Description (EN):

The project of Pediatric pole Cerdanya consists of restructuring activities on pediatric’s care and rehabilitation of Cerdan’s tray on the common of OSSEJA. It aims to meet the needs of the French population and Catalan but also to public health needs identified by health ministries of both countries. This GCS "Pediatric Center of Cerdagne" aims to improve pediatric health offers on both sides of the border by rethinking the model of care and offering modern offering that is part of a logical public health and spinneret structuring and allow a qualitative and quantitative change. The principle of this sector is the establishment of a team of French- Catalan professionals involved: - In accommodation or inpatient in the hospital Cerdanya and pediatric pole. - In outpatient: optimal care throughout the territory. This project aims to foster a pooling of resources and experiences among health actors plateau Cerdan and promote resources to linked to this health activity. The GCS will facilitate the pooling of specialized technical platforms with other structures, and its technical equipment. Partnerships will also be established with the tray actors to streamline costs such as internal use pharmacy.

Le projet du pôle pédiatrique de Cerdagne consiste en la restructuration des activités de soins de suite et de réadaptation pédiatrique du plateau Cerdan sur la commune d'OSSEJA. Il a pour but de répondre aux besoins de la population française et catalane mais également aux besoins en santé publique définis par les ministères de la santé des deux pays. Ce GCS Pôle Pédiatrique de Cerdagne a pour vocation, d’améliorer l’offre de santé en pédiatrie de part et d’autre de la frontière en repensant le modèle de soins et en proposant une offre moderne qui s’inscrit dans une logique de santé publique et de structuration de la filière et d’en permettre un changement qualitatif et quantitatif. Le principe de cette filière est la mise en place d’une équipe de professionnels franco-catalans intervenant: - En hébergement ou hospitalisation complète au sein de l’hôpital de Cerdagne et du pôle pédiatrique. - En ambulatoire: prise en charge optimale sur l’ensemble du territoire concerné. Ce projet vise à favoriser une mutualisation des moyens et des expériences entre les acteurs de santé du plateau Cerdan et valoriser les ressources affectées à cette activité de soin. Ce GCS facilitera une mutualisation des plateaux techniques spécialisés avec les autres structures, et de ses équipements techniques. Des partenariats seront également mis en place avec les acteurs du plateau afin de rationaliser les coûts tels que la pharmacie à usage interne.

El proyecto del área pediátrica de Cerdanya consiste en la reestructuración de las actividades de curas de continuidad y de readaptación pediátrica de la comarca cerdana en el municipio de Osseja. Su objetivo es dar respuesta a las necesidades de la población francesa y catalana así como a las necesidades sanitarias públicas delimitadas por los ministerios de sanidad de ambos países. Este ACS Área Pediátrica de Cerdanya tiene como objetivo mejorar la oferta sanitaria en pediatría en ambos lados de la frontera mediante el replanteamiento del modelo asistencial y proponiendo una oferta moderna que se inscriba en una lógica de sanidad pública y de estructuración de área y permitir un cambio cualitativo y cuantitativo. El principio de dicha área es la constitución de un equipo de profesionales franco-catalanes que intervengan: - en el alojamiento u hospitalización completa en el Hospital de Cerdanya y Área pediátrica. - en servicios ambulatorios: asistencia óptima en todo el territorio implicado. Este proyecto está destinado a favorecer una puesta en común de los medios y experiencias entre los actores sanitarios de la comarca cerdana y valorizar las profesiones vinculadas con esta actividad sanitaria. Esta ACS facilitará una puesta en común de los gabinetes especializados con las otras estructuras, y de sus equipamientos técnicos. Asimismo, se constituirán alianzas entre los actores de la comarca con la intención de racionalizar los costes como la farmacia, de uso interno.
