SUCCESS aims to increase job opportunities, sustainability and quality through the development of activities in the priority sectors of the programme (innovative and sustainable tourism, sea-related maritime activities, sustainable energies and blue and green biotechnologies such as agri-food and cosmetics). It will involve building a cross-border network of assistance and coaching services to support employment by investing in freelancers, micro-businesses and new companies. This network will rely on specialised and innovative online services based on the good practices observed in each partner region The project will build on the achievements of the SERENA, ART², FRINET and MER projects of the previous programme, which developed opportunities in certain priority areas. It will achieve the following: 1 - Analysis of the need to work and funding in the priority areas involved based on the capitalisation of previous projects; 2 - Mapping of existing services provided by innovative online tools; 3 - Action plan of personalised paths based on the aforementioned analysis and mapping; 4 - Awareness raising and information of the public involved to have better access (young people undergoing training/apprenticeship, company creators, companies developing in the participating regions); 5 - Scouting pilot actions (business opportunities, incubators of ideas and projects), 6 - Coaching (packaged training, alternating with cross-border mobility), and mentoring (sponsorships, agreements between companies, internships) resulting in the validation of paths and privileged access to regional or local financial tools.

SUCCESS vise à augmenter les opportunités d’emploi, durables et de qualité à travers le développement des activités dans les filières prioritaires du programme (tourisme innovant et durable, activités maritimes et liés à la mer, les énergies renouvelables, les biotechnologies bleus et vertes comme l’agroalimentaire et la cosmétique). Il s’agira de constituer un réseau transfrontalier de services de tutorat et de coaching pour soutenir l’emploi en permettant une meilleure mobilisation des aides à l’investissement en faveur des indépendants, de la micro-entreprise et de la création d’entreprises. Ce réseau s’appuiera sur l’utilisation d’outils en ligne de services spécialisés et innovants à partir des bonnes pratiques repérées dans chaque région partenaire. Le projet s’appuiera sur les résultats obtenus lors des projets SERENA, ART², FRINET, MeR de la précédente programmation qui ont permis de dégager des opportunités de développement de certaines filières prioritaires. Il s’agira de réaliser : - L’analyse des besoins d’emploi et des financements dans les filières prioritaires cibles à partir de la capitalisation des projets précédents ; - Le mappage des services existants par une mise en réseau et l'inégration d'outils innovants en ligne ; - Un plan d’action issu de l’analyse et du mappage permettant d’envisager des parcours personnalisés dans l’acte d’entreprendre ; - La sensibilisation et l’information pour une meilleure accessibilité des publics ciblés (jeunes en formation/insert, créateurs d’entreprise, entreprises en développement) à l’échelle d région participante ; - Des actions pilotes en système de scouting (opportunités pour entreprendre, incubateur d’idées et de projet) – coaching (Formation à la carte, en alternance avec mobilité transfrontalière) – tutoring (parrainage, joint-venture, stage en entreprise) débouchant sur la validation de parcours et l’accès privilégié aux outils financiers régionaux ou locaux.

SUCCES mira ad aumentare le opportunità di lavoro, sostenibili e di qualità attraverso lo sviluppo delle attività nei settori prioritari del programma ( turismo innovativo e sostenibile, attività maritime legate al mare, le energie sostenibili, le biotecnologie blu e verde come l’agroalimentare e il cosmetico). Si tratterà di costruire una rete transfrontaliera di servizi di assistenza e di coaching per sostenere il lavoro permettendo una migliora mobilitazione dell’aiuto all’investimento in favore degli indipendenti, della micro-azienda e della creazione di aziende. Questa rete si appoggierà sull’utilizzazione di strumenti on-line di servizi specializzati ed innovativi a partire delle buone pratiche notate in ogni regione partner. Il progetto si baserà sui risultati ottenuti durante i progetti SERENA, ART², FRINET, MER, della precedente programmazione che ha permesso di emanare delle opportunità di sviluppo di certi settori prioritari. Consisterà a realizzare : L’analizza del bisogno lavorare e dei finanziamenti nei settori prioritari coinvolti a partire della capitalizzazione dei progetti precedenti. La mappatura dei servizi esistenti da una messa in rete e l’integrazione di strumenti innovativi on-line. Un piano d’azione che risulta dall’analizza e della mappatura permettendo di prevedere dei percorsi personalizzatinell’intraprendere. La sensibilizzazione e l’informazione per un migliore accesso dei pubblici coinvolti ( giovani in tirocinio/inserimento, creatori d’azienda, aziende che si sviluppano al livello delle regioni che partecipano. Delle azioni pilota « scouting » ( opportunità per intraprendere, incubatore d’idee e di progetto) – Coaching ( fotmazione alla carta, in alternanza con mobilità transfrontaliere – tutoring (sponsorizzazione, accordi tra aziende, tirocinio in azienda) sfociando sulla validazione di percorsi e l’acesso privilegiato agli strumenti finanziari, regionali o locali).
