Le projet se concentre sur une zone rurale avec un taux d’illettrisme et de chômage important, d’où la nécessité de développer une stratégie d’emplois et de conservation des compétences : la formation en alternance ainsi que l’incitation à la mobilité transfrontalière peuvent en ce sens favoriser l’accès à des emplois pérennes. Pour ce faire, plusieurs actions de mise en commun sont envisagées, dont un listing des associations pour créer des partenariats, la rencontre des entreprises pour identifier leurs besoins, la mise en place d’un plan de formations transfrontalières ou encore une plateforme informatique d’échanges des offres sur la zone transfrontalière. Les offres d’emplois sont par ailleurs diffusées et des actions de promotion visent à faire connaître les organismes d’aide à l’emploi. Les actions entreprises permettent aux entreprises et aux travailleurs de la zone transfrontalière de mieux connaître l’offre et la demande. D’autre part, les groupements d’employeurs peuvent potentiellement engager du personnel et de le mettre à disposition de plusieurs entreprises. Les résultats attendus résident très précisément dans l’augmentation du nombre d’emplois transfrontaliers dans la zone transfrontalière grâce aux formations organisées et aux contacts établis tant avec les organismes existants qu’avec les entreprises et les demandeurs d'emploi.

The project focuses on a rural area with a high rate of illiteracy and unemployment, hence the need to develop a strategy for employment and skills conservation: work-linked training and encouraging cross-border mobility can in this sense promote access to permanent jobs. To this end, several pooling actions are envisaged, including a list of associations to create partnerships, meetings with companies to identify their needs, the implementation of a cross-border training plan and an IT platform for exchanging offers in the cross-border area. Job offers are also disseminated and promotional actions are aimed at highlighting employment support organisations. The actions undertaken enable companies and workers in the cross-border area to gain a better understanding of supply and demand. On the other hand, employers' groups can potentially hire staff and make them available to several companies. The expected results lie very precisely in increasing the number of cross-border jobs in the cross-border area through organised training and contacts with existing bodies, companies and job-seekers.

Het project concentreert zich op een plattelandszone met een hoge graad van ongeletterdheid en werkloosheid, vandaar de noodzaak om een strategie voor tewerkstelling en behoud van de competenties te ontwikkelen. Leer-werktrajecten en stimulering van de grensoverschrijdende mobiliteit kunnen in die zin de toegang tot langdurige tewerkstelling bevorderen. Hiertoe worden meerdere samenwerkingsacties overwogen, waaronder een lijst van verenigingen om partnerschappen te creëren, ontmoetingen met ondernemingen om hun behoeften te leren kennen en de implementatie van een grensoverschrijdend opleidingsplan en een digitaal uitwisselingsplatform voor het grensoverschrijdende aanbod. De vacatures worden verspreid en de organisaties voor hulp bij tewerkstelling worden bekendgemaakt via promotieacties. De acties geven de ondernemingen en werknemers van de grenszone een beter zicht op de vraag en het aanbod van banen. Daarnaast kunnen werkgeversgroeperingen personeel aanwerven en ter beschikking stellen van meerdere ondernemingen. De verwachte resultaten zijn in het bijzonder een stijging van het aantal grensoverschrijdende banen in de grenszone dankzij de georganiseerde opleidingen en de contacten die worden gelegd met de bestaande organisaties, de ondernemingen en de werkzoekenden.

Augmentation du nombre d’emplois transfrontaliers dans la zone transfrontalière grâce aux formations organisées et aux contacts établis tant avec les organismes existants qu’avec les entreprises et les demandeurs d'emploi. L'objectif est de viser 15 travailleurs par an bénéficiant d'un CDD, sous la forme de trois groupes de 5 personnes. Trois sessions de formation conjointes auront lieu chaque année, soit 10 au total, et une collaboration effective avec une trentaine d'entreprises.

Expected Results (EN):

Increase in the number of cross-border jobs in the cross-border area through organised training and contacts with existing organisations, companies and job-seekers. The objective is to target 15 workers per year benefiting from a fixed-term contract, in the form of three groups of 5 people. Three joint training sessions will be held each year, or a total of 10, and effective collaboration will be instigated with some 30 companies.

Stijging van het aantal grensoverschrijdende banen in de grenszone dankzij de georganiseerde opleidingen en de contacten die worden gelegd met de bestaande organisaties, de ondernemingen en de werkzoekenden. Het streefdoel is 15 werknemers met een arbeidsovereenkomst van bepaalde duur te bereiken in de vorm van drie groepen van vijf personen. Het project beoogt drie opleidingssessies per jaar, dus 10 in totaal, en een effectieve samenwerking met een dertigtal ondernemingen.

Expected Outputs (FR):

Augmenter le nombre d'emplois en zones rurales et défavorisées : développer des actions relatives à l’offre et la demande du marché de l’emploi dans la zone transfrontalière. Mettre en place un accompagnement dans les démarches à suivre pour l'équivalence de diplôme. Il est attendu qu'à l'issue de ce parcours, les travailleurs soient employables.

Increase the number of jobs in rural and disadvantaged areas: develop actions related to labour market supply and demand in the cross-border area. Provide support with the procedures to be followed for the equivalence of diplomas. At the end of this orientation, the aim is for the workers to be employable.

Het aantal banen in achtergestelde, landelijke zones verhogen door acties rond het aanbod en de vraag op de arbeidsmarkt in de grenszone. Implementatie van een begeleiding bij de te volgen stappen voor de gelijkstelling van diploma’s. Er wordt verwacht dat de werkzoekers op het eind van dit traject inzetbaar zijn.
