Le previsioni meteo stanno diventando sempre più importanti per la popolazione dell’Euregio Tirolo-Alto Adige-Trentino, sia per quanto riguarda gli aspetti di Protezione Civile che nella programmazione delle attività del singolo cittadino e più in generale per molte attività socio-economiche e per il turismo. Al fine di semplificare e unificare l’offerta pubblica di previsioni meteo per la popolazione dell’Euregio è stato predisposto questo progetto che riguarda la previsione meteorologica transfrontaliera e congiunta per i tre territori del Tirolo, Alto Adige e Trentino su un’unica piattaforma web.

The weather and its precise forecasts are becoming increasingly important for the population of Euregio Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino. Civil protection aspects are as important as the necessary information on climate development for the individual citizen as well as for tourism and for the economy in general. In order to simplify the situation of the population of the Euregio, a project has been launched that will offer a cross-border and joint meteorological presence for the three territories Tyrol, South Tyrol and Trentino on its own web platform.

Das Wetter und dessen möglichst präzise Vorhersage gewinnt für die Bevölkerung in der Europaregion Tirol – Südtirol – Trentino immer mehr an Bedeutung. Dabei sind Aspekte des Bevölkerungsschutzes ebenso von Bedeutung wie die notwendige Information über die Wetterentwicklung für den/die einzelnen/einzelne Bürger/in, sowie für den Tourismus und für Wirtschaftstreibende allgemein. Um die Situation für die Bevölkerung in der Europaregion einfacher zu gestalten, wird ein Projekt realisiert, das auf einer eigenen Web-Plattform einen länderübergreifenden, gemeinsamen Wetterauftritt der drei Länder Tirol, Südtirol und Trentino bietet.

Expected Results (IT):

Ogni territorio membro dell'Euregio ha il proprio servizio meteorologico e quindi gli utenti interessati all’area Euregio sono costretti a consultare più fonti su Internet, con prodotti diversi per accessibilità, grafica e scadenze temporali, spesso disponibili solo nella rispettiva lingua nazionale. Può inoltre capitare di trovare differenze tra le previsioni pubblicate dai tre servizi in regioni limitrofe. Una piattaforma comune per le previsioni meteorologiche consentirebbe di omogeneizzare l’offerta disponibile e presenterebbe un chiaro valore aggiunto per la popolazione dell'Euregio e i numerosi turisti che la visitano. Al termine del progetto non solo sarà disponibile per la popolazione una nuova piattaforma web con informazioni meteorologiche transfrontaliere, ma i miglioramenti dei propri sistemi raggiunti durante il progetto e le nuove procedure sviluppate aumenteranno anche la competitività dei tre servizi meteorologici nei singoli paesi Tirolo, Alto Adige e Trentino.

Expected Results (EN):

Each member territory of the Euregio has its own meteorological service and therefore users interested in the Euregio area are forced to consult multiple sources on the Internet, with different products in terms of accessibility, graphics and timelines, often only available in the respective national language. There may also be differences between the forecasts published by the three services in neighbouring regions. A common platform for weather forecasting would make it possible to homogenise the available supply and would have a clear value added to the population of the Euregio and the many tourists who visit it. At the end of the project, not only will a new web platform with cross-border weather information be available to the population, but the improvements of their systems achieved during the project and the new procedures developed will also increase the competitiveness of the three Meteorological services in the individual villages of Tyrol, South Tyrol and Trentino.

Expected Results (DE):

In jedem Mitgliedsland der Europaregion wird jeweils ein eigener Dienst für die Wettervorhersage betrieben. Die Nutzerinnen und Nutzer sind deshalb gezwungen, auf unterschiedliche Angebote im Internet zurückzugreifen. Diese sind oft schwierig auffindbar oder nur in der jeweiligen Landessprache verfügbar. Zudem ist die Aufbereitung und Qualität unterschiedlich und es kommt nicht selten vor, dass Wettervorhersagen, die in benachbarten Regionen ausgegeben werden, sich grundsätzlich unterscheiden. Eine gemeinsame, sowohl in Qualität als auch in der Aufbereitung vereinheitlichte Plattform zur Wettervorhersage und damit der Planung von Aktivitäten stellt einen deutlichen Mehrwert für die Bevölkerung in der Europaregion dar. Nach Ende des Projektes steht nicht nur eine neue Webplattform mit länderübergreifende Wetterinformationen für die Bevölkerung zur Verfügung, sondern die während des Projektes erzielten Verbesserungen der eigenen Systeme und die neu entwickelten Prozeduren erhöhen auch die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der drei Wetterdienste in den einzelnen Ländern Tirol, Südtirol und Trentino.

OI6 - Numero di cooperazioni istituzionali nell’ambito della prevenzione dei rischi e della protezione civile: 5,00. I servizi meteorologici delle Province autonome di Bolzano e Trento che collaboranno nel progetto attraverso il GECT con la ZAMG sono coinvolti nella prevenzione dei rischi e nella Protezione civile. Grazie alla cooperazione transfrontaliera nelle previsioni meteorologiche, uno degli elementi centrali per la prevenzione dei rischi naturali, è possibile ottenere un valore aggiunto decisivo per la Protezione civile, in particolare nelle zone di confine. è prevista la continuazione del progetto dopo il 2022.

Expected Outputs (EN):

OI6 - Number of institutional cooperation in the field of risk prevention and civil protection: 5,00. The meteorological services of the autonomous provinces of Bolzano and Trento, which will collaborate in the project through the EGTC with ZAMG, are involved in risk prevention and civil protection. Thanks to cross-border cooperation in weather forecasting, which is one of the key elements in the prevention of natural hazards, decisive added value can be achieved for civil protection, particularly in border areas.

OI6 - Anzahl der institutionellen Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der Risikoprävention und des Katastrophenschutzes: 5,00. Die meteorologischen Dienste der autonomen Provinzen Bozen und Trient, die über den EVTZ mit der ZAMG an dem Projekt zusammenarbeiten werden, sind in den Bereichen Risikoprävention und Katastrophenschutz tätig. Durch die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit bei der Wettervorhersage, die eines der Schlüsselelemente bei der Prävention von Naturgefahren ist, kann ein entscheidender Mehrwert für den Katastrophenschutz, insbesondere in Grenzgebieten, erreicht werden.
