Description (EN):

The project aims to present and preserve the cultural heritage of historical objects of the SK-PL cross-border area. We plan to create a multimedia presentation of cultural heritage and to share the know-how in the field of digitisation of historical buildings. Our aim is to put on the map and digitalise as many historical objects situated on the chosen area as possible and thanks to this give access to them in a modern form. We plan to use innovative technologies – large format scanners, etc. In accordance with the requirements of buildings’ managers, buildings, their interiors and possibly gardens will be scanned. 10 objects on the Slovak and Polish sides were selected. At the beginning, an innovative procedure related to a special scanning technique will be developed. It will take into account the requirements of the managers of historical objects, historians and offices for the preservation of historical monuments. UNIZA will develop an instruction draft. Qualified staff will be provided professional training. The preparation of scanned objects involves the inspection of buildings and surrounding objects on site, the possibility of setting and putting scanners etc. The number of hours of object scanning depends on the scope of the order. More products will be made from the digitised material: virtual walks, 3D and 2D book for the technical documentation etc. A final conference concerning the project will be organised. The project will cover the following historical sites: Poland: the Sułkowski Dukes’ Castle and the Old Factory in Bielsko-Biała, Julian Fałat’s Museum in Bystra, the Cieszyn Castle, the Rotunda, the Tower, the old part, the Pszczyna Castle, the Stables, the Etnographic Park in Ślemień. Slovakia: the Budatín Castle, the Budatín Castle – chapel and the remaining buildings as well as the interior, the Wedding Palac in Bytča, folk architecture houses in Čičmany and other.

Description (SK):

Cieľom projektu je predstavenie a zachovanie kultúrneho dedičstva historických objektov nachádzajúcich sa v SK –PL pohraničí. Plánujeme vytvoriť multimediálne prezentácie kultúrneho dedičstva a výmenu know-how v oblasti digitalizácie pamiatkových objektov. Našim zámerom je zmapovať, digitalizovať čo najväčší počet pamiatkových objektov vo vybranom území a sprístupniť ich tak v modernej forme. Plánujeme využiť moderné technológie – veľkokapacitné skenery a pod. Podľa požiadaviek správcov budov budú naskenované budovy, interiéry, prípadne záhrady. Na slovenskej strane je vybraných 10 a na poľskej 10 objektov, čo predstavuje viac ako 40 budov. Požiadavky a možnosti pre skenovanie budú upresnené pri príprave objektu. Návrh vybraných objektov je v prílohe projektu. Na začiatku sa navrhne inovačný postup so zavedením špeciálnej skenovacej techniky a zohľadnením požiadaviek správcov budov, historikov a pamiatkových úradov. Žilinská univerzita vypracuje návrh manuálu. Prebehnú školenie odborného personálu. Príprava skenovaného objektu zahŕňa obhliadku budov a príslušenstva na mieste, možnosti nastavenia a umiestnenia skenerov a pod. Počet hodín skenovania objektu závisí od rozsahu zadania. Z digitálneho materiálu budú vyrobené viaceré výstupy: Virtuálna prehliadky, 3D kniha, 3D a 2D výstupy pre technickú dokumentáciu a pod. Na záver bude odborná konferencia. Do projektu budú zahrnuté historické objekty: PL: Zámok Kniežat Sułkowskich v Bielsku-Białej, Stara Fabryka w Bielsku-Białej, Fałatówka w Bystrej Śląskiej Zámok Cieszyn, Rotunda, Bašta, stará časť, Zámok w Pszczynie, Kniežacie Stajne, Skanzem w Ślemieniu. SK: Budatínsky hrad – kaplnka ostatné budovy a interiér, , Sobášny palác v Bytči, domy v Čičmanoch a iné.

Description (PL):

Celem projektu jest przedstawienie i ochrona dziedzictwa kulturalnego obiektów historycznych, znajdujących się na pograniczu SK-PL. Planujemy stworzenie prezentacji multimedialnej dziedzictwa kulturowego i wymianę know-how w zakresie cyfryzacji obiektów zabytkowych. Naszym celem jest umiejscowienie na mapie i cyfryzacja jak największej liczby obiektów zabytkowych na wybranym obszarze oraz udostępnienie ich dzięki temu w nowoczesnej formie. Planujemy wykorzystanie nowoczesnej technologii - skanerów wielkoformatowych itp. Zgodnie z wymogami zarządców budynków zostaną zeskanowane budynki, wnętrza, ewentualnie ogrody. Wybrano po 10 obiektów po stronie słowackiej i po stronie polskiej. Na początku zostanie przygotowana innowacyjna procedura związane ze specjalną techniką skanowania i uwzględnieniem wymogów zarządców zabytkowych, historyków i urzędów ds. ochrony zabytków. UNIZA opracuje projekt instrukcji. Odbędzie się szkolenie fachowego personelu. Przygotowanie skanowanego obiektu obejmuje oględziny budynków i przyległych obiektów na miejscu, możliwość ustawienia i umieszczenia skanerów itp. Liczba godzin skanowania obiektu zależy od zakresu zlecenia. Z materiału cyfrowego zostanie wytworzonych więcej produktów: Zwiedzanie wirtualne, książka 3D, 3D, 2D do dokumentacji technicznej itp. Na koniec odbędzie się konferencja merytoryczna. Projekt obejmie następujące obiekty zabytkowe: PL: Zamek książąt Sułkowskich i Stara Fabryka w Bielsku-Białej, Galeria Fałata w Bystrej, Zamek Cieszyn, Rotunda, Baszta, stara cześć, Zamek w Pszczynie, Stajnie, Skansen w Ślemieniu. SK: Zamek w Budatinie, Zamek w Budatinie – kaplica i ostatne budinki i wnętrze, Pałac Ślubów w Bytczy, Domy Ludowe w Cziczmanach i inne.

Achievements (EN):

As part of the project, historical objects on the Polish-Slovak border were digitised. Buildings, their interiors and surroundings were scanned with large format scanners and then made available in modern form – i.e. mobile application, film, virtual walks, digital photos, corridors (www.3dheritage.eu). Thanks to the implementation of the project, the monuments are available to anyone interested in remote visits, including people with disabilities and the elderly. Project successes Recorded in digital form, including: The castle of the Dukes of Sułkowski and the Old Factory in Bielsko-Biała, the Fałata Gallery in Bystra, the Castle in Pszczyna, the Piast Tower and the Rotunda of St. Paul. Nikolaus in Teschen, Orava Castle, Budatin Castle, Wedding Palace in Bytcza, Streczna Castle, Open-Air Museum in Vychylovka, Radens House in Cziczmany and others. It was particularly important for the managers of historic buildings to produce a technical documentation of the objects, which is an important tool for further work and is necessary for conservation. A technical conference organised at the end of the project helped to enrich knowledge about the history of this area.

Expected Results (SK):

Výsledok Programu, k realizácii ktorého prispieva projekt: Úroveň povedomia miestneho obyvateľstva o prírodnom a kultúrnom dedičstve; Úroveň povedomia návštevníkov o prírodnom a kultúrnom dedičstve cezhraničného územia. Výsledky projektu a jeho výstupy priamo ovplyvnia ukazovatele výsledku Programu a to, "Úroveň povedomia miestneho obyvateľstva o prírodnom a kultúrnom dedičstve“ a zároveň aj druhý ukazovateľ "Úroveň povedomia návštevníkov o prírodnom a kultúrnom dedičstve cezhraničného územia“ Formy IT prezentácií ako aplikácia pre mobily, film, virtuálna prehliadka, digitálna fotografia, air view prehliadka budú prístupné verejnosti a predpokladáme, že oslovia najmä mladú generáciu. Taktiež tieto formy prezentácie sprístupnia pamiatky a spoločnú históriu pre osoby s postihnutí, staršie osoby alebo záujemcom, ktorí majú na naše prihraničia príliš ďaleko. Nové formy pritiahnu obyvateľov a návštevníkov na fyzickú prehliadku a obohatia samotnú prehliadku pamiatok. Tieto všetky skupiny miestnych obyvateľov a návštevníkov si zvýšia povedomie o prírodnom a kultúrnom dedičstve SK-PL prihraničia . Odborná konferencia ako jedna foriem výstupu projektu, zas prispeje k obohatenie najmä odbornej verejnosti o histórií tohto územia.

Expected Results (PL):

Rezultatu Programu, do którego przyczynia się realizacja projektu to: Docenienie dziedzictwa przyrodniczego i kulturowego pogranicza przez lokalną ludność; Docenienie dziedzictwa przyrodniczego i kulturowego pogranicza przez turystów spoza obszaru. Rezultaty projektu i jego produkty bezpośrednio wpłyną na wskaźniki rezultatów Programu, czyli na "Poziom wiedzy miejscowej ludności o dziedzictwie przyrodniczym i kulturowym”, a jednocześnie także na drugi wskaźnik "Poziom wiedzy odwiedzających o przyrodniczym i kulturalnym dziedzictwie obszaru transgranicznego". Formy prezentacji IT, takie jak aplikacja mobilna, film zwiedzanie wirtualne, zdjęcia cyfrowe, zwiedzanie air view, będą dostępne dla ogółu zainteresowanych i przewidujemy, że trafią co najmniej do młodego pokolenia. Tak samo te formy prezentacji udostępnią zabytki i wspólną historię osobom niepełnosprawnym, osobom starszym lub zainteresowanym, których dzieli od naszego pogranicza dość duża odległość. Nowe formy zachęcą mieszkańców i odwiedzających do fizycznego zwiedzania i wzbogacą samo zwiedzanie zabytków. Te wszystkie grupy miejscowej ludności i odwiedzających powiększą swoją wiedzą o przyrodniczym i kulturalnym dziedzictwie pogranicza SK-PL. Specjalistyczna konferencja jako jedna z form produktów projektu przyczyni się z kolei do wzbogacenia wiedzy w szczególności specjalistów o historii tego obszaru.

Počet nových cezhraničných produktov cestovného ruchu (1,00). Počet organizácií zapojených do cezhraničných projektov súvisiacich s kultúrnym a prírodným dedičstvom (10,00). Počet "mäkkých“ cezhraničných aktivít podporujúcich kultúrne a prírodné dedičstvo pohraničného regiónu (1,00).

Expected Outputs (PL):

Liczba nowych transgranicznych produktów turystycznych (1,00). Liczba organizacji uczestniczących w transgranicznych projektach na rzecz dziedzictwa kulturowego i przyrodniczego (10,00). Liczba "miękkich” działań transgranicznych promujących dziedzictwo kulturowe i przyrodnicze pogranicza (1,00).
