Description (EN): The project aims to enhance the tourist potential in the cross-border region through rehabilitation of community centers and preservation of local cultural traditions. Specific project objectives are: Rehabilitation of the community center in Sekirnik, Bosilovo; Rehabilitation of the community center in Ribnovo, Garmen and Better tourist services.
Main outputs are: Rehabilitated municipal building of the community center in Sekirnik and building of the community center in Ribnovo. Improved condition of the public buildings and enhancement of their energy efficiency, fully equipped community center in Ribnovo, assured proper equipment for development and exposition of a local cultural tradition in the cross-border area- the custom of "Ribnovo marriage", new tourist service developed and ready for exposition and visiting, conducted folklore festival in the cross-border area and presented culture traditions, new tourist products developed and increased opportunities for tourists’ attraction; Partnerships established in the field of tourism. The renewed public infrastructure could become places for future touristic and cross-border cooperation and provide significant possibilities for realization of numerous programs, festivals, events, workshops about historical and cultural heritage, sustainable development, nature preservation, regional identity, etc.
Read more Description (MK): Целта на проектот е да се зголеми туристичкиот потенцијал во прекуграничниот регион преку рехабилитација на центрите за заедницата и зачувување на локалните културни традиции. Специфични цели на проектот се: рехабилитација на центарот на заедницата во с. Секирник, Босилово; Рехабилитација на центарот на зедницата (читалиштето) во с. Рибново, Грмен и зосдавање подобри туристички услуги.
Главните резултати се: рехабилитирана општинска зграда во центарот на заедницата во с. Секирник и реновирање на центарот на заедницата (читалиште) во с. Рибново. Подобрена состојба на јавните објекти и подобрување на нивната енергетска ефикасност, целосно опремен центар на заедницата во Рибново, обезбеден со соодветна опрема за создавање на изложба на локалната културна традиција во прекуграничниот регион- обичај "Рибновска свадба", развиени нови туристички услуги и подготвеност за изложување и посета, спроведена фолклорен фестивал во прекуграничната област за презентирање на традиции и култура, развиени нови туристички производи и зголемување на можностите за привлекување на туристите; Партнерства во областа на туризмот. Обновената јавна инфраструктура би можеле да стане место за идна туристичка и прекуграничната соработка и да обезбеди значителна можности за реализација на повеќе програми, фестивали, настани, семинари за историско и културно наследство, одржлив развој, заштита на животната средина, регионалниот идентитет, итн.
Read more Description (BG): Целта на проекта е да се повиши туристическия потенциал в трансграничния регион, чрез реновиране на общинските читалища и опазването на местните културни традиции. Специфични цели на проекта са: рехабилитация на читалището в с. Секирник, Босилово; рехабилитация на читалището в с. Рибново, Гърмен и по-добро туристическо обслужване.
Основни резултати са: рехабилитирани общинска сграда на читалището в с. Секирник и сградата на читалището в с. Рибново; подобрено състояние на обществените сгради с повишена енергийната ефективност; напълно оборудвано читалище в с. Рибново с технологично оборудване за създаване на изложба на местната културна традиция в трансграничния регион - обичаят "Сватба в Рибново", развити нови туристически услуги в готовност за предлагане на посетители, проведен фолклорен фестивал в трансграничния регион за представяне на местните традиции и култура; разработени нови туристически продукти за увеличаване на възможностите за привличане на туристи; създадени партньорства в областта на туризма. Реновираната обществена инфраструктура ще се превърне място за бъдещо туристическо и трансгранично сътрудничество и ще предоставя значителни възможности за реализация на множество програми, фестивали, събития, семинари за културно-историческо наследство, устойчивото развитие, опазването на околната среда, регионалната идентичност и т.н.
Read more Achievements (EN): Garmen and Bosilovo Municipalities have collaborated as partners on different calls where they implemented joint projects. The Municipality of Garmen was project partner to Municipality of Bosilovo for the project “Development of eco/rural tourism in Municipality of Bosilovo” which envisaged construction works in Monospitovsko Blato and eco and cultural activities and for the project “Preservation and promotion of cultural diversity in the cross border region of Garmen and Bosilovo" which established the Center for promotion of cultural diversity the cross border region Bosilovo - Garmen. The Municipality of Bosilovo was also partner of Municipality of Garmen for the projects “Friendship, communication, cooperation in the cross border region Garmen and Bosilovo” which develops clubs for information and education about ecology, ecotourism, spa tourism, agriculture and rural business and “Tourism – Future of Garmen municipality” which provided local tourist info center. Lately the municipality of Garmen and municipality of Bosilovo implemented the project “Sustainable economic development through improvement of the social infrastructure in cross-border region Garmen - Bosilovo" - 2nd Call for project proposals under Bulgaria -FYROM IPA CBC Programme.
