Expected Results (TR):

1. Taşkın durumunda Haskova-Edirne sınır bölgesindeki nüfus için riskin azaltılması. 2. Haskova-Edirne sınır bölgesindeki acil durum yönetim kurumlarının taşkın durumuna reaksiyon verebilmesi için operasyon kapasitelerinin arttırılması. 3. Acil durumlarda yerel acil durum yönetim kurumlarının ortak müdahale için işbirliği ve koordinasyonun arttırılması. 4. Türk ve Bulgar ulusal acil durum yönetim kurumlarının işbirliği ve koordinasyon mekanizmalarının geliştirilmesi. 5. Ortak eğitim programlarının gerçekleştirilmesi. 6. Ortak müdahale prosedürlerinin düzenlenmesi. 7. Yerel enstütülerin acil durumlara tepki kapasitelerinin artması. 8. Genel nüfusun ve hedef grupların taşkın riskleri ve taşkın durumunda yapmaları gereken doğru eylemler hakkında farkındalığın artması.

Expected Results (EN):

1. Reduced risk for the population in the cross - border region Haskovo - Edirne in case of floods. 2. Improved operational capacity of the emergency management authorities for reaction in case of flood the cross - border region Haskovo - Edirne. 3. Improved the cooperation of the local emergency management authorities for joint interventions in case of emergency situations. 4. Improved the cooperation and coordination mechanisms of Turkish and Bulgarian national emergency management authorities. 5. Joint training programmes elaborated. 6. Joint intervention procedures elaborated. 7. Improved capacity of the local institutions for emergency response. 8. Raised awareness of the general population and target groups about flooding risk, as well as right actions of the population in case of floods.

Expected Results (BG):

1. Намаляване на риска за населението в трансграничната зона Хасково – Одрин в случай на наводнения. 2. Подобрен оперативен капацитет на отговорните институции за действия в случай на наводнения в трансграничната зона Хасково - Одрин. 3. Подобрено трансгранично сътрудничеството между местните власти при действия по време на извънредни ситуации. 4. Подобрени механизми за сътрудничество и координация на турските и българските власти за управление на риска при извънредни ситуации. 5. Изготвени Съвместни програми за обучение. 6. Изготвени Съвместни процедури за намеса. 7. Подобрен капацитет на местните институции за реакция при извънредни ситуации. 8. Повишена осведоменост на населението и на целевите групи за риска от наводнения, както и за действията им по време на такива.
