Description (EN):

SA.VO.I.R.S. intends to offer students/graduates the key to reviving traditional crafts and knowledge, by providing them with cross-border career mobility paths that can stimulate new ideas and solutions poised between the past and the present for the sake of planning the future. The project is part of a joint cross-border training action in the priority chain of innovative and sustainable tourism for the enhancement of cultural and environmental assets, as well as typical local products, the result of ancient trades, using ICT and technological innovation. Students' vocations can thus be fostered. The project will make them aware of business systems not available in their area of origin. It will create economic connections between past and present and experiment with cross-border employment prospects. The project’s breakdown is as follows: - Exchange of experiences and cultures between the world of business and educational institutions, by placing students in the blue and green growth priority chain of innovative and sustainable tourism, also on the basis of national experimentations alternating school and employment; - Organisation of work experiences of Italian students in France and French students in Italy (singles or in groups) in companies and public/private organisations of the priority cross-border chain of innovative and sustainable tourism; - Laboratory work to acquire the skills to innovate the tourism attractiveness of ancient crafts and knowledge with the help of school and company mentors.

Description (IT):

SA.VO.I.R.S. intende offrire a studenti/neodiplomati la chiave di volta per rilanciare i mestieri e i saperi tradizionali, inserendoli in percorsi di mobilità transfrontaliera che possano stimolare la nascita di nuove idee e soluzioni, in una prospettiva di dialogo tra passato e presente che sappia tradursi in progettualità per il domani. Il progetto si inserisce quindi in un’azione di formazione congiunta transfrontaliera nella filiera prioritaria del turismo innovativo e sostenibile per la valorizzazione di beni culturali e ambientali, nonché dei prodotti tipici locali, frutto di antichi mestieri, ricorrendo agli strumenti dell’ICT e dell’innovazione tecnologica. Si potranno così valorizzare le vocazioni personali degli studenti, facendo loro conoscere ulteriori sistemi d’impresa rispetto a quelli presenti nel loro territorio di provenienza, creare connessioni territoriali in chiave economica tra passato e presente, e sperimentare prospettive occupazionali in grado di favorire la loro futura integrazione nel mercato del lavoro transfrontaliero. La presente proposta prevede la seguente articolazione progettuale:- Scambio di esperienze e culture tra il mondo delle imprese e delle istituzioni scolastiche, attraverso l’inserimento degli studenti, nell’ambito della filiera prioritaria del turismo innovativo e sostenibile legato alla crescita blu e verde, anche sulla base delle sperimentazioni nazionali dell’alternanza scuola-lavoro; - Organizzazione di esperienze lavorative di studenti italiani in Francia e di studenti francesi in Italia (come studenti singoli o gruppo classe) presso imprese e organismi pubblici/privati nell’ambito della filiera transfrontaliera prioritaria del turismo innovativo e sostenibile;- Percorso laboratoriale finalizzato all’acquisizione delle competenze necessarie per trasformare in chiave innovativa l’attrattività turistica degli antichi mestieri e saperi, con la messa a disposizione di un tutor scolastico e di un tutor aziendale
