L'objectif de PREVENTION_OH est le développement d'un RÉSEAU DE COOPÉRATION TRANSFRONTALIER dans le domaine de la prévention de l'usage de drogues et la promotion de modes de vie sains, promouvant l'inclusion sociale de la population jeune plus vulnérable du territoire transfrontalier. Pour cela, les partenaires vont développer des méthodologies de travail conjoint pour l'intervention dans des environnements différents: de l'enseignement, de vie nocturne et de sports d'hiver. Le projet envisage 3 axes d'actions: - Actions de sensibilisation visant aux professionnels en contact avec la population jeune à risque et jeunes qui puissent agir comme médiateurs. - Activités de participation pour les jeunes par l'utilisation des TIC (concours de développement de contenus et d'application mobile). - Expériences pilote: Interventions individuelles et conjointes transfrontalières dans des contextes de l'enseignement, de la vie nocturne et dans des stations de ski. Comme résultat, le projet vise à améliorer la disponibilité, l'accessibilité et la couverture des services d'accueil, à atténuer la demande et l'usage, à retarder l'âge d'initiation et à augmenter la perception des risques y associés (sexualité). Les bénéficiaires sont la population jeune à risque d'exclusion sociale para usage de drogues. La coopération transfrontalière permettra l'échange de bonnes pratiques des deux côtés de la frontière, la création de synergies, l'amélioration des services sociaux et l'inclusion des territoires.

Description (ES):

PREVENTION_OH tiene como objetivo desarrollar una RED DE COOPERACIÓN TRANSFRONTERIZA en el ámbito de la prevención del uso de drogas y la promoción de hábitos saludables, que fomente la inclusión social de la población juvenil más vulnerable del territorio transfronterizo. Para ello, los socios desarrollarán metodologías de trabajo conjunto para la intervención en distintos entornos: educativos, de ocio nocturno y de deportes de invierno. Se plantean tres ejes de actuación: - Acciones de sensibilización dirigidas a profesionales en contacto con la población juvenil de riesgo y a jóvenes que puedan actuar como mediadores. - Actividades para la participación juvenil haciendo uso de las TIC (concurso desarrollo de app. móviles y contenidos). - Experiencias piloto: Intervenciones individuales y conjuntas transfronterizas en entornos educativos, de ocio nocturno y estaciones de esqui Como resultado, se espera mejorar la disponibilidad, accesibilidad y cobertura de los servicios asistenciales, disminuir la demanda y el consumo, retrasar la edad de inicio, y aumentar la percepción de los riesgos asociadas (sexualidad). Los beneficiarios serán la población juvenil en situación de riesgo de exclusión social por consumo de drogas. La cooperación transfronteriza permitirá el intercambio de buenas prácticas a ambos lados de la frontera, el establecimiento de sinergias, la mejora de los servicios sociales y la inclusión de los territorios

Description (EN):

The objective of PREVENTION_OH is the development of a CROSS-BORDER COOPERATION NETWORK in the domain of drug use prevention and the promotion of healthy behaviours, encouraging the social inclusion of the most vulnerable young population in the cross-border territory (La Rioja, Aragon, Pyrénées Atlantiques, Haute-Garonne, Ariège and Hautes Pyrénées). For this purpose, the partners will develop joint work methodologies to intervene in different settings: educational, nightlife and winter sports. The project will cover these three areas of action: - Awareness-raising actions aiming at professionals in contact with high-risk young people and to young people that can act as mediators. - Participation activities for young people by using ICTs (mobile app and content development competition). - Pilot experiences: Individual and joint cross-border interventions in educational, nightlife and ski resort settings. As a result the project is expected to improve de availability, accessibility and coverage of care services, to decrease the demand and use, to postpone the age of initiation and to increase the perception of associated risks (sexuality). The beneficiaries are young people at risk of social exclusion due to drug use. Cross-border cooperation will allow to exchange best practices from both sides of the border, to establish synergies, to improve social services and the inclusion of the territories.
