Общата цел напроекта е да се подобри бизнес средата и да се увеличат съвместните инициативи за икономическо сътрудничество в трансграничния регион. Проектът създава "Център за млади предприемачи", който допринася за укрепване на сътрудничеството между партньорите от трансграничния регион. Проектът осигурява достъп до информационно-комуникационни технологии на безработни младежи в неравностойно положение. Провежда се обучение на младежите в посока към усъвършенстване на техните знания и умения, за увеличане шансовете им да развият собствен бизнес. Постигането на целта ще се извърши чрез насърчаване на младите хора от двете страни на границата да създават нови предприятия, чрез провеждане на обучения или чрез оказване на експертна подкрепа при управлението на вече създадени предприятия. Това води до нови форми на сътрудничество, улесняване на контактите, изграждане на мрежи, обмяна на опит за управление и маркетинг. В рамките на проекта се провеждат два тридневни бизнес-лагери, съответно в България и Македония. За по-нататъшно развитие на първоначално представените предприемачески идеи на бизнес-лагерите, ще се създаде мрежа от четири екипа, като всеки екип ще бъде формиран и подкрепян от подходящ ментор.

Општата цел на проектот е да се подобри бизнис климата и да се зголеми бројот на заеднички иницијативи за економска соработка во прекуграничниот регион. Ќе биде основан "Центар за млади претприемачи" кој ќе придонесе за продлабочување на соработката меѓу партнерите од пограничниот регион. Проектот ќе обезбеди пристап до ИКТ и други технологии за младите кои се во неповолна положба на невработеност кои преку обуки и информации ќе ги подобрат своите знаења и вештини со цел да ги зголемат своите шанси за развој на сопствен бизнис. Целта ќе се постигне преку стимулирање на младите луѓе од двете страни на границата преку создавање на нови претпријатија преку обука или поддршка на раководството на веќе постоечките претпријатија. Ова ќе се одрази во создавањето на форми на соработка, олеснување на контактите, вмрежување, обука за менаџмент и маркетинг. Во рамките на проектот ќе се организираат два бизнис кампови (во траење од три дена) во Бугарија и Македонија. За понатамошен развој на претприемачките идеи презентирани на првиот бизнис камп, ќе биде создадена мрежа од четири екипи, секоја поддржана од соодветен ментор.

Description (EN):

Project overall objective is to improve the business environment and to increase joint initiatives for economic cooperation in CB region. "Center for Young Entrepreneurs" will be established and the Center will contribute to deepening the cooperation between the partners from the border region. The project will provide access to ICT and technology to unemployed disadvantaged youth by trainings and information to improve their knowledge and skills in order to increase their chance to develop their own business. The objective will be achieved by stimulating young people from both sides of the border to the creation of new enterprises through training or support the management of already established enterprises. This will be reflected in the creation of forms of cooperation, facilitating contacts, networking, training for management and marketing. In the frame of the project two business camp (three days long) respectively in a Bulgaria and Macedonia will be organized. For further development of entrepreneurial ideas presented on the first Business Camp, a network of four teams each supported with appropriate mentor will be created.

Achievements (EN):

Favorable business environment for sustainable development of CB region throw joint initiatives for the promotion of entrepreneurial collaborations and establishing joint network for young entrepreneurs have been created. Cross-border network of young entrepreneurs has been established. The joint business camps and created network created environment for a long-term cooperation of the young entrepreneurs on both sides of the border. Geographical dimension of project to the strengthening of communication between participants and intensifying the creation of knowledge in a way that proximity helps to establish co-operative linkages between entrepreneurs through exchange of information, enhancing mutual learning, and knowledge exchange. Contacts between 41 young entrepreneurs established. These contacts will continue to be maintained as the communication between them, for exchanging experiences and development of new business ideas, including possible future business cooperation. WEB site was designed and is in the function and the web site presents project results. 6 meetings of the project team have been held and contacts between members of project team of both sides of the border. 4 press conferences have been held.

Indicator; Reached value; Comment Supported joint start-up and self-employment initiatives;1.00;Common cross-border center for young entrepreneurs, with two offices in Kumanovo and Kuystendil has been established. Both offices are fully equipped with: Server, including Server software, Routers, Notebooks (6), Multifunctional printers, Printers and Interactive whiteboard systems. Both offices have been used by the trained young entrepreneurs for development of business plans and research of the opportunities for new business. Number of participants (split into men and women) in supported training and qualification initiatives;40.00;5 modules of business trainings have been organized by the Project partners with the aim providing of access to knowledge in business entrepreneurship to direct beneficiaries, the unemployed and disadvantaged people. By Five trainings per partner with following subjects: Business language, Marketing and advertising, Banking and credit products, Management and Fundamentals of law enforcement in business have been organized. In total 2 x 100 hours of trainings in 5 modules have been implemented. 40 participants ( 20 man and 20 woman) have been trained for doing business. Number of cooperation networks;1.00;The network of young entrepreneurs has been established, including a network of four mixed teams (with the beneficiaries from the both sides) each with the appropriate mentor. During the project implementation, and especially during the process of development of new business ideas and formulation of business plans, the network has been used by the network members.
