Description (EN):

The Ministry of Education, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic (MINEDU) together with the University of Belgrade - Serbia (UoB) have been entrusted by the European Commission to coordinate the PA7 “To develop the Knowledge Society (research, education and ICT)” within the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR). Based on the previous years of excellent cooperation both institutions therefore decided to continue in their common efforts and focus the project in the upcomming period 2017-2019 foremost on improving the effectivensess of PA7 coordination.

Expected Results (EN): The status of management capacities of Priority Area Coordinators (PAC) to effectively implement EUSDR goals, targets and key action (survey composite indicator)

Expected Outputs (EN): Through this project an improved effectiveness of PA7 overall coordination will be obtained.

Specific Objective: Support to the governance and implementation of the EUSDR (short title). Improve the governance system and the capabilities and capacities of public institutions and key actors involved in complex transnational project development to implement the EUSDR in a more effective way

(11) enhancing institutional capacity of public authorities and stakeholders and efficient public administration through actions to strengthen the institutional capacity and the efficiency of public administrations and public services related to the implementation of the ERDF, and in support of actions under the ESF to strengthen the institutional capacity and the efficiency of public administration.
