Project helps to implement the strategic goal of the Programme by strengthening relations, capacities and sharing experience among teachers and social service professionals, organizations working in social service or similar field form LT and BY through joint project activities, which are aimed at increasing the quality of life in the border regions for target group. During this project, will be enhanced public sector's skills and will be developed a new tool for providing social service at regional level and also will be encouraged activity of NGO's to participate in providing social or other services for vulnerable children. This project will directly increase accessibility to social inclusion service for target group in the Programme area by involving them into informal art activities. The main target group of this project is 6-19 year-old children and adolescents with special educational needs (slight intellectual disabilities; eyesight and aural disabilities; motion, positioning and/ or neurological disorders, learning disorders, behavioral and emotional disorders, speech and language disorders, learning difficulties) or children of social risk families and refugee children. They meet such main problems as poor attending school, poor marks, bullying at school, etc. The project helps to meet their needs to go back to active social life and learning process. The main added value is a creative informal, but controlled environment in which children are able to know each other better through art activities. In order to ensure social integration, LT and BY art schools teachers and social service professionals will gain new competencies to work with target group and how to help them to participate in the same learning process as other kids. This project is non profit-making and activities do not fall under the state aid.
