El objetivo del proyecto es ampliar la oferta de formación transfronteriza, principalmente para sectores en situación vulnerable como el colectivo de mujeres y jóvenes, y mejorar el reconocimiento y validación de las competencias en áreas de necesidad, según la RIS3 de los tres territorios (Bienestar-Salud e Industria 4.0), y detectadas por el observatorio Europeo eJobs (www.e-jobs-observatory.eu/), que genera perfiles profesionales identificados por las empresas y alineados a la estrategia de la Comisión Europea. El objetivo final es por tanto mejorar la formación y en consecuencia la empleabilidad a través del establecimiento de redes de actores transfronterizos clave para el empleo, así como el intercambio de buenas prácticas y el desarrollo de una oferta en formación en tecnologías de vanguardia asociadas a nuevos perfiles profesionales certificados, y más en concreto para las áreas de bienestar (deporte) e Industria 4.0, incidiendo principalmente en sectores más desfavorecidos de la sociedad en el territorio POCTEFA.

L'objectif du projet est d'élargir l'offre de formation transfrontalière, principalement pour les catégories de personne les plus vulnérables comme les femmes et les jeunes, et d’améliorer la reconnaissance et la validation des compétences dans les trois domaines identifiés dans les RIS3 (bien-être – sport et Industrie 4.0), et détectées par l’observatoire Européen eJobs (www.e-jobs-observatory.eu/). Un dispositif qui génère des profils professionnels identifiés par les entreprises et alignés avec la stratégie de la Commission Européenne. L'objectif ultime est donc d'améliorer la formation et par conséquent l'employabilité à travers l’établissement de réseaux d’acteurs clés pour l’emploi, l'échange de meilleures pratiques et le développement d'une offre de formation dans les technologies de pointe associées à de nouveaux profils professionnels certifiés, et plus particulièrement dans les domaines du bien-être (sport) impactant principalement les catégories de personnes les plus défavorisées de la société sur le territoire POCTEFA.

Description (EN):

The objective of the project is to expand the offer of cross-border training, especially for vulnerable sectors such as women and young people, and to improve the recognition and validation of skills in areas of need, according to the RIS3 of the three territories (Welfare- Health and Industry 4.0), and detected by the eJobs European Observatory (www.e-jobs-observatory.eu/),, which generates professional profiles identified by companies and aligned with the European Commission's strategy. The ultimate objective is therefore to improve training and hence employability through the establishment of networks of key cross-border actors for employment, as well as the exchange of good practices and the development of a training offer in cutting-edge technologies associated with new certified professional profiles, and more specifically for the areas of well-being (sport) and Industry 4.0, focusing mainly on less favored sectors of society in the POCTEFA territory.

Expected Outputs (FR): 5P1:Nombre de collaborations transfrontalières pour améliorer l’accès à l’emploi.5P2:Nombre de dispositifs de formations mis en place sur l’espace conjoint pour soutenir l’emploi jeune, les opportunités éducatives et la formation supérieure transfrontalière.

Expected Outputs (EN): 5P1: Number of cross-border collaborations to improve access to employment.5P2: Number of joint education and training arrangements to help youth employment, educational opportunities and higher education and professional training across borders.
