Description (EN):

In view of the common needs and challenges of BM area such as slow growth, weak competitiveness, low level of entrepreneurship and a lack of innovative entrepreneurial training in the field of VET and non-formal learning, the project INNOVENTER combines strengths and opportunities of the partners to address these challenges by creation of a learning framework to promote social entrepreneurs competences and skills. The core idea is to establish VET oriented social entrepreneurship (SE) training for SME entrepreneurs so that they innovate themselves, while at the same time also engaging disadvantaged people as employees. A gap that exists between commercial and SE will be addressed. The project embeds concepts of Social Business Initiative (Social economy and Entrepreneurship) with commercial entrepreneurship, embracing characteristics of a social enterprise and it will thrive to stimulate companies to be managed in a more open and responsible manner. Main project outputs all nationally adapted will be tailor-made ECVET compliant training courses on SE with curriculum, learning modules and handbook, online and mobile training platforms with interactive tools for SMEs and supporting knowledge database, mentoring program and employment issues. The training will be piloted and implemented through induction sessions, extended distance learning sessions and training sessions by joint team and involving a cohort of local trainees. Core end-users are decision makers in SMEs, social enterprises and business organizations. Indirectly disadvantaged groups and social economy sector will benefit subsequently. VET trainers will acquire more experience on SE theme. The real benefits and impact on the area will be the increase of competitiveness, innovation and employment levels of SMEs. The approach is through combining in a logical sequence creation of learning content, online platform and piloting of the training courses to trigger learning cooperation scheme encompassing VET institutions and to implement innovative means injecting social aspects in the entrepreneurship training to enhance SMEs competitiveness discovering unused resources. A multi partner country approach is effective tool because the issues at stake are valid for all countries, while the elaborated training material and procedures require to be adjusted to local needs and regulations. Such novel training content and teaching approach supported by e-learning platforms and mobile applications does not exist yet in the partner countries and will create a set of social entrepreneurial skills that can be embedded in VET training bolstering trainees competences and social responsibility. The project adds value by networking of more than 40 VET organizations and 840 people from all partner countries in the field of SE and by creation of the basis toward further proliferation of social innovation in BM area.

Expected Results (EN):

The project results are: 1. Tailor-made training course content on social entrepreneurship according to the curriculum specifications with sections on: - An Introduction to Social Entrepreneurship, - Dimensions of Social Entrepreneurship, - Identifying Social Entrepreneurship in Practice, - Social Change Theories and Dilemmas, - Theory of Social Exchange, - Social Capital, - Social Networks - the Base of Social Capital, - Determinant Personality Traits for Social Capital Building, - Measuring Social Value, - How to Become a Successful Social Entrepreneur? - Social Enterprise Business Plan, - Launch, Growth and Goal Attainment, - The Empowering Leadership of Social Entrepreneurs, - Solving Problems That Can't be Solved. The development of the content will be supported by feedback from at least 170 trainers/practicians through 21 two-days seminars in all partner countries.'2. Induction training (21 sessions in total) encompassing at least 24 trainees and 12 trainers per partner. 3. Extended distance learning and user support of at least 100 users per partner via online and mobile platform during at least 4 months. 4. Joint training sessions (5 in total) encompassing at least 40 trainers/practitioners/facilitators and 100 trainees/young entrepreneurs in all partner country. 5. Joint local employment events (7 in total) including at least 10 employers and 10 job seekers representatives in each. 6. Public information events (15 per partner) involving at least 90 participants per partner. 7. A learning cooperation scheme on social entrepreneurship comprising at least 40 universities, schools and VET centers from all partner countries. The project results address SO1.3 aim to support entrepreneurial learning and to improve SMEs’ entrepreneurial skills and overall competitiveness through vocational education, training, piloting and mentoring.

Expected Outputs (EN):

INNOVENTER will deliver following main outputs (multilingual & nationally adapted): - Training curriculum on social entrepreneurship (SE), ECVET compliant. - Learning SE course (14 modules). - SE trainer`s handbook. - Online & mobile training platforms. - Interactive tool-kit for SMEs . - Supporting knowledge database with case studies, incl. good/bad/best practices, testimonies, videos, etc. - Mentoring program with entrepreneurs across BM area. - Analysis and ways of accreditation of new profession “Social entrepreneur” in compliance with national regulations for VET. - Induction learning sessions in every partner country (21 in total) with local trainees/young entrepreneurs & local trainers/facilitators. - Joint training sessions in every partner country with local trainees/young entrepreneurs & a joint team of trainers/practitioners from partner countries. - Joint local employment events (every programme country, 10 in total) incl. public authority & SMEs organizations representatives. '- Trainers/experts feedbacks and evaluations - Observer Partner representatives contribution in support of knowledge transfer. - Information and dissemination events raising public awareness regarding development of entrepreneurial skills (30 in total). The outputs are designed to achieve specific objectives providing all vital elements of the SE training – programs, training and support materials, testing and implementation. The project main output is an agreement on setup of a Entrepreneurial learning cooperation scheme on social entrepreneurship accompanied by ECVET/ERASMUS+ based Memoranda of understanding/Charter between educational / VET institutions involved by the partners during the activities. By networking of universities, schools and VET centers from the cities of the partner countries the scheme contributes directly to project objectives and indicators.
