Aujourd’hui, dans la zone de coopération, il existe un grand nombre de petites entreprises dans les secteurs du tourisme durable et du nautisme, un taux de chômage élevé des jeunes et des institutions de formation de qualité, interconnectées avec le monde économique, mais qui n’offrent pas de formation spécialisée pour soutenir l’activité ces filières prioritaires. Or, pour transformer leur potentiel de développement en réalité malgré une capacité d’investissement limitée, ces entreprises devraient pouvoir compter sur des salariés qualifiés et impliqués durablement dans leurs organisations grâce à des emplois de qualité. Le projet MarittimoMob contribuera à relever le double défi de l’amélioration de l’employabilité des jeunes et de l’augmentation de la compétitivité des entreprises des filières prioritaires de la croissance bleue et verte en Corse, en Ligurie et en Sardaigne. Les 3 partenaires – la Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie d’Ajaccio et de Corse du Sud, l’Université de Gêne et l’agence spéciale de la Chambre de Commerce de Sassari Promocamera - concevront, expérimenteront, évalueront et créeront les conditions de la pérennisation et de la transférabilité d’un Accélérateur transfrontalier de mobilité, spécialisé dans les filières prioritaires. Cet Accélérateur sera constitué d’un parcours de formation conjoint, innovant et certifiant (Mastère puis stage en mobilité transfrontalière), dont bénéficieront 20 entreprises et 20 étudiants transfrontaliers. En amont de la conception de l’Accélérateur, une étude des besoins en compétences des entreprises sera réalisée. En aval de l’expérimentation, sa capitalisation sera réalisée sous la forme d’un Manuel destiné à favoriser la transférabilité / reproductibilité de l’Accélérateur dans d’autres contextes, de manière à contribuer durablement à l’intégration du marché du travail transfrontalier.

There are currently many sustainable tourism and boating businesses in the cooperation area. However, despite a high rate of youth unemployment, quality training institutes interconnected with the economic world do not offer specialised training to support these priority supply chains. In order to develop their potential and in spite of their limited investment capacity, these businesses should be able to rely on qualified permanent workers enjoying quality jobs. The MarittimoMob project will contribute to pursuing the double challenge of improving young people’s potential for entering the workforce and increasing the competitiveness of the companies of the priority blue and green growth sectors in Corsica, Liguria and Sardinia. The 3 partners—the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ajaccio and Southern Corsica, the University of Genoa and the Special Promocamera Agency of the Sassari Chamber of Commerce—will conceive, experiment, evaluate and create the conditions for the capitalisation and transferability of a cross-border mobility accelerator specialised in priority supply chains. This Accelerator will consist of an innovative and qualifying joint training course (Master’s Degree and cross-border mobility internships) which will benefit 20 companies and 20 cross-border students. A study of the business skills needed will precede the design of the accelerator. After the experimentation, the production of a Manual will ensure the transferability/reproducibility of the Accelerator and its permanent contribution to cross-border labour market integration.

Oggi, nella zona di cooperazione, c’è un grande numero di piccole imprese nei settori del turismo sostenibile e della nautica, un elevato tasso di disoccupazione giovanile, e degli istituti di formazione di qualità, interconnessi con il mondo economico, ma che non offrono formazione specializzata al sostegno dell’attività di queste filiere prioritarie. Ora, per trasformare in realtà il loro potenziale di sviluppo, malgrado una limitata capacità d’investimento, queste imprese dovrebbero poter contare su lavoratori qualificati e coinvolti stabilmente nelle loro organizzazioni con degli impieghi di qualità. Il progetto MarittimoMob contribuirà a portare avanti la doppia sfida di migliorare il potenziale d’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro dei giovani e dell'aumento della competitività delle imprese delle filere prioritarie della crescita blu e verde in Corsica, in Liguria ed in Sardegna. I 3 partner - la Camera di Commercio e Industria di Ajaccio e della Corsica del Sud, l'Università di Genova e l’Azienda Speciale della Camera di Commercio di Sassari Promocamera - concepiranno, sperimenteranno, valuteranno e creeranno le condizioni di capitalizzazione e trasferibilità di un Acceleratore transfrontaliero di mobilità, specializzato nelle filiere prioritarie. Questo Acceleratore sarà costituito di un percorso di formazione congiunto, innovativo e qualificante (Master, e stage in mobilità transfrontaliera) di cui beneficeranno 20 imprese e 20 studenti transfrontalieri. A monte della progettazione dell'acceleratore, sarà realizzato uno studio dei bisogni in/di competenze delle imprese. A valle della sperimentazione, la sua capitalizzazione sarà realizzata sotto forma di un Manuale destinato a favorire la trasferibilità / riproducibilità dell'Acceleratore in altri contesti, in modo da contribuire stabilmente all'integrazione del mercato del lavoro transfrontaliero.
