The project sets out to address challenges and provide meaningful change by utilising innovation to better support the ageing population through the following objectives: • Increase accesses to services/information through better communication networks and availability; • Work to reduce social isolation by building social relationships through community support; • Maximise social inclusion and participation and • Promote healthy living and improve overall quality of life.
