Description (EN):

In a context where globalisation and market segmentation coexist, the Pyrenean agricultural sectors are called upon to develop new strategies to remain competitive. Their structure and their ability to evolve and adapt therefore bring many challenges. AGRIVAL Pyrenees/Pirineos proposes, through a systemic approach, to strengthen the collective capacity to understand, analyse and transform the agricultural and agri-food sectors in order to optimise the strategic choices of the Pyrenean stakeholders. The diversity of the sectors and issues addressed (meat, cheese and dairy products, wines, fruit and vegetables / SIQO, territorial and commercial brands, etc...) will allow partners to acquire references and find links between the approaches to conduct a global reflection on the creation of added value for producers and on the territories. It will also ensure that the project's achievements are well transferable.

Achievements (EN):

Implementation of a common and co-constructed method with the support of ECOZEPT for the analysis of the initiatives. Capitalisation on the differentiation and valorisation strategies studied, sharing and comparing diagnoses, exchanges of experience, identification of good practices, cross studies with other partners. Accompaniment of the initiatives for the definition of strategic options and in the implementation of progress lines or pilot experiences : definition of action plans, implementation of marketing strategies and programming of promotional actions, experimental phase, creation of brands... Communication and promotion: posters, brochures, films, forums, information bulletins.
