The agricultural school Schlägl (BS) and the ecological academy Kringell (LVFZ) want to develop a joint, cross-border training program for organic farming and for organic agriculture and establish it sustainably in the border region. Both competence centers can look back on many years of friendly cooperation and now strive for long-term, structural and cross-border cooperation in order to increase the quality of education in the border region, to expand the educational offer, to exploit synergies in the mutual use of facilities and to provide the expanding and deepening knowledge transfer. The course content will be available on the cross-border management and training platform Semiro. Furthermore, cross-border bioprogrammes are planned, which are organized and advertised together. The networking created by the project enables a modern training offer for ecological and organic farming in the common border region.

Description (DE):

Die Landwirtschaftliche Berufs- und Fachschule-Bioschule Schlägl (BS) und das Lehr-, Versuchs- und Fachzentrum & Ökoakademie Kringell (LVFZ) wollen ein gemeinsames, grenzüberschreitendes Ausbildungsprogramm für den ökologischen Landbau bzw. für biologische Landwirtschaft entwickeln und in der Grenzregion nachhaltig etablieren. Die BS ist in Österreich die einzige Schule für biologische Landwirtschaft; das LVFZ ist das regionale Bildungs- und Kompetenzzentrum im Bereich des ökologischen Landbaus für Bayern. Die beiden Kompetenzzentren können auf eine jahrelange, freundschaftliche Zusammenarbeit zurückblicken und streben nun eine langfristige, strukturelle und grenzübergreifende Kooperation an, um die Qualität der Ausbildung in der Grenzregion zu steigern, das Bildungsangebot zu erweitern, Synergien im gegenseitigen Einsatz von Einrichtungen zu nutzen und um den Wissenstransfer auszubauen und zu vertiefen Geplant ist die Weiterentwicklung des Unterrichts in der Abendschule Schlägl und der Ökoakademie Kringell durch innovative „blended learning“ Elemente, um das Aus- und Weiterbildungsprogramm flexibler zu gestalten und damit der Lebensrealität der LehrgangsteilnehmerInnen besser zu entsprechen, sowie die Abwicklung des Ausbildungsprogramms einerseits einfacher und andererseits grenzüberschreitend zu gestalten. Die Lehrinhalte werden auf der grenzüberschreitend nutzbaren Verwaltungs- und Weiterbildungsplattform Semiro zur Verfügung stehen. Weiters sind grenzüberschreitende Biogespräche geplant, welche gemeinsam organisiert und ausgeschrieben werden. Das Gesamtangebot von der BS und von LVFZ stellt eine Win-Win Situation dar, denn durch das abgestimmte Bildungsangebot entsteht ein gemeinsamer Mehrwert für die Grenzregion. Die durch das Projekt entstehende Vernetzung ermöglicht ein modernes Ausbildungsangebot für die ökologische bzw. biologische Landwirtschaft in der gemeinsamen Grenzregion und leistet einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Standortsicherung.

Development and establishment of cross-border educational opportunities in organic farming (GÖL): Through the project, educational opportunities in organic farming could be developed and implemented across borders. Expected Outputs (DE): Durch das gü Weiterbildungsangebot, den gü Ausbildungsbetrieb für Lehrende und Lernende, gü Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, gü Biogespräche und Netzwerkarbeit im Bereich des ökolog. Landbaus wird die gü Kooperation sehr intensiv von vielen Beteiligten wahrgenommen
