Alpes constitute a common cross border heritage, dotted of exceptional geological places. For this main and ancient touristic destination, its touristic attractivity remains a current challenge, especially toward young people. The project l’@venture geologique wants to protect, valorise and promote noteworthy geomorphological and landscapes, which represent Alpine’s History of the cross-border space. Thanks to his approach of original and attractive mediation, the scientific culture become accessible. The public is invited to a travel within space and long period thorough an experimental discovery of chosen geological sites, stimulating emotions and imanginary. The aim is to modernise and to renew geological tourism for the use of numerical, innovative and ludic instruments. The identified places will be put in a network integrating other richness of the cultural heritage over the cross-border territory.

Le Alpi costituiscono un patrimonio transfrontaliero comune, dotato di siti geologici eccezionali. Per questa destinazione turistica di grande rilevanza e di tradizione secolare, la sfida della sua attrattività rimane d’attualità, in particolare presso il pubblico giovane. Il progetto L’@vventura Geologica intende proteggere e promuovere dei beni geomorfologici e paesaggistici di alto valore, rappresentativi della storia delle Alpi sul spazio transfrontaliero. Grazie ad un approccio di intermediazione originale e attrattiva, la cultura scientifica diventa accessibile. Il pubblico è invitato ad un viaggio nello spazio e nel tempo, attraverso la scoperta esperienziale e rispettosa dei geo-siti prescelti, che stimola l’emozione e l’immaginario. Si tratta di modernizzare e rinnovare il turismo geologico attraverso l’uso di strumenti digitali e ludici. I siti identificati sono messi in rete integrando le altre risorse del patrimonio culturale del territorio transfrontaliero.

Les Alpes constituent un patrimoine transfrontalier commun, doté de sites géologiques exceptionnels. Pour cette destination touristique majeure et ancienne, son attractivité touristique reste un enjeu d’actualité, en particulier auprès de la jeunesse. Le projet l’Aventure géologique entend protéger, valoriser et promouvoir des biens géomorphologiques et paysagers remarquables, représentatifs de l’histoire des Alpes sur l’espace transfrontalier. Grâce à une approche de médiation originale et attractive, la culture scientifique devient accessible. Le grand public est invité à un voyage dans l’espace et le temps long à travers la découverte expérientielle et attentive des géo sites choisis, stimulant l’émotion et l’imaginaire. Il s’agit de moderniser et de renouveler le tourisme géologique par l'utilisation d’outils numériques innovants et ludiques. Les sites identifiés sont mis en réseau tout en intégrant les autres richesses du patrimoine culturel du territoire transfrontalier.

L’@venture Géologique project aims to ameliorate the attractivity of the cross-border territory by the enforcement of the visibility, the frequentation and the knowledge sharing of geological sites and exceptional landscapes of the territory. To do this, the project will follow two main objectives: 1- Create the will to discover natural and geological richness of the cross-border territory, and raise awareness of Earth sciences, thorough: a. The creation of a sites’ network thorough the development and the promotion of six geological sites of the cross-border space, in order to promote these elements with a ludic and didactic path, and the mediation around the geological history of Alpes (bilingual and itinerant exposition, dedicated website, etc…). b. Formalisation and sharing of scientific knowledges translated by the constitution of a scientific and cross-border council, wich will bring a real added value allowing the confrontation of scientific knowledges and the validation of a pedagogic content. 2- Promote the touristic frequentation of the cross-border space, developing a ludic and experimental tourism thorough: a. The development of ludic and numerical instruments of discovery for an imaginary and emotional adventure. In witch, it’ll be purposed: i. A virtual and physical “e-tinerance” within the territory with 26 numeric tours, the augmented reality, panoramically pictures with a 360° angle and videos made by drones. ii. Touristic itinerary agremented of activites allowing an interaction (as geocaching). b. The development of a cross-border territorial marketing strategy based on: i. The conception of maps and documents presenting different activities of the project toward the public. ii. The organisation of five “éduc’tours” promoting the discovery of the sites by professionals of tourism . iii. The elaboration of a global communication plan toward local and international medias.

Expected Results (IT):

Il progetto L’@vventura Geologica intende potenziare l’attrattività del territorio transfrontaliero con il rafforzamento della visibilità, della frequentazione e della condivisione della conoscenza dei siti geologici e dei paesaggi eccezionali di questo territorio. A tale fine, il progetto persegue due obiettivi: Stimolare la voglia di scoprire le ricchezze naturali e geologiche del territorio transfrontaliero e sensibilizzare alle scienze naturali attraverso: Il collegamento dei siti tramite la ristrutturazione e la promozione dei sei siti geologici più importanti dello spazio transfrontaliero, allo scopo di valorizzare questi luoghi emblematici del paesaggio con percorsi ludici e didattici e la divulgazione della storia geologica delle Alpi (mostre bilingue e itineranti, sito web dedicato ecc.). La formalizzazione e condivisione delle conoscenze scientifiche che si concretizza con la costituzione di un Comitato scientifico transfrontaliero portatore di un valore aggiunto, organo di confronto del sapere scientifico e di validazione dei contenuti pedagogici. Favorire la frequentazione turistica dello spazio transfrontaliero, sviluppando il turismo esperienziale e ludico attraverso: L’implementazione degli strumenti digitali e ludici di scoperta per un’avventura immaginaria e emozionante. Tra questi strumenti sono proposti: L’E-tineranza virtuale e fisica nel territorio con 26 “percorsi” digitali, di realtà virtuale, alternativa con foto panoramiche a 360° e video registrati con droni. Degli itinerari turistici corredati da attività propizie all’interazione come le cacce al tesoro classiche o quelle che usano la tecnologia GPS (geocaching). Lo sviluppo della strategia di marketing territoriale transfrontaliero con: La concezione di brochures, cartografie, documenti che presentano le diverse attività del progetto. L’organizzazione di cinque “educ’tour” che permettono ai professionisti del turismo di conoscere i siti riorganizzati. L’elaborazione di un piano di comunicazione complessivo presso i media locali e internazionali.

Le projet L’@venture Géologique vise à améliorer l’attractivité du territoire transfrontalier par le renforcement de la visibilité, de la fréquentation et du partage de la connaissance des sites géologiques et des paysages exceptionnels de ce territoire. Pour ce faire, le projet poursuit deux objectifs : 1. Susciter l’envie de découverte des richesses naturelles et géologiques du territoire transfrontalier, et sensibiliser aux sciences de la Terre par : • La mise en réseau des sites à travers l’aménagement et la promotion des six geo sites majeurs de l’espace transfrontalier, dans le but de valoriser ces éléments de grand paysage par des cheminements ludiques et didactiques, et la médiation autour de l’histoire géologique des Alpes (exposition bilingue et itinérante, site internet dédié, etc.). • La formalisation et le partage des connaissances scientifiques, qui se traduit par la constitution d’un conseil scientifique et transfrontalier, porteur d’une réelle plus-value permettant la confrontation des savoirs scientifiques et la validation des contenus pédagogiques. 2. Favoriser la fréquentation touristique de l’espace transfrontalier, en développant le tourisme expérientiel et ludique par : Le déploiement d’outils numériques et ludiques de découverte pour une aventure imaginaire et émotionnelle. Parmi ces outils sont proposés : • L’e-tinérance virtuelle et physique au sein du territoire avec 26 boucles numériques, de la réalité augmentée, alternée, des photos panoramiques à 360° et vidéos réalisées par drone. • Des itinéraires touristiques agrémentés d'activités propices à l’interaction comme des chasses au trésor classiques ou celles utilisant les technologies GPS (géocaching). Le développement d’une stratégie marketing territoriale transfrontalière s’appuyant sur : • La conception de brochures, de cartographies et documents présentant les différentes activités du projet auprès du public. • L’organisation de cinq « éduc’tours » favorisant la découverte par les professionnels du tourisme des sites aménagés. • L’élaboration d’un plan de communication global auprès des médias locaux et internationaux.
