The Retracking projects offers a better solution for the retrieval of fibre-reinforced materials (FRC). Products made with recycled FRC will be able to be retrieved more than once, thanks to an improved traceability. This will be supported by the development of an innovative management strategy for FRC waste retrieval, based on the analysis of registration of materials, which will allow the identification and traceability of this “secondary raw material”, creating the conditions necessary to switch from a linear to a circular economy.

Projekt Retracking z izboljšano sledljivostjo novih proizvodov ponuja ustreznejšo rešitev za predelavo kompozitov, utrjenih s steklenimi vlakni (FRC), ki bo omogočala večkratno predelavo proizvodov, izdelanih iz recikliranih kompozitov. Analiza in beleženje proizvodnje omogočata prepoznavanje in sledenje tovrstnim »sekundarnim surovinam«, razvoj inovativne strategije za ravnanje z odpadnimi snovmi ter njihovo predelavo, kar ustvarja pogoje za prehod iz linearnega v krožno gospodarstvo.

Il progetto Retracking offre una soluzione migliore per il recupero di materiali fibrorinforzati (FRC). I prodotti fabbricati con FRC riciclato potranno essere recuperati più volte, grazie alla migliore tracciabilità. Ciò sarà supportato dallo sviluppo di una strategia di gestione innovativa per il recupero dei rifiuti FRC basata sull'analisi e registrazione dei materiali che consente l'identificazione e la tracciabilità di questa "materia prima secondaria", creando le condizioni per passare da un'economia lineare a un'economia circolare.

Achievements (EN):

The project has developed (1) a technological infrastructure which, through the marking of the product label by inserting an RFID tag, allows the traceability of FRC products and (2) a web cloud platform for the management and monitoring of information relating to the various phases of recycling and transformation. Thanks to the implementation of a pilot project, the functionality of a new circular economy model has been verified to ensure effective management of the recovery, treatment of FRC waste and its transformation into "secondary raw material" to be used for the manufacture of new products that are 100% recyclable. The technologies developed in the project make it possible to monitor new products made from recycled material and enable reverse logistics. This new model was designed to be replicable throughout Europe. The project disseminated the new circular economy model to companies in the waste recovery and treatment sector and to producers of composite materials located in the program area. At the workshops, seminars and conferences the consortium highlighted the benefits of enabling the use of "secondary raw materials". The dissemination of the model has also affected civil society in general, which has been made aware of the issues of proper waste management and the importance of their enhancement.

Razvoj konkurenčnega modela upravljanja, ki je skladen z evropskimi predpisi za reciklažo odpadkov iz KOV in omogoča reciklažo, analizo in beleženje, proizvodnjo, identifikacijo in sledljivost "sekundarne surovine" na osnovi trajnostnih proizvodov. Ustvarjanje ustreznih pogojev za prehod z linearnega na krožno gospodarstvo. Projekt izpolnjuje specifične cilje programa 3.3, saj prinaša razvoj in testiranje inovativnih tehnologij za ravnanje z odpadki.

Sviluppo di un modello di gestione competitivo conforme ai regolamenti europei per il riciclaggio dei rifiuti di CFR, che consenta il riciclo, l'analisi, la produzione, l'identificazione e la tracciabilità di un "materia prima secondaria"e creare le condizioni per passare da un’economia lineare all’economia circolare. Il progetto soddisfa l'obiettivo specifico del programma 3.3 in quanto prevede lo sviluppo e la sperimentazione di tecnologie innovative per la gestione dei rifiuti.

Zagotoviti učinkovito upravljanje predelave, obdelave odpadkov iz KOV in njihovo preoblikovanje v "sekundarno surovino", ki se uporabi za izdelavo novih proizvodov, ki se jih lahko 100% reciklira. 3.3. Stopnja čezmejne uporabe zelenih tehnologij ali postopkov Namen projekta je podpreti razširjanje in obveščenost o tehnologiji RFM in o prednostih, ki jih ta tehnologija prinaša pri uporabi "sekundarnih surovin" tako podjetjem iz sektorja predelave in obdelave odpadkov, kot tudi proizvajalcem kompozitnih materialov na programskem območju. Dostop do informacij o klasifikaciji odpadkov je zagotovljen pristojnim organom, proizvajalcem in potrošnikom, s pomočjo sledenja novim proizvodom, nastalim v procesu reciklaže ter s kombinirano uporabo aplikacij kot sta ip RFID in kode QR, ki proizvodni verigi nudijo informacije o klasifikaciji in izvoru materiala.3.3. Stopnja čezmejne uporabe zelenih tehnologij ali postopkov Kot primer se omeni pravni in normativni okvir za sisteme zbiranja, upravljanje in sledljivost odpadkov, saj ima takšen okvir pomemben vpliv v čezmejnem okolju, kjer obstajajo različni predpisi in postopki. S tega stališča je izjemnega pomena razviti ukrepe, ki so tesno povezani z veljavnimi normami in predpisi. Projekt predvideva načrtovanje tehnološke infrastrukture, ki omogoča označevanje proizvedenih plošč z vstavljanjem čipa RFID, zagotovitev sledljivosti izdelkov iz KOV in Spletno platformo v “oblaku” za vodenje informacij o različnih fazah reciklaže in predelave. Skupen razvoj procesa vrednotenja odpadkov in proizvodnih ostankov, kontrole in spremljanja novih proizvodov bo izveden z razvojem pilotnega projekta, s katerim se bo testiralo delovanje te metode in možnost ponavljanja po celotnem evropskem ozemlju. Rezultat projekta bo prototip tehnološke infrastrukture za označevanje predmetov iz KOV s sistemom RFID ter banka podatkov za spremljanje in upravljanje informacij.

Garantire una gestione efficace del recupero, trattamento dei rifiuti di CFR e la loro trasformazione in "materia prima secondaria" da utilizzare per la fabbricazione di nuovi prodotti che sono riciclabili al 100%. 3.3. Livello di applicazione transfrontaliera di tecnologie e processi verdi. Il progetto intende contribuire alla diffusione ed all’informazione della tecnologia RFM e dei vantaggi connessi all’adozione di questa tecnologia per l'uso "materie prime secondarie", per le aziende nel settore del recupero e trattamento dei rifiuti e per i produttori di materiali compositi insediati dell’area di programma.Accesso alle informazioni sulla classificazione del rifiuto, da parte autorità competenti, produttori e consumatori, tramite il tracciamento dei nuovi prodotti generati dal processo di riciclo, e attraverso l’uso combinato di app, chip RFID e codici QR per fornire informazioni alla filiera di produzione sulla classificazione e l'origine del materiale.3.3. Livello di applicazione transfrontaliera di tecnologie e processi verdi. Un esempio è il quadro giuridico e normativo per i sistemi di raccolta, gestione e tracciabilità dei rifiuti che ha un impatto significativo in un contesto transfrontaliero dove si hanno norme e procedure diverse. Da questo punto di vista è di vitale importanza sviluppare azioni fortemente integrate con le norme ed i regolamenti in uso. Il progetto prevede la progettazione di una infrastruttura tecnologica che permette la marcatura del pannello prodotto inserendo un tag RFID, la tracciabilità dei manufatti in CFR e una piattaforma web cloud per la gestione delle informazioni relative alle varie fasi di riciclo e di trasformazione.Lo sviluppo congiunto di un processo di valorizzazione dei rifiuti e degli scarti di produzione, di controllo e monitoraggio dei nuovi prodotti, verrà fatto con lo sviluppo di un progetto pilota per verificare la funzionalità del metodo individuato e la sua replicabilità nell’intero territorio europeo. Il risultato di progetto sarà, quindi, un prototipo di una infrastruttura tecnologica per la marcatura con RFID degli oggetti in CFR e di una banca dati per il monitoraggio e la gestione delle informazioni.
