Il turismo nella zona ALCOTRA è caratterizzato da una forte stagionalità. L’obiettivo globale del progetto è di far crescere l’attrattività del territorio ALCOTRA presso la popolazione turistica grazie allo sviluppo di un turismo culturale. Un’eredità storica, la battaglia di Cérisoles, lega le comuni di Saint Paul de Vence e di Cérisole. Il progetto mira a valorizzare il patrimonio naturale e culturale comune, ma anche a generare un’attività turistica sostenibile. Queste azioni saranno principalmente una messa in rete dei luoghi storici, ma anche della loro sistemazione e la loro riabilitazione.

Le tourisme dans la zone ALCOTRA est marqué par une forte saisonnalité. L’objectif général du projet est d’augmenter l’attractivité du territoire ALCOTRA auprès de la population comme des touristes grâce au développement d’un tourisme culturel. Un héritage historique commun, la bataille de Cérisoles, unit les communes de St Paul de Vence (SPDV) et de Cérisoles. Le projet vise à valoriser le patrimoine naturel et culturel commun, ainsi que générer une activité touristique durable. Ses actions seront principalement une mise en réseau des lieux historiques, mais également leur aménagement et leur réhabilitation.

Tourism in ALCOTRA’s area is characterized by a high seasonality. The main objective is to improve ALCOTRA’s territory attractivity for touristic populations, with the development of a cultural tourism. An historic legacy, Cérisoles’ battle, link both cities of Saint Paul de Vence and Cérisoles. The project aims to valorise this natural and cultural common patrimony, but also to create a sustainable touristic activity. These actions will mainly be a networking of historical places, but also their development and rehabilitation.

Expected Results (IT):

La cooperazione tra le due comune e l’Ufficio del Turismo di Saint Paul de Vence mira a: - Valorizzare il patrimonio naturale e culturale comune. - Generare un’attività turistica sostenibile. Le attività principali a destinazione dei visitatori, gruppi scolastici, abitanti delle zone transfrontaliere saranno: - La messa in rete dei siti di interesse storico e lo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti turistici innovativi (visite guidate tematiche, mostre permanente, trasferimento delle competenze nell’ingegneria turistica). - La riabilitazione e l’organizzazione dei siti storici e turistici (vecchio mercato di Cerisole per l’accoglienza delle mostre permanente, messa in atto di una segnaletica direzionale e pedagogica comune per i sentieri turistici organizzati (FR-IT). - Comunicazione e promozione dei siti valorizzati e dei prodotti turistici sviluppati.

La coopération entre les 2 communes et l’Office de tourisme de SPDV vise à: - valoriser le patrimoine naturel et culturel commun. - générer une activité touristique durable. Les activités principales à destination des visiteurs, groupes scolaires, habitants de la zone transfrontalière seront : - la mise en réseaux des sites d’intérêt historique et le développement de nouveaux produits touristiques innovants (visites guidées thématiques, exposition permanente, transfert de compétences dans l’ingénierie touristique) . - la réhabilitation et l’aménagement de sites historiques et touristiques (vieille halle du Marché à Cerisole pour l’accueil de l’exposition permanente, mise en place d’une signalétique directionnelle et pédagogique commune pour les sentiers touristiques aménagés (FR-IT) . - Communication et promotion des sites valorisés et des produits touristiques développés.

Expected Results (EN):

The cooperation between the both town and the Turistic Office of Saint Paul de Vence aims to: - Promote the common natural and cultural heritage. - Generate a sustainable touristic activity. Main activities to visitors, scholar groups, cross-border’s inhabitants will be: - Put in network places with an historical interest and develop new innovative touristic products (thematic guided visits, permanent exposition, transfer of competences to touristic engineering). - Rehabilitation and organisation of historic and touristic places (old Market of Cerisoles to host the permanent exposition, set up a directional signage and a common pedagogy for touristic paths (FR-IT). - Communication and promotion of valorised sites and touristic products developed.
