Description (EN):

The local youth employment initiatives are the subject of the project, which envisage cross-border development of entrepreneurial traits, promoting cross-border mobility and reducing the distance between school and work. The goals of the project are: - organizing students’ work in the form of a simulation company modeled on a student cooperative cooperating with a cross-border partner, - raising the competence of teachers for knowledge about the usefulness of vocational education and extra-curricular activities in the form of the activity of the simulation company to develop the entrepreneurial traits of the students. The immediate beneficiaries of the project will be the students and teachers of the Giżycko District School, the ZSEiI (Electronic and Information Technology School) and the Alytus Vocational Training Centre. The project activities are: organization of simulation student companies, the provision of services by established enterprises to schools, organization of tourist events by established companies, organization of teacher training, information and promotion of the project, project management, closing of the project. The result of the project is a positive impact on reducing the unemployment rate. Measurable product: 73 participants in joint local employment initiatives and joint training courses, (students and teachers working in a simulation company and teachers participating in joint training).The project budget is 49 170,20 EUR.

Przedmiotem projektu są lokalne inicjatywy na rzecz zatrudnienia młodzieży , które przewidują wspólne transgraniczne rozwijanie cech przedsiębiorczych, promowanie mobilności transgranicznych oraz zmniejszenie dystansu miedzy szkołą i pracą. Cele projektu to: Zorganizowanie pracy uczniów w formie firmy symulacyjnej wzorowanej na spółdzielni uczniowskiej współpracującej z partnerem transgranicznymi, Podwyższanie kompetencji nauczycieli o wiedzę na temat przydatności kształcenia zawodowego i zajęć pozalekcyjnych w formie działania firmy symulacyjnej do rozwoju cech przedsiębiorczych uczniów. Bezpośrednimi beneficjentami projektu będą uczniowie i nauczyciele szkoły Powiatu Giżyckiego Zespół Szkół Elektronicznych i Informatycznych i Alytuskie Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego. Działania projektu to: Organizacja symulacyjnych przedsiębiorstw uczniowskich, Wykonywanie usług przez utworzone przedsiębiorstwa na rzecz szkół, Organizacja imprez turystycznych przez utworzone przedsiębiorstwa, Organizacja szkolenia nauczycieli, Informacja i promocja projektu, Zarządzanie projektem, Zamkniecie projektu. Rezultatem projektu jest pozytywny wpływ na zmniejszenie stopy bezrobocia, a produktami: 73 uczestników wspólnych lokalnych inicjatyw na rzecz zatrudnienia i wspólnych szkoleń, którymi są uczniowie i nauczyciele pracujący w symulacyjnym przedsiębiorstwie oraz nauczyciele uczestniczący we wspólnym szkoleniu. Budżet projektu to 49 170,20 EUR.

Projekto esmė yra vietos iniciatyvos jaunimo užimtumo didinimui, kurios numato bendrą pasienio regiono verslumo įgūdžių vystymą, tarpvalstybinio mobilumo skatinimą ir atotrūkio tarp profesinio mokymo ir realaus darbo mažinimą. Projekto tikslai yra šie: mokinių darbo organizavimas naudojant mokomąsias simuliacines bendroves bendradarbiaujančias su užsienio partneriu; mokytojų kompetencijų, susijusių su profesinio mokymo nauda, po pamokine simuliacinių bendrovių veikla mokinių verslumo ugdymui, didinimas. Tiesioginiai projekto naudos gavėjai bus mokiniai ir mokytojai iš Gižycko pavieto Elektronikos ir IT technologijų profesinės mokyklos ir Alytaus profesinio rengimo centro. Projekto veikla apima: mokomųjų simuliacinių bendrovių įsteigimą; įsteigtų bendrovių paslaugų teikimą; įsteigtų bendrovių turizmo renginių organizavimą, mokytojų mokymo organizavimą, projekto informavimą ir viešinimą, projekto valdymą, projekto uždarymą. Projekto rezultatas yra teigiamas poveikis mažinant nedarbo lygį, o projekto produktai - 73 bendrų užimtumo skatinimo vietos iniciatyvų ir bendrų mokymų dalyviai, kurais yra mokiniai ir mokytojai, dirbantys simuliacinėse mokomosiose bendrovėse ir mokymuose dalyvaujantys mokytojai. Projekto biudžetas yra 49 170,20 eurų

Achievements (EN):

The results and products of the project have reduced the risk of unemployment of partner school students by promoting entrepreneurship and starting a business, facilitating the transition from the education system to the labour market and increasing youth mobility. LB formed a group of students who performs repairs in the school dormitory building. This group uses equipment purchased as part of the project. B2 formed a circle of young businessmen. Equipment purchased by B2 is used to teach students how to make car repairs. The performance of thermal insulation by the students of the building of the small gym LB enabled the formal completion of its construction and obtaining the occupancy permit.
