien być traktowany jako wartość dodana o istotnym oddziaływaniu transgranicznym. Program skierowany jest do populacji odczuwającej niezaspokojone potrzeby w zakresie opieki zdrowotnej, w tym osób zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym i obejmuje działania związane z poprawą jakości infrastruktury, szkoleniami dla personelu medycznego, akademią liderów zdrowia, badaniami profilaktycznymi dla kobiet i dzieci oraz konferencjami projektowymi.Celem ogólnym projektu jest rozwój współpracy instytucji opieki zdrowotnej pogranicza polsko-litewskiego oraz zapewnienie równych szans w dostępie do ulepszonych usług zdrowotnych dla matek i dzieci, a tym samym poprawa jakości życia w regionie. Przewidywane główne produkty projektu : 1 stworzony program profilaktyczny, 585 uczestników programu, 2 wyremontowane oddziały, zakupiony sprzęt, zorganizowane 4 szkolenia, wykonane 320 badań laboratoryjnych.
Read more Description (LT): Bendras projekto tikslas yra plėtoti Lenkijos ir Lietuvos pasienio sveikatos priežiūros įstaigų bendradarbiavimą ir sudaryti vienodas galimybes naudotis patobulintomis motinos ir vaiko sveikatos priežiūros paslaugomis ir taip pagerinti gyvenimo kokybę regione. Tai apima bandomosios tarpvalstybinės sveikatos priežiūros programos „Sveika mama ir vaikas“ įgyvendinimą, kuri dėl savo sudėtingumo ir naujovių turėtų būti laikoma pridėtine verte, turinčia reikšmingo tarpvalstybinį poveikio. Programa skirta gyventojams, suvokiantiems nepatenkintą sveikatos priežiūros poreikį, įskaitant žmones, kuriems gresia skurdas ir socialinė atskirtis ir apima veiklą, susijusią su infrastruktūros kokybės gerinimu, medicinos personalo mokymo kursus, sveikatos lyderių akademiją, prevencinius moterų ir vaikų tyrimus.
Numatomi pagrindiniai rezultatai: sukurta 1 prevencinė programa, 585 programos dalyviai, 2 atnaujintos palatos, įsigyta įranga, organizuoti 4 mokymo kursai, atlikti 320 laboratorinių tyrimų.
