As part of the project “EuRegio Salzburg — Berchtesgadener Land — Traunstein 2019-2021”, the expansion and strengthening of cross-border cooperation will continue. There are important elements in this; — cross-border programme development, including specialist working groups with cross-border staff as the starting point of many activities and (small) projects — Support for the implementation of the INTERREG Austria-Bavaria programme 2014-2020 — Small Projects Service In particular, in the context of cross-border programme development (already starting in 2018) framework conditions, development opportunities (including institutional nature) and (new) thematic priorities for cross-border cooperation in the EuRegio area should be analysed in general, but also for the EuRegio itself. As a result, this will also contribute to the INTERREG VI programming. The activities are at a glance (= framework for all bay.-Österr. Euregios) described in the attached activity profile for 2019. A detailing of this activity profile for 2019, accompanied by a capacity planning of the EuRegio Headquarters (here in the appendix initially only at job level) will be presented for 2019 at the end of 2018. The same documents, as agreed with the managing authority, will then be prepared and submitted for 2020 and 2021 at the turn of the year. The project is also planned to continue in the following years after 2021.

Im Rahmen des Projektes "EuRegio Salzburg - Berchtesgadener Land - Traunstein 2019-2021" werden der Ausbau und die Stärkung der grenzübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit weiter vorangetrieben. Wichtige Elemente dabei sind; - grenzübergreifende Programmraumentwicklung, u.a. mit grenzüberschreitend besetzten Facharbeitsgruppen als Ausgangspunkt vieler Aktivitäten und (Klein)Projekte - Unterstützung der Umsetzung des Programms INTERREG Österreich-Bayern 2014-2020 - Kleinprojekte-Service Insbesondere im Zuge der grenzübergreifenden Programmraumentwicklung sollen (bereits beginnend in 2018) Rahmenbedingungen, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten (auch institutioneller Art) und (neue) Themenschwerpunkte für die grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit im EuRegio-Raum generell, aber auch für die EuRegio selbst analysiert werden. Dies soll im Ergebnis dann auch einen Beitrag für die Programmplanung INTERREG VI erbringen. Die Aktivitäten sind im Überblick (= Rahmen für alle bay.-österr. Euregios) im beiliegenden Tätigkeitsprofil für das Jahr 2019 beschrieben. Eine Detaillierung dieses Tätigkeitsprofils für 2019 einhergehend mit einer dann auch präzisierten Kapazitätsplanung der EuRegio-Geschäftsstelle (hier im Anhang zunächst nur auf Stellen-Ebene) wird für das Jahr 2019 am Jahresende 2018 vorgelegt. Gleiche Unterlagen werden, wie mit der Verwaltungsbehörde abgestimmt, dann zum jeweiligen Jahreswechsel auch für 2020 und 2021 erstellt und vorgelegt. Eine Fortführung des Projektes auch in den Folgejahren nach 2021 ist geplant.
