OBJECTIF/CHANGEMENT ATTENDU: Stratégie commune innovante des Centres Patrim: ouverture aux divers publics et nouvelle approche: meilleure accessibilité / dévelop. local (promo. produits), inclusion sociale, éco-efficacité.., avec soutien de l'Université et TICs: capacité de gestion, d'innovation et d'interaction sectorielle et territoriale des Centres. RÉSULTATS: Stratégies partagées pour l'accessibilité, nouveaux publics, éco-efficacité et inclusion sociale avec des mesures quantifiables, conventions établies, diffusion et communication renforcées. BÉNÉFICIAIRES: Partenaires et associés dans 3 départements et 3 CCAA: Communes et EPCIs, Universités et entreprises locales et régionales. Nouveaux publics (producteurs, artistes, associations culturelles, environnementales, etc.) comme utilisateurs. VALEUR AJOUTÉE: Connaissances et capacités communes pour l'interaction territoriale et sectorielle élargie et respectueuse de l'environnement: qualité et gestion durable, renforcement des liens entre Patrimoine Rural et Prods.Locaux, lnclusion sociale, Agroécologie,Tourisme,Vie saine, etc., plus de liens avec des agents, producteurs, artisans,centres éducatifs,associatifs,de santé,etc. Centres éco-efficaces et accessibles. NOUVEAUX ELEMENTS/ORIGINAUX: Elargissement du réseau (nouveaux partenaires et territoires), modèle commun différencié et global de "réseaux thématiques Patrim" transfrontaliers face aux défis et approches référentielles pour les petits centres. OBJETIVO/CAMBIO ESPERADO: Estrategia común innovadora en Centros PATRIM : apertura a públicos diversos y nuevo enfoque: mejor accesibilidad/desarrollo local ( promoción productos artesanos), inclusión social, ecoeficiencia ,..., con apoyo de la Universidad y TICs: más capacidad de gestión, innovación e interacción sectorial y territorial de los centros. RESULTADOS: Estrategias compartidas en accesibilidad, nuevos públicos, ecoeficiencia e inclusión social y mejoras medibles, Convenios establecidos, Difusión y comunicación reforzada. BENEFICIARIOS: Socios y asociados en 3 Departamentos y 3 CCAA: entes locales y comarcales, Universidad y empresa. Nuevos públicos (productores, artistas, asociaciones socioculturales, ambientales, etc.) como usuarios. VALOR ANADIDO: Conocimientos y capacidades comunes para interacción territorial y sectorial extendida y respetuosa con el medio: calidad y gestión sostenible, refuerzo de vínculos entre Patrimonio Rural y Producto Local , Inclusión Social,, Agroecología, Turismo, Vida Saludable, etc., más vínculos con agentes, productores, artesanos, centros educativos, asociativos y de salud,etc. Centros más ecoeficientes y accesibles. ELEMENTOS NUEVOS /ORIGINALES: Ampliación de red (nuevos socios y territorios), Modelo común diferenciado y completo de "redes temáticas patrim" transfronterizas favorecen abordar los retos y enfoques (desarrollo local, inclusión social..) como referencia para los pequeños centros rurales. Convenios público-privados.

OBJECTIVE/EXPECTED CHANGE: Innovative common strategy in PATRIM Centers: open to different audiences and new approach: better accessibility/local development (promotion of artisan products), social inclusion, eco-efficiency, ..., with University support and ICTs: more ability of management, innovation and sectoral and territorial interaction of the centers. RESULTS: Shared strategies in accessibility, new audiences, ecoefficiency and social inclusion with measurable improvements, Agreements established, Dissemination and communication strengthed. BENEFICIARIES: Partners and associates in 3 Departments and 3 CCAA: local and regional entities, University and small firms. New audiences (producers, artists, sociocultural associations, environmental, etc.) as users. ADDED VALUE : Common knowledge and skills for territorial and sectoral interaction, widespread and respectful of the environment: quality and sustainable management, links strengthed between Rural Heritage and Local Products, Social Inclusion, Agroecology, Tourism, Healthy Life, etc., more links with agents, producers, artisans, schools, associations and health agents, etc. More ecoefficient and accessible centers. NEW/ORIGINAL ELEMENTS: Network extended (new partners and territories) , A common differentiated and complete model of "cross-border patrim. thematic networks" stimulating to face challenges and approaches (local development, social inclusion..) a reference for small rural centers.Public-private agreements.
