Description (EN): The project resulting of a French-Italian Protocol of Intention on Roya River, which has as goal, the implementation of a climatic observatory on the watershed, more precisely on water resources, which allow to operators, but also, to scientists to have a data base on the whole watershed.

Le projet est le fruit du Protocole d’Intention franco-italien du Fleuve la Roya, qui a pour objectif la mise en place d’un observatoire climatique sur le bassin versant et plus particulièrement sur la ressource en eau, permettant tant à des exploitants qu’à des chercheurs de disposer de données sur l’intégralité d’un bassin hydrographique.

Il progetto è il risultato di un Protocollo d’Intenti italo-francese del Fiumo della Roia, che ha per obiettivo la messa in atto di un osservatorio climatica sul bacino idrografico, più precisamente sulle risorse di acqua, che permette tanto ai gestori che a dei cercatori di avere dei dati sull’integralità del bacino idrografico.

Expected Results (EN):

A part of measure stations installed on, during the project, will be permanent, in order to guarantee, at the end, a role of Franco-Italian, Alpine and Mediterranean climatic observatory. This will allow territories to have an overview, in few times, of meteorological and climatic data, and their impact on water resources. Other data, geological or piezometric, will permit to reveal watershed characteristics, still not so known.

Expected Results (FR):

Une partie des stations de mesures installés sur le bassin durant le projet devrait être pérenne ce qui garantira à terme le rôle d’observatoire climatique franco-italien, alpin et méditerranéen. Cela permettra au territoire de visualiser dans des délais courts les données météo climatiques et leur impact sur la ressource en eau. D’autres données, géologiques ou piézométriques, permettront de révéler les caractéristiques du bassin qui sont encore mal connues.

Una parte delle stazioni di misure installate sul bacino nel corso del progetto dovrebbero essere perenne, questa garantirà alla fine il ruolo di osservatorio climatico italo-francese, alpino e mediterraneo. Questo permetterà al territorio di visualizzare, in brevi tempi, i dati meteorologici e climatici, e il loro impatto sulle risorse in acqua. Altre dati, geologici o piezometriche, permetteranno di rivelare le caratteristiche del bacino che son ancora poco conosciute.
