Projekt nadväzuje na zrealizovaný projekt vytvorenia hlavnej cyklotrasy BEVLAVA (BEČVA-VLÁRA-VÁH), ktorý bol realizovaný v programovom období 2007-2013 z Operačného programu cezhraničnej spolupráce SR-ČR. Realizovaný projekt mal za cieľ spojiť cyklotrasy v ČR a v SR a vznikla cca 50 km dlhá cyklotrasa BEVLAVA. Predkladaný projekt pokračuje v budovaní vytýčenej cyklotrasy na českej strane - BrumovBylnice po Svatý Štěpán a na slovenskej strane nadväzuje na cyklotrasu BEVLAVA úsek od Nemšovej až po mesto Trenčín a Trenčiansky hrad. Nosnou ideou projektu je spojenie dvoch hradov - hrad Brumov a Trenčiansky hrad - ako dominánt mesta Brumov-Bylnice a mesta Trenčín. Zároveň budú prepojené a propagované významné objekty kultúrneho a prírodného dedičstva nachádzajúce sa na cyklotrase.

Description (EN):

Project is the follow-up of the realized project of a biking trail construction which was implemented in the programme period 2007- 2013. Implemented project aimed to connect biking trails in CZ and SK to produce a 50 km long trail BEVLAVA. Proposed project continues to build the trail on the Czech side BrumovBylnice to Svatý Štěpán and continues to connect onto BEVLAVA trail going from Nemšová to Trenčín and its castle. Project´s main idea is to connect two castles – Brumov and Trenčín castle. At the same time, other significant objects will be connected and promoted that are along this trail.

Achievements (SK):

Na slovenskej strane bolo vybudovaných 11,3 km novej cyklotrasy, na českej strane je to 3,1 km. .Zrealizované aktivity projektu prispeli k podstatnému zlepšeniu cezhraničnej vybavenosti cezhraničného územia a k rozšíreniu ponuky pre cykloturistov, čo priaznivoovplyvní celkový rozvoj dotknutých regiónov.Na obidvoch stranách hranice sa jedná o dôležitý projekt, ktorého hlavným cieľom bolo zlepšenie vybavenosti a atraktivity prihraničného územia. Trasa odhradu Brumov k Trenčianskemu hradu je turisticky zaujímavá a projekt veľkou mierou prispel k zlepšeniu infraštruktúry cezhraničného regiónu.

Achievements (EN):

On the Slovak side, 11.3 km of a new cycling path has been built, on the Czech side in the amount of 3.1 km. The implemented activities of the project have contributed to a substantial improvement in the amenities of the cross-border territory and to the expansion of the offer for cyclists, which will have a positive impact on the overall development of the regions concerned. On both sides of the border, this is an important project, the main objective of which was to improve the amenities and attractiveness of the border area. The route from Brumov to Trenčín Castle is of a tourist interest and the project has contributed greatly to improving the infrastructure of the cross-border region.
