The strategies of dealing with human resources (people with disabilities and people with handicaps in employment) in the small and medium-sized enterprises in Slovenia and Austria. - Determined needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of the disabled and people with restrictions on the employment. - Trained key persons in the small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of identified needs of SMEs in Slovenia and Austria. - Review of the framework conditions of the employment of disabled persons and persons with handicaps in Slovenia and Austria. - Exchange of experiences and examples of good practice - Systematic programme of support services and opportunities for continuing education based on the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in the integration of disabled persons and persons with handicaps to a specific job in Slovenia and Austria. - The network of companies participating in the project.
