FEMTERPRISE overall objective is to improve the conditions for business development in the cross-border area by applying innovative non-formal approach for strengthening the entrepreneurial capacity of female entrepreneurs aged 18-29 and fostering the creation of social enterprises. FEMTERPRISE will research and identify potential female entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and business opportunities in the border area, empower 30 young women to successfully set-up their own enterprises and to provide innovative, sustainable solutions to social and environmental issues in the cross-border region by building their entrepreneurial, financial and leadership capacity, develop trilingual FEMTERPRISE online platform, promote entrepreneurial culture in the region by using ICT, impacting at least 3000 representatives of the target groups and establishing the cross-border FEMTERPRISE Network of Women Entrepreneurs. The project envisages multiple joint online and offline awareness-raising and promotion interventions as well as ICT cooperation for exchange of new ideas and fostering the creation of new social enterprises in the region. FEMTERPRISE will contribute to the improvement of the competitiveness of regional businesses by: 1) establishing a sustainable cross-border FEMTERPRISE Network of Women Entrepreneurs; 2) strengthening the entrepreneurial capacity and creating opportunities for professional and social realization of young female entrepreneurs; 3)developing innovative, sustainable and supportive online tool for capacity building, mentoring and networking between female entrepreneurs, mentors, clients and potential investors from the cross-border region; 4) fostering the creation of female –run social enterprises in the region; 5)promoting entrepreneurial culture and social entrepreneurship.

Целта на FEMTERPRISE е да се подобрат условите за развој на бизнисот во прекуграничната област со примена на иновативни неформален пристап за зајакнување на претприемачкиот капацитет на жените претприемачи на возраст од 18-29 и поттикнување на создавањето на социјални претпријатија. FEMTERPRISE ќе направи истражување и идентификација на потенцијални жени претприемачи, ментори, инвеститори и деловни можности во прекуграничната област,ќе подржи 30 млади жени за успешно да основаат свои претпријатија и ќе обезбеди иновативни, одржливи решенија за социјалните и еколошките прашања во прекуграничниот регион со изградба на деловни, финансиски и лидерски капацитети, развивање на тријазична FEMTERPRISE онлајн платформа, промовирање на претприемничка култура во регионот со користење на ИКТ, со импакт врз најмалку 3000 претставници на целните групи и основање на прекугранична FEMTERPRISE мрежа на жените претприемачи. Проектот предвидува повеќе заеднички онлајн и офлајн интервенции за подигање на свеста и промоција, како и ИКТ соработка за размена на нови идеи и поттикнување на создавање на нови социјални претпријатија во регионот. FEMTERPRISE ќе придонесе за подобрување на конкурентноста на регионалните бизниси преку: 1) воспоставување на одржлива прекугранична FEMTERPRISE мрежа на жени претприемачи; 2) зајакнување на претприемачките капацитети и создавање на можности за професионална и социјална реализација на младите жени претприемачи; 3) развој на иновативна, одржлива и онлајн алатка за градење на капацитети, менторство и вмрежување помеѓу жените претприемачи, менторите, клиентите и потенцијалните инвеститори од прекуграничниот регион; 4) стимулирање за основање на социјални претпријатија во регионот раководени од жени; 5) промовирање на претприемничка култура и социјално претприемништво.

Общата цел на проекта е да се подобрят условията за бизнес развитие на трансграничната област чрез прилагане на новаторски нешаблонен подход за укрепване предприемаческия капацитет на жените предприемачи на възраст 18-29 и насърчаване създаването на социални предприятия. Проектът изследва и идентифицира потенциалните жени предприемачи, наставници, инвеститори и бизнес възможности в граничния район; подпомага 30 млади жени за успешен бизнес на техните предприятия; предоставя новаторски, устойчиви решения за социални и екологични проблеми в трансграничния регион чрез изграждане на предприемачески, финансов и лидерски капацитет; създава триезична онлайн платформа, насърчава предприемаческата култура в региона чрез използване на ИКТ; засяга най-малко 3000 представители на целевите групи и създава трансгранична FEMTERPRISE мрежа на жените предприемачи. Проектът включва няколко съвместни онлайн и офлайн мерки и ИКТ сътрудничество за обмен на идеи и насърчаване създаването на нови социални предприятия в региона. Той допринася за подобряване конкурентоспособността на регионалните фирми чрез: 1) създаване на устойчива трансгранична FEMTERPRISE мрежа на жените предприемачи; 2) укрепване предприемаческия капацитет и създаване възможности за професионална и социални реализация на млади жени предприемачи; 3)разработване на новаторски, устойчив и помощен онлайн инструмент за изграждане на капацитет, напътствия и мрежи между жените предприемачи, наставници, клиенти и потенциални инвеститори от трансграничния регион; 4) насърчаване създаването на женски социални предприятия в региона; 5) насърчаване предприемаческата култура и социалното предприемачество.

Achievements (EN):

The cross-border impact was demonstrated by applying joint innovative non-formal approach for improving the conditions for business development in the cross-border area by strengthening the socio-professional capacity of 30 female entrepreneurs aged 18-29, fostering the creation of 6 cross-border social enterprises and legally establishing 1 of them, promoting social entrepreneurship and establishing a sustainable partnership between "Unikum-Кos" and Viva Pautalia. The cross-border impact was achieved through the following means: 1. Establishment of a sustainable FEMTERPRISE Cross-border Network of Women Entrepreneurs – the network has currently 300 members from both countries – potential entrepreneurs, mentors, investors and other interested parties. The 60 founding members of the network – 30 female entrepreneurs and 30 stakeholders jointly designed a strategy for ensuring the sustainability and multiplication of the network. 2. Design and development of innovative trilingual cross-border FEMTERPRISE capacity-building and networking platform – the platform is available at www.femterprise.com 3. Increasing the self-confidence, management and entrepreneurial skills of project participants through informal learning and capacity-building activities – 30 participants attended the 5 day training and reported increased leadership and entrepreneurship capacity and skills. 4. Generating, development and promotion of 6 cross-border social enterprise concepts, real-world development of 1 of them – Robin Food; 5. Multiple joint offline and online promotion interventions impacting more than 50 000 representatives of the target groups.

Number of cooperation networks;1.00;The FEMTERPRISE Network of Women Entrepreneurs was established and a strategy for ensuring its sustainability and multiplication was developed by its founding members - 30 young women with entrepreneurial potential and 30 experienced stakeholders, among them voluntary mentors, businesspersons, entrepreneurs and potential investors. By the end of the project the Network has 300 registered members.
