Description (EN):

Project “Developing infrastructure and competencies in fire security and rescue field across border” is implemented by Municipalities of Elektrėnai and Filipow. With this project partners aim to assure inclusive growth in border regions: Elektrėnai and Filipow, through development of infrastructure and competencies in the field of fire security and rescue. Project will be implemented from 1st of January, 2019 till 1st of December, 2020. During the implementation of project partners will develop infrastructure: a new fire fighter station will be built in Elektrėnai, Gmina Filipow will renovated fire fighter station, buy and equip a fire truck. Educational program on basics of hazard prevention, fire safety and rescue will be developed by partners together. 400 citizens will be trained in Filipow and Elektrėnai. Partners together will implement 4 competencie development and practice exchange events: 2 study visits, 1 youth exchange and a conference. 190 people will take part in cross-border events and develop their competencies. These events will allow Elektrėnai municipality to take over the good practice of voluntery fire safety and rescue units from Poland. The newly developed infrastructure, educational program for citizens and experience exchange between fire fighters will contribute to safer community development and bigger trust between citizens and local governament across border. Citizens will be motivated to join voluntary fire safety and rescue units.

Projekt “Rozwój infrastruktury i kompetencji transgranicznego bezpieczeństwa przeciwpożarowego i ratownictwa” jest realizowany przez samorządy Elektreny i Filipów. Projekt ma na celu zapewnienie rozwoju sprzyjającego włączeniu regionów pogranicza - Elektreny i Gminy Filipów poprzez rozwój infrastruktury i kompetencji w zakresie bezpieczeństwa przeciwpożarowego i ratownictwa. Projekt będzie wdrażany w okresie od 1.01.2019 r. do 1.12.2020 r. W toku projektu partnerzy rozwiną infrastrukturę: w Elektrenach zostanie wybudowana nowa remiza strażacka, Gmina Filipów wyremontuje remizę strażacką, kupi i wyposaży wóz strażacki. Partnerzy opracują program edukacyjny dotyczący podstaw zapobiegania zagrożeniom oraz bezpieczeństwa przeciwpożarowego i ratownictwa. 400 obywateli zostanie przeszkolonych w Gminie Filipów i Elektrenach. Partnerzy zorganizują 4 wydarzenia związane z rozwojem kompetencji i wymianą doświadczeń: 2 wizyty studyjne, 1 wymiana młodzieży i 1 konferencja. 190 osób weźmie udział w wydarzeniach transgranicznych i rozwinie swoje kompetencje. Wydarzenia te pozwolą gminie Elektreny na przejęcie dobrych praktyk ochotniczych straży pożarnych z Polski. Nowa infrastruktura, program edukacyjny dla obywateli i wymiana doświadczeń między strażakami przyczynią się do bezpieczniejszego rozwoju społeczności i do zwiększenia zaufania obywateli do przygranicznych samorządów lokalnych. Obywatele zostaną zmotywowani do wstąpienia do ochotniczych jednostek ratowniczo-gaśniczych.

Projektas “Infrastruktūros ir kompetencijų kūrimas abipus sienos priešgaisrinės saugos ir gelbėjimo srityje” yra įgyvendinamas Elektrėnų savivaldybės ir Pilypavo valsčiaus. Šio projekto tikslas – integralus augimas kuriant priešgaisrinės saugos ir gelbėjimo infrastruktūrą ir kompetencijas pasienio regijonuose, Elektrėnuose ir Pilypave. Projektas bus įgyvendintas nuo 2019 m. sausio 1 d. iki 2020 m. gruodžio 1 d. Įgyvendinant projektą Elektrėnuose bus pastatyta nauja priešgaisrinės saugos ir gelbėjimo stotis, o Pylipave bus renovuota esama priešgaisrinės saugos ir gelbėjimo stotis, bei įsigytas ir įrengtas gaisrinis automobilis. Projekto rėmuose partneriai kartu sukurs nelaimių prevencijos ir priešgaisrinės saugos ir gelbėjimo pagrindų ugdymo programą. 400 Pilypavo ir Elektrėnų piliečių bus mokomi šios programos pagrindu. Partneriai kartu įgyvendins 4 kompetencijų ugdymo ir patirties apsikeitimo renginius: 2 pažintinius vizitus, 1 jaunimo mainus ir konferenciją. 190 žmonių sudalyvaus tarptautiniuose renginiuose, kurių metu tobulins savo kompetencijas. Šie renginiai leis Elektrėnų savivaldybei perimti gerąją savanoriškų priešgaisrinės saugos ir gelbėjimo tarnybų patirtį iš Lenkijos. Naujai sukurta infrastruktūra, ugdomoji programa piliečiams ir patirties mainai tarp gaisrininkų prisidės prie saugesnių bendruomenių kūrimo bei didesnio piliečių pasitikėjimo vietos valdžia. Piliečiai bus motyvuoti prisijungti prie savanoriškų priešgaisrinės saugos ir gelbėjimo formuotes.

Achievements (EN):

10 institutions from Lithuania and 10 from Poland benefited from capacity building and sharing of experience events. The members of institutions got knowledge on fire safety and hazard prevention, safer working environment was be created. Within the project 1 new fire fighter station was built in Elektrėnai, 1 fire fighter station was renovated in Gmina Filipow and 1 fire fighter truck was bought in Gmina Filipow.
