The project titled ‘From the Tatras to Tisza’ is aimed at implementing a live cooperation between regions concerned through establishment of a jointly created communication infrastructure. The lead applicant and their partners initiate a complex prog ram for content development. During the implementation of the project the inhabitants of the region living in the cross-border area will get up-to-date information about the everyday life of their neighbors; that will facilitate networking of organiz ations as well as individuals. A website will be created as part of the project providing information in Slovakian and Hungarian languages respectively. The main areas of topics include culture, public affairs, recreation, social and medical care, re ligious life, as well as nature protection, education and live water management issues, all of them are to be presented in short edited magazine type shows. The shows are produced and broadcast by the lead partner Zemplén Television and their partner . Our goal is to make the website a live forum for communication and contacting and to create a new cultural product involving the civil organizations, institutions and hosting settlements lying in the region. We provide an opportunity for them to in troduce themselves and share information about their programs. A printed publication will also be published every six months making the visibility of the project varied. As an extra, four road-show events will ensure the personal contact with the tar get audience of the project. Access to the project is hindered by the low level of the computer literacy in certain disadvantaged population groups such as the Gypsy minority or the elderly, consequently, four courses on both sides of the border will be launched for free in native languages for them to compensate the arrears in digital skills. Cooperation between our organizations will be launched along a web-designer training plus an 9-part series of professional workshop sessions.

Projekt "Od Tatier k Tise" chce napomôcť spolupráci regiónov vytvorením spoločnej komunikačnej infraštruktúry. Žiadateľ a partneri iniciujú rozvinutie komplexnej spolupráce pre tvorbu mediálnych obsahov. Počas projektu obyvatelia regiónov susedných štátov budú mať prístup k informáciám z rôznych oblastí verejného života, o ich každodennom živote a naskytne sa možnosť pre tvorbu vzťahov ako na inštitucionálnej, tak aj na úrovni medziľudských vzťahov. Počas projektu bude vytvorená internetovská stránka, ktorá v znamení dvojjazyčnosti bude obsahovať informácie v maďarskom a slovenskom jazyku. Po stránke obsahovej bude poskytovať informácie o kultúre, verejnom živote, trávení voľného času, školstve a vodnom hospodárstve formou krátkych redigovaných magazínov. Relácie bude vyrábať televízia Zemplén Televízió a dodávateľ Regionálnej rozvojovej agentúry Šírava. Cieľom je to, aby sa spoločný internetový portál stal priestorom pre nadväzovanie kontaktov. Zapojením civilných organizácií, inštitúcií, miest a obcí regiónu vznikne nový produkt kultúrneho priemyslu, kde budú môcť prezentovať seba a svoje programy. Počas programu sa vyrobí aj printový výstup pre oboznámenie verejnosti s programom, ktorý bude publikovaný pre obyvateľov v polročných intervaloch. Dostupnosť programových aktivít bude výrazne rôznorodá, keďže okrem už uvedených foriem výmenu informácií a tvorbu kontaktov podporí aj usporiadanie 4 roadshow. Dostupnosť informácií môže sťažiť nedostatočná znalosť informačných techník, najmä čo sa týka marginalizovaných skupín (Rómovia, seniori, ...), preto pre tieto skupiny usporiadame vzdelávanie v malých skupinách v celkovom počte 4 modulov u každého partnera vo vlastnom jazyku, za účelom kompenzácie digitálnej negramotnosti. Inštitucionálnu spoluprácu našich organizácií zabezpečíme spoločnou vzdelávacou aktivitou v oblasti redigovania internetových stránok, ako aj ďalšími 9 spoločnými podujatiami, kde budú prebiehať odborné tvorivé dielne.

A Tátrától a Tiszáig projekt a régiók közötti együttműködést kívánja megvalósítani egy közös kommunikációs infrastruktúra létrehozásával. A pályázó és partnerei egy komplex tartalomfejlesztési összefogást kezdeményeznek. A projekt során a régióban élők az élet számos területén kaphatnak információkat a szomszédos ország, közeli térségében élők mindennapjairól, valamint lehetőség adódik a kapcsolatteremtésre is intézményi szinten épp úgy, mint az emberek között. A projekt során létre jön egy weboldal, mely a kétnyelvűség jegyében szlovák és magyar nyelven is tartalmazza az információkat. Tartalmát tekintve elsősorban a kultúra, a közélet, a szabadidő, a szociális ellátás, az egészségügy, a vallás, a természetvédelem, az oktatás, a vízgazdálkodás, a területeken, nyújt információt, rövid, szerkesztett magazinműsorok formájában. A műsorokat a Zemplén Televízió és a partnere készíti és adásába is rendezi sugárzott műsor formájában. Cél, hogy a weboldal az élő kapcsolatteremtés színterévé váljon, élő és új kulturális termék jöjjön létre, a régió civil szervezetei, intézményei, és települései is bekapcsolásával, azok programjainak ismertetésével, bemutatkozásával. A projekt során nyomtatott kiadvány is készül a program megismertetésére, mely félévente megjelenik és eljut a lakossághoz. Mindezzel az elérés színterei meglehetősen sokrétűvé válnak, ugyanis az előzőeken túl, 4 db road-show is biztosítja a kapcsolatteremtés és információ csere széles körét. A hozzáférést nehezítheti a számítástechnikai ismeretek nem megfelelő szintje, ez elsősorban a hátrányos helyzetű csoportokban (romák, idősek) jellemző, így részükre a határ mindkét oldalán ingyenes kiscsoportos képzést indítunk összesen 4 db-ot partnerenként saját nyelven, hogy a digitális leszakadás hátrányát kompenzáljuk. Az intézményeink között együttműködést egy közös web szerkesztői képzéssel alapozzuk meg, valamint összesen 9 db közös rendezvénnyel, melyeken szakmai műhelymunka zajlik javarészt.
