e-Rés@mont a l'objectif d'accroître la sécurité sanitaire en montagne à travers le développement, l'expérimentation et la mise au point d'innovants services sanitaires de médecine montagne de proximité basés sur les technologies de la télémédecine et de la téléconsultation que ce soit pour la population, les touristes et les professionnels de la montagne. En renforçant et améliorant les services sanitaires des territoires plus isolés, le projet contribue au maintien des populations locales dans les zones de montagne, soutenant ainsi l'attractivité des territoires et favorisant, en même temps, un majeur afflux touristique. Le projet permettra également de mettre en œuvre des applications pratiques pour la prévention et le traitement des pathologies liées à la haute altitude. En particulier, l’attention sera adressée au mal aigu de montagne, aux médicaments pour traiter les gelures, à la réalisation d’une étude physiopathologique des réponses à l’altitude et une étude génétique sur la performance des athlètes participants à des parcours d'endurance concurrentiels à haute altitude.

E-Rés@mont ha per obiettivo di aumentare la sicurezza sanitaria in montagna attraverso lo sviluppo, l'implementazione e la promozione di servizi di medicina di montagna innovativi e di prossimità, basati sulle tecnologie della telemedicina e del teleconsulto e rivolti a residenti, turisti e professionisti della montagna. Rinforzando i servizi sanitari dei territori più isolati, il progetto contribuisce alla sfida del contrasto allo spopolamento delle aree periferiche, migliorando così l'attrattività dei territori e favorendo, al contempo, un auspicato maggior afflusso turistico. Il progetto permetterà inoltre di mettere all’opera delle pratiche per la prevenzione ed il trattamento delle patologie legate all’elevata altitudine. In particolare, l’attenzione si rivolgerà al mal di montagna, alle medicazioni per il trattamento dell’assideramento e alla realizzazione di uno studio sulle risposte fisiopatologiche all’alta quota e ad un altro studio genetico legato alla performance degli atleti partecipanti a percorsi competitivi di resistenza ad alta quota.

e-Rés@mont's objective is to improve health security in the mountains, through the development, the implementation and the promotion of advanced local services of High Altitude Medicine, based on the technologies of e-medicine and remote consultancy. The targeted publics are residents, tourists and Mountain-professionals. Through the strengthening of the health services of the most isolated territories, the project contributes in the fight against depopulation and in the improvement of tourism. The project foresees some practices for the prevention and treatment of High Altitude Pathologies. In particular, the focus will be on altitude sickness, exposure's proper medications and on the realization of a research about physio-pathological responses to high altitude. Another genetic research on athletes’ performance during resistance competitions in high altitude is planned.

Expected Results (FR):

Les résultats prevus plus importants sont les suivants: développer et tester un modèle d'assistance sanitaire basé sur un service de téléconsultation virtuelle aussi bien pour les habitants des vallées que pour les gens qui fréquentent la montagne d'une manière plus épisodique (touristes, randonneurs, alpinistes, etc.) ; réaliser une App qui permet à la population à risque en montagne d'accéder à tout moment et même sans connexion Internet à contenus informatifs, à des questionnaires d'auto-évaluation de l'état de santé et à d'autres informations tel que les numéros à contacter en cas d'urgence; mener une étude génétique sur les conséquences, à court et à long terme, du stress prolongé et du manque de sommeil chez les athlètes participants à des parcours d'endurance concurrentiels à haute altitude; Tout au long de son développement, le projet est accompagné par de nombreuses activités de promotion, de diffusion des résultats et de formation destinées soit aux professionnels de la montagne soit au grand public.

Expected Results (IT):

I risultati attesi più importanti sono i seguenti: sviluppare e testare un modello di assistenza sanitaria basato su un servizio di telecooperazione e teleconsulto virtuale rivolto sia agli abitanti delle valli laterali che alle persone che frequentano la montagna in maniera episodica (turisti, escursionisti, alpinisti, ecc.); realizzare un'App che permetta l'accesso, in qualsiasi momento e anche senza connessione internet, ad un contenuto informativo sul male acuto di montagna, a dei questionari per l'auto-valutazione del proprio stato di salute e a diverse informazioni sui numeri da contattare in caso di urgenza; realizzare uno studio genetico sulle conseguenze, a breve e lungo termine, di livelli prolungati di stress e mancanza di sonno in atleti di endurance, in particolar modo quelli coinvolti nella grandi competizioni che si svolgono in quota; Durante tutto il suo sviluppo il progetto sarà accompagnato da numerose attività di promozione, divulgazione e formazione rivolte sia ai professionisti della montagna sia al grande pubblico; Sono previsti anche altri risultati.

Expected Results (EN):

The most important expected results are the following: to develop and test a system of sanitary assistance based on a remote cooperation service of consultancy, addressed to residents and people temporarily visiting high altitude areas (tourists, trekkers, mountaineers, etc); the realization of an App allowing the access, in any moment and without internet connection, to informative contents on altitude sickness, to questionnaires of self-evaluation about one’s health condition and to different emergency contacts’ information; the realization of a genetic research on short and long-term effects of prolonged stress-levels and to lack of sleep in endurance athletes, in particular concerning the ones involved in the most important altitude competitions; during the project, various promotion, divulgation and training activities are foreseen for professionals and for the general public.
