Projenin en doğru ve verimli şekild euygulanmasına yönelik yönetim sistemi oluşturulacaktır; altyüklenicilerin seçiminde PRAG kuralları takip edilecektir, Kıyıköy ve Sozopol sit alanları için yer alan doğal ve kültürel varlıkları içeren 2 adet teknik projelerin hazırlanması. Projenin anlamı açıklanması ve duyurulması yönünde iki ortak tarafından tedbirlerin alınması, bu amaçla da hem paydaş toplantıların yapılması, tanıtım mataryallerin ahzırlanması ve düzgün sosyal medya yönetimi gerçekleştirilmesi düşünülmştür.

It will be built optimal organization and management system, PRAG requirements will be observed during the selection of subcontractors, two technical projects of meaningful sites will be elaborated in the town of Kiyikoy and the town of Sozopol. The partners have identified measures to promote the importance of the project and raise awareness of the local population, in addition to producing advertising materials, provides organizing information meetings with the presence of media, tourism organizations and local populations and promotion through media participation. Ще бъде изградена оптимална организация и система на управление, ще бъдат спазени изискванията на PRAG при избор на подизпълнители, ще бъдат изработени два технически проекта на значими обекти на природното и културното наследство в град Къйъкой и град Созопол. Партньорите са определили мерки за популяризиране значението на проекта и повишаване осведомеността на местното население, като освен изработване на рекламни материали, се предвижда организиране на информационни срещи с присъствието на медии, туристически организации и местно население и популяризиране чрез медийно участие.

Achievements (TR):

Proje ortakları, proje faaliyetlerini zaman planına göre uygulamıştır. Projenin gerçekleştirilmesi, Kıyıköy ve Sozopol vatandaşları ve sınır ötesi bölgesini ziyaret eden turistler için kültür turizmi geliştirilmesi açısından son derece önemlidir. Proje kapsamında Kıyıköy Belediyesi tarafından Kıyıköy ’ün tarihi kısmını oluşturan arkeolojik rezervinde bulunan küçük sokaklarının restorasyonu için teknik restorasyon projesi geliştirdi. Projenin Bulgaristan ayağında ise Sozopol şehrinin arkeolojik sit alanı olan ve Antik Apollon Şehri olarak adlandırılmış bölgenin geliştirilmesi ve tanıtılması başlıklı bir teknik restorasyon projenin hazırlanmasını kapsamıştır. Proje ortakları birlikte Burgaz ve Kırklareli İllerin sürdürülebilir turizmin geliştirilmesi için ortak bir strateji geliştirdiler. “Doğal ve kültürel mirasın korunması - ortak bir Avrupa hedefi” projesinin uygulanması, sınır ötesi bölgedeki doğal ve kültürel mirasın tanıtımının artırılması için çok büyük öneme sahip olan proje olup bu iki önemli tarihi kentin sokaklarının restorasyon projelerinin geliştirilmesi ile sınır bölgesinde sürdürülebilir turizmin gelişimi için temeller oluşturmuştur.

Achievements (EN):

The project partners have implemented the activities according to the schedule. The realization of the project proposal is of utmost importance both for the inhabitants of Sozopol and Kiyikoy Municipalities for the development of cultural tourism in the cross-border region and for all tourists and visitors. Under the project Municipality of Kiyikoy developed a technical design project for restoration of its small streets located inside of the archaeological reserve of Kiyikoy town. The activities in Bulgarian part of the project covered preparation of a project technical documentation entitled: "Development and exhibition of the Panorama Alley in Archaeological reserve "The Ancient City of Apolonia" - Sozopol ". Together project partners developed also a Joint strategy for development of sustainable tourism in Bourgas and Kirklareli Districts. The implementation of the project "Conservation of the natural and cultural heritage - a common European objective" has very big importance for increasing promotion of the natural and cultural heritage in the cross-border region and put the basics for development of sustainable tourism in the CB region through development of restoration projects of streets of these two important historical cities.

Дейностите са изпълнени съгласно предвидения план-график. Изпълнението на проектното предложение е от първостепенно значение както за жителите на общините Созопол и Къйъкьой, така и за развитието на културния туризъм в трансграничния регион и за всички туристи и посетители. В рамките на проекта Община Къйъкьой разработи технически проект за реставрация на малките улици, намиращи се в археологическия резерват на Стария град. Дейностите от българска страна обхванаха подготовка на проектна техническа документация, озаглавена: "Изграждане и изложба на Панорамата в археологически резерват "Древен град Аполония" - Созопол". Партньорите по проекта разработиха съвместна стратегия за развитие на устойчив туризъм в областите Бургас и Къркларели. Изпълнението на проекта "Опазване на природното и културно наследство - обща европейска цел" има голямо значение за повишаване на популяризирането на природното и културното наследство в трансграничния регион и поставя основите за развитие на устойчив туризъм в региона чрез разработване на реставрационни проекти на улиците в тези два исторически града.

Projenin önemli sonuçları arasında: doğa ve kültürel varlıklarını barındıran iki önemli turizm alanları için restorasyon, restitusyon ve röleve projelerin hazırlanmış olması; sınırötesi bölgesinde sürdürülebilir turizmin gelişimi için strateji hazırlanması; tüm ilgili paydaşların katılımıyla sürdürülebilir yaklaşımın uygulanması; Sozopol ve Kıyıköy arkeolojik sit alanların sınır bölgesinde önde gelen uluslararası turizm güzergahları olarak geliştirilmesi. Proje, "yeni turizmin" - koruyucu, kapsayıcı ve zarif turizmi olarak gelişmesine katkıda bulunacaktır.

Expected Results (EN):

The results of the project will be: built technical projects of significant sites of natural and cultural heritage; elaborated stratey for development of sustainable tourism in the cross-border region; implemented sustainable approach bound by the commitment of all stakeholders; positioning of Kiyikoy and Sozopol as international tourist destinations, leading in the border region. The project will contribute to the development of so-called "New tourism" - protective, inclusive and beneficial.

Expected Results (BG):

Резултатите от изпълнението на проекта ще бъдат: изградени технически проекти на значими обекти на природното и културното наследство; изработена стратегия за устойчив туризъм в трансграничния регион; приложен устойчив подход, обвързан с ангажираността на всички заинтересовани страни; позиционирането на град Созопол и град Къйъкой като международни туристически дестинации, водещи в трансграничния регион. Проектът ще допринесе и за развитието на т.нар. „нов туризъм” – опазващ, приобщаващ и благодатен.
