Description (PL): W kontekście zmian demograficznych i gospodarczych zachodzących w obszarze wsparcia, projekt "Regionalne Prezentacje Gospodarcze" daje możliwość zwiększenia atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej tego regionu z punktu widzenia przedsiębiorców i specjalistów, a także przeciwdziała dalszemu odpływowi wykwalifikowanej siły roboczej. Kluczowym elementem projektu jest kontynuacja oraz jakościowy rozwój Prezentacji Gospodarczych, odbywających się co roku, zarówno w niemieckim Schwedt nad Odrą jak i w polskim Gryfinie. Te corocznie organizowane targi stały się transgranicznym miejscem spotkań polsko-niemieckich firm, stowarzyszeń oraz innych instytucji. Ich głównym celem jest umocnienie istniejących już transgranicznych powiązań gospodarczych, jak również rozszerzenie zasięgu tej współpracy poza region Nadodrzański. Ma się to przyczynić do gospodarczego ukierunkowania regionu i zwiększenia jego międzynarodowej konkurencyjności. Realizacja niniejszego projektu umożliwi powiązanie ze sobą istniejących źródeł i zasobów regionalnych oraz ich skuteczne wykorzystanie.
Targi Gospodarcze wpisały się na stałe w kalendarz imprez odbywających się na lokalnych mapach Gryfina i Schwedt nad Odrą. Stały się miejscem spotkań polsko – niemieckiej przedsiębiorczości, możliwością zaprezentowania oferty oraz sposobem na poznanie nowych partnerów biznesowych i zaistnienia nowych działań na pograniczu polsko – niemieckim. Spotkania mają na celu ułatwienie kontaktu pomiędzy polskimi i niemieckimi przedsiębiorcami i są aktywnie wspomagane przez organizatorów targów. Tego typu przedsięwzięcia powinny być kontynuowane, tym bardziej, kiedy spotykają się z dużym zainteresowaniem i aprobatą ze strony wszystkich środowisk. Celem projektu jest kontynuowanie umożliwienia lokalnym przedsiębiorcom i rzemieślnikom (polskim i niemieckim) oraz firmom związanym z: przemysłem, turystyką, sportem i kulturą – bezpłatnego zaprezentowania osiągnięć, dorobku i potencjału podczas trwania targów w międzynarodowej atmosferze.
Regionalne tragi gospodarcze INKONTAKT odbywają się corocznie od 2005 roku w Schwedt nad Odrą. Wraz z pierwszym dofinansowaniem uzyskanym z programu INTERREG możliwe stało się rozszerzenie oferty imprezy i jej zakresu na wschód od Odry. Celem stało się wzmocnienie polsko-niemieckiej współpracy oraz rozwijania kontaktów gospodarczych w całym regionie wzdłuż Odry. W ten sposób, z pomocą funduszy z UE, możliwa stała się również organizacja i przeprowadzenie w latach 2012, 2013 oraz 2014 Regionalnych Spotkań Gospodarczych - podobnej do targów INKONTAKT imprezy, tyle że po polskiej stronie granicy, w mieście Gryfino. W ciągu ostatnich dwóch lat, kiedy nie było możliwości uzyskania dodatkowych środków pieniężnych z UE, targi INKONTAKT były w prawdzie dalej organizowane, jednak brakowało funduszy na promocję polskich firm. Sytuacja ta doprowadziła do tego, że liczba polskich wystawców na targach INKONTAKT w ostatnich dwóch latach znacząco zmalała. Wraz z nowym okresem finansowania programu INTERREG istnieje możliwość ponownego pozyskania większej liczby polskich wystawców, a także wznowienia organizacji Regionalnych Spotkań Gospodarczych w Gryfinie i ich dalszego rozwoju. Celem jest zachowanie ciągłości „spotkań gospodarczych”.
Wraz z nabyciem przenośnej sceny znacznie polepszone zostaną warunki ramowe imprezy - przedsiębiorcy będą mieli możliwość zaprezentowania na niej swoich firm i regionalnych produktów. Kolejni partnerzy kooperacyjni, między innymi miasta Prenzlau, Templin i Angermünde, jak również Uniwersytet Szczeciński zapraszani są do uczestnictwa w imprezie i zaangażowania się w nią. W najbliższych latach dużo uwagi poświęcone zostanie promocji oraz reklamie projektu w mediach, w celu dotarcia do jak najszerszego grona potencjalnych wystawców i zwiedzających. Ponadto zaplanowane jest wydanie kieszonkowych publikacji o polsko-niemieckim regionie, które również będą propagować odbywające się imprezy oraz cały projekt.
Read more Description (DE): Vor dem Hintergrund des demografischen und wirtschaftlichen Wandels im Fördergebiet bietet das Projekt „Regionaler Wirtschaftsschauplatz“ die Chance, die Attraktivität des gemeinsamen Wirtschaftsraumes für Unternehmen und Fachkräfte zu steigern und dem zunehmenden Fachkräftemangel entgegen zu steuern. Zentraler Baustein ist die Fortführung und qualitative Weiterentwicklung der seit Jahren erfolgreichen Wirtschaftspräsentationen, die sowohl in Schwedt/Oder als auch in Gryfino einmal pro Jahr durchgeführt werden und als grenzübergreifende Plattform für deutsche und polnische Unternehmen, Vereinigungen und Institutionen dient. Ziel ist es, die schon bestehenden grenzübergreifenden wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen zu vertiefen sowie die Kooperationen über die Oder hinweg auszubauen und zu verstetigen. Dies trägt zur wirtschaftlichen Profilierung und zur Erhöhung der internationalen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der gesamten Region bei. Mithilfe einer grenzübergreifenden Projektumsetzung werden die zur Verfügung stehenden Ressourcen gebündelt und effektiv umgesetzt.
Die Wirtschaftsmessen bilden einen ständigen Bestandteil des örtlichen Veranstaltungskalenders. Sie haben sich zu einem Ort der Begegnung für die deutsch-polnische Geschäftswelt entwickelt und bieten die Möglichkeit, Angebote zu präsentieren sowie neue Geschäftspartner kennenzulernen. Außerdem sind sie neuen Initiativen im deutsch-polnischen Grenzgebiet förderlich. Diese Begegnungen erleichtern die Kontaktaufnahmen zwischen polnischen und deutschen Unternehmern, die aktiv von den Messeveranstaltern gefördert und unterstützt wird. Diese Vorhaben sollten fortgesetzt werden, besonders weil sie bei allen Beteiligten auf großes Interesse und Zustimmung gestoßen sind. Mit dem Projekt soll es örtlichen (polnischen und deutschen) Unternehmern und Handwerkern sowie Firmen, die im Bereich Industrie, Touristik, Sport und Kultur tätig sind, weiterhin ermöglicht werden, kostenfrei ihre Leistungen, Erfolge und ihr Potenzial während einer Messe mit internationalem Flair zu präsentieren.
Die regionale Wirtschaftsmesse INKONTAKT in Schwedt/Oder findet seit 2005 ein Mal pro Jahr statt. Erst mit Förderung aus dem Programm INTERREG war es möglich, das Veranstaltungsformat über die Oder hinweg zu erweitern, um die deutsch-polnische Zusammenarbeit zu festigen und die Kontakte in der gesamten Oderregion auszubauen. So konnte mit Hilfe der EU-Fördergelder das polnische Pendant in Gryfino, die regionale Leistungsschau in Jahren 2012, 2013 und 2014 organisiert und durchgeführt werden. Während der letzten zwei Jahre, als die Möglichkeit einer EU-Förderung nicht gegeben war, konnte auf deutscher Seite zwar die INKONTAKT realisiert werden, es fehlten jedoch Mittel, für die Bewerbung polnischer Unternehmen. Dies führte dazu, dass die Anzahl der polnischen Veranstalter auf den INKONTAKT-Messen während letzten 2 Jahre deutlich gesunken ist. Mit der neuen Förderungsperiode besteht wiederum die Möglichkeit, viele polnische Veranstalter für INKONTAKT zu erwerben sowie die Regionalen Leistungsschauen in Gryfino zu veranstalten und sie weiterzuentwickeln. Das Ziel ist die Kontinuität der Regionalen Leistungsschauen zu bewahren.
Mit der geplanten Anschaffung einer mobilen Repräsentationsplattform für die Leistungschau in Gryfino sollen die Rahmenbedingungen verbessert werden, um die Unternehmen und ihre regionalen Produkte vorzustellen und zu vermarkten. Weitere Kooperationspartner, unter anderem die Städte Prenzlau, Templin und Angermünde sowie die Universität Stettin, sollen am Prozess beteiligt werden. Zukünftig richtet sich der Fokus insbesondere auf die Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Medienwerbung, um eine möglichst breite Zielgruppe potentieller Aussteller und Besucher zu erreichen. Darüber hinaus werden eine Reihe von Kleinpublikationen mit Inhalten über die deutsch-polnische Region die Öffentlichkeits- und Marketinginstrumente sinnvoll ergänzen.
Read more Description (EN): Against the background of demographic and economic change in the assisted area, the project “Regional Economic Theatre” offers the opportunity to increase the attractiveness of the common economic area for companies and skilled workers and to address the growing shortage of skilled workers. The main building block is the continuation and qualitative development of the successful business presentations, which are held once a year in Schwedt/Oder and Gryfino and serve as a cross-border platform for German and Polish companies, associations and institutions. The aim is to deepen the already existing cross-border economic relations as well as to develop and consolidate cooperation across the Oder. This contributes to the economic profiling and increase of the international competitiveness of the region as a whole. With the help of cross-border project implementation, the available resources are pooled and implemented effectively.
The trade fairs form a permanent part of the local event calendar. They have developed into a meeting place for the German-Polish business world and offer the opportunity to present offers and get to know new business partners. They are also conducive to new initiatives in the German-Polish border area. These encounters facilitate contacts between Polish and German entrepreneurs, which is actively promoted and supported by trade fair organisers. These projects should be continued, in particular because they have met with great interest and approval from all stakeholders. The project aims to enable local (Polish and German) entrepreneurs and craftsmen, as well as companies active in the fields of industry, tourism, sports and culture, to present their achievements, achievements and potential free of charge during a trade fair with an international flair.
The regional trade fair INKONTAKT in Schwedt/Oder has been held once a year since 2005. It was only with funding from the INTERREG programme that it was possible to expand the event format across the Oder in order to consolidate German-Polish cooperation and to expand contacts throughout the Oder region. With the new funding period, it is again possible to acquire many Polish organisers for INCONTACT as well as to organise and develop the regional performance shows in Gryfino. The aim is to preserve the continuity of regional performance.
The planned acquisition of a mobile representation platform for the performance show in Gryfino aims to improve the framework conditions in order to present and market the companies and their regional products. Further cooperation partners, including the cities of Prenzlau, Templin and Angermünde as well as the University of Szczecin, will be involved in the process. In the future, the focus will be on public relations and media advertising in order to reach the broadest possible target group of potential exhibitors and visitors. In addition, a number of small publications with content about the German-Polish region will usefully complement the public and marketing instruments.

Expected Outputs (PL): Wynikiem projektu jest organizacja w sumie sześciu Prezentacji Gospodarczych w ciągu trzech lat – co roku po jednej imprezie w Schwedt nad Odrą i w Gryfinie. Dzięki dalszej możliwości organizacji targów gospodarczych, zapewniona zostanie kontynuacja tych imprez odbywających się z dużym sukcesem już w poprzednich latach. Wydarzenia te będą przygotowywane za każdym razem indywidualnie, biorąc pod uwagę aktualną sytuację gospodarczą. Rozszerzona zostanie również oferta usługowa. Tworzenie polsko – niemieckiego miejsca spotkań przyczyni się do umocnienia istniejących już stosunków sąsiedzkich oraz do zwiększenia wskaźnika zaufania w stosunku do instytucji, zaangażowanych w polsko – niemiecką współpracę transgraniczną.
Ponadto wydane mają zostać trzy publikacje, które zaplanowany projekt gospodarczy połączą również z innymi dziedzinami życia, takimi jak kultura, turystyka etc.
Read more Expected Outputs (DE): Projektergebnis ist die Durchführung von insgesamt 6 Leistungsschauen in drei Jahren – pro Jahr eine Leistungsschau in Schwedt/Oder und in Gryfino. Mit der Durchführung dieser Veranstaltungen werden die schon in der Vergangenheit erfolgreichen Veranstaltungsformate fortgeführt und mit Blick auf die aktuellen Herausforderungen durch passende Serviceangebote erweitert. Die Schaffung dieser deutsch-polnischen Treffen festigt die bestehenden Kooperationsbeziehungen und trägt zur Erhöhung des Stimmungsindex der an der deutsch-polnischen grenzüberschreitenden Zusammenarbeit beteiligten Institutionen bei.
Weiterhin sollen drei Publikationen erscheinen, die das vorgesehene Wirtschaftsprojekt in Verbindung mit anderen Bereichen des Lebens wie z. B. Kultur und Tourismus verbinden.
