Description (EN):

NWE lacks affordable new low energy housing solutions for 1&2 person households. Existing techniques & practices neglect financial capacities & limited space requirements of this growing group. Thus, occupants often live in too large, expensive & not energy efficient housing units. Offering access to new smaller zero energy/low carbon homes (ZEH) will vastly reduce energy use & CO2 emissions in NWE. Housing 4.0 Energy will develop an affordable ZEH market by adapting & applying new technologies & creating consumer/supplier interest. It will reduce production costs of new housing units by 25% & CO2 emissions by 60% (compared with average new built houses, lowering both embodied & operational energy). Transnational development & implementation of digitization (4.0) techniques & a digital platform will create fundamental changes in design, manufacture & construction supply chains. Using a client-based approach, all partners will work with social housing companies (the primary target group) & end users in 4 NWE countries (the final beneficiaries). Tests and demonstration will occur in four pilot sites covering varying contexts, from cities in leading low carbon regions to rural areas in less carbon conscientious regions. The project includes tested, demonstrated and monitored combinations of energy solutions, building techniques, low carbon construction material, all standardised for EU use; an online platform to facilitate digitization of building, transferability of solutions, distributed manufacturing & the emergence of sustainable supply chains; 48 model housing units in 4 countries (1,374 Kt CO2 savings) with consumer evaluations; novel training programmes for the building sector & recommendations for policy makers. In doing so, each partner will establish a regional stakeholder group for roll-out incl. housing companies, authorities, architects, engineers and construction companies using & developing the open source 4.0 platform.

In NWE besteht ein Mangel an bezahlbaren Niedrig-Energiewohnungen für 1-2 Personenhaushalte. Die bestehenden Technologien stehen in Kontrast zu den finanziellen Möglichkeiten & dem Platzbedarf dieser wachsenden Gruppe. Daher werden oft zu große, teure & ineffizienten Wohneinheiten bewohnt. Der Zugang zu neuen, kleineren Null-Emission/Niedrig-Energie-Häusern wird einen deutlichen Einfluss auf den Energieverbrauch und die CO2 Emissionen in NWE haben. Durch die Adaption und Applikation neuer Technologien und der Schaffung eines Marktes, wird H4.0E einen bezahlbaren Passiv/Niedrigenergie-Haus Markt entwickeln. Die Produktionskosten werden um 25% fallen, die CO2 Emissionen um 60% (vgl. mit durchs. Energiebedarf Neubauhäuser für Bau & Betrieb). Transnationale Entwicklungen sowie die Implementierung von digitalen (4.0) Technologien & eine digitale Plattform, werden grundsätzliche Veränderungen in der Lieferkette von Design, Herstellung und Bau bewirken. Alle beteiligten Partner werden mit Sozialbau-Unternehmen (primäre Zielgruppe) und den Endverbrauchern in 4 NWE Länder arbeiten. In 4 Piloten erfolgt der Test & die Durchführung im variierenden Kontext von in Energie-Effizienz führenden Städten, bis zu weniger effizienten ländlichen Regionen. Das Projekt beinhaltet: getestete, demonstrierte & kontrollierte Verbindungen von Effizienz-Optimierungen/Bau-Techniken, CO2 armes Baumaterial nach EU-Standard; eine online Plattform um die Digitalisierung im Bau zu erleichtern, Übertragbarkeit der Lösungen, dezentrale Produktion & die Entstehung einer nachhaltigen Lieferkette; 48 Modell-Wohneinheiten in 4 Ländern (1,374 KT CO2 Einsparung) mit Konsumenten-Evaluation; neuartigen Trainingsprogrammen für den Bausektor & Empfehlungen für Politiker. Jeder Partner wird eine regionale Stakeholder-Gruppe für Roll-out etablieren, welche Wohnungsbau-Unternehmen, Behörden, Architekten, Ingenieure und Bauunternehmen einschließt. Diese werden die open source 4.0 Plattform nutzen & entwickeln.

L’ENO manque de logements à faible énergie et à prix abordable pour les ménages de 1-2 personnes. Les techniques et pratiques connues négligent les capacités financières et les besoins en petits logements de ce groupe croissant. L´accès à des logements zéro énergie/bas carbone réduirait la consommation d´énergie et les émissions de CO2 dans l’ENO. H4.0E développera un marché abordable zéro énergie/bas carbone en adaptant des technologies nouvelles et en créant l´intérêt des consommateurs/fournisseurs. Les coûts diminueront de 25% la production de logements et de 60% les émissions de CO2 (vs la moyenne des maisons nouvelles, baissant à la fois l´énergie grise et opérationnelle). Le développement multinational, la numérisation et la plateforme 4.0 créeront des changements radicaux dans la conception, la fabrication et la construction. Les partenaires travailleront avec les bailleurs sociaux (groupe cible) et les utilisateurs finaux dans 4 pays ENO. Des tests et des démonstrations se dérouleront sur 4 sites pilotes couvrant différents contextes:de villes situées dans des régions très pauvres en carbone jusqu’aux zones rurales moins concernées. Le projet inclura des combinaisons de solutions énergétiques testées, démontrées et mesurées, des techniques de construction, des matériaux bas carbone tous aux normes UE, une plateforme en ligne pour faciliter la numérisation du bâtiment, la transférabilité des solutions, la fabrication et l´émergence de constructions durables, 48 logements modèles dans 4 pays (Économies 1,374 kt CO2) avec évaluations des consommateurs, des formations novatrices pour le secteur du bâtiment et des recommandations pour les décideurs. Une nouvelle tendance de construction naîtra. Chaque partenaire créera un groupe d’acteurs régional pour la géneralisation: des sociétés de logement, des autorités, des architectes, des ingénieurs et des entreprises de construction utilisant et développant la plateforme 4.0.
