L’industrie textile est une industrie de la plus polluante, utilisé 17 mil ton/ans de matériaux non-renouvelables en NWE. Donc NWE politique se concentre sur la transition a une économie circulaire dans l’industrie textile. Cependant, les techniques appropriées doivent être développées pour grande échelle. CircTex se concentre sur le développement des techniques pour recyclage et production des vêtements de travail en PET dans une chaine de processus fermée. Le secteur des vêtements de travail est le point de départ idéal pour la circularité dans l'industrie textile; Car la réutilisation est interdite, maintenant ce secteur est totalement dépendant des textiles nouveaux. Aussi, les exigences de qualité sont plus élevées et l’effet de l’utilisation est plus grande, donc les techniques pour des vêtements de travail peuvent également être appliquées dans les autres secteurs de l’industrie textile. Les techniques et procédés suivants pour des vêtements de travail circulaires en PET sera développé à TRL7: - Recyclage mécanique et chimique. - Filature et tissage. - Wear2 fil et micro-onde industriel pour l’assemblage et désassemblage. - Logos, laminés et accessoires circulaire. - Systèmes de collecte et de tri. Pendant testé et développé ces techniques et procédés, les effets de l’utilisation sera analysés. Les résultats de CircTex sera activement communiqués dans l’industrie textile NWE afin d’accroître le connaitre et augmenter le nombre de PME et de grandes entreprises qui contribuent activement à une industrie textile circulaire. Pour assurer les LTE, CircTex établira un réseau d'innovation impliquant les parties prenantes de NWE. Aussi, une norme internationale pour les textiles circulaires est initiée afin d'encourager le développement de la chaîne fermée pour d'autres types et produits de textiles. CircTex stimule la croissance de l'industrie textile en NWE et crée de nombreux emplois futurs.

Die NWE-Textilindustrie verbraucht jährlich 17 Mill Ton. nicht erneuerbare Rohstoffe und ist damit einer der meist umweltverschmutzende Industrie. Der Übergang zu einer zirkulären Wirtschaft in der Textilindustrie ist deshalb ein Schwerpunkt der NWE-Politik. Die erforderlichen Techniken müssen jedoch erst weiterentwickelt werden. CircTex konzentriert sich auf die Entwicklung von Recycling- und Produktionstechniken in einer geschlossenen Prozesskette für PET-Arbeitskleidung. Arbeitskleidung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Zirkularität in der Industrie. Da die Wiederverwendung der Kleidung verboten ist, ist dieser Sektor vollständig von neuem Textil abhängig. Die Qualitätsanforderungen sind höher, womit die Techniken auch in anderen Textilbereichen angewendet werden können. Die folgenden Techniken und Verfahren für zirkuläre PET-Arbeitskleidung werden entwickelt nach TRL 7: - Mech. und chem. Recycling - Spinnen und Weben - Wear2 Garn und industrielle Mikrowelle für die Montage und Demontage - Recycelbare Logos, Laminat und Zubehör - Sammel- und Sortiersysteme Diese werden in einer geschlossenen Prozesskette getestet und entwickelt, in der auch die Auswirkungen der Verwendung auf die Recyclingfähigkeit analysiert werden. Die Ergebnisse von CircTex werden in NWE aktiv kommuniziert um das Wissen und die Anzahl der aktiv zur Zirkularität beitragenden KMU und Großunternehmen in der Textilindustrie zu erhöhen. Um LTE zu versichern, wird CircTex ein Innovationsnetzwerk einrichten, wobei Beteiligte in NWE aktiv einbezogen werden. Ein internationaler Standard für zirkuläres Textil wird ebenfalls eingeführt, um die Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse für andere Textil-arten und -Produkte zu fördern. CircTex stimuliert das Wachstum der NWE-Textilindustrie und schafft damit viele zukünftige Arbeitsplätze. Da es sich hier um eine transnationale Industrie handelt, ist eine territoriale Zusammenarbeit in NWE erforderlich für Auswirkungen.

The NWE textiles industry yearly uses 17 mio tonnes non-renewable input materials, making it one of the most polluting industries. As a response NWE policies focus on the transition to a circular economy in textiles. But, insufficient developed technologies make this impossible. CircTex focusses on the development of recycling and production techn. in a closed-loop process chain for PET workwear, decreasing non-renewable input materials and the ecological impact in NWE textiles. Workwear is the ideal starting point for industry-wide innovation, this sector has a high need of input materials as reuse is not allowed. Thus, many public tenders ask for circular production Also, higher quality demands are set for workwear, and the use phase severely decreases recyclability. The following techn. and processes for circular PET workwear will be developed to TRL 7: - Mechanical and chemical recycling; - Spinning and weaving; - No-waste production; - Wear2 yarn and industrial microwave for assembly and disassembly; - Recyclable laminates, logo’s and accessories; - Collection and sorting systems; These will be tested and developed in a closed loop process chain, in which also the effects of usage on recyclability are taken into account. Results of CircTex are actively communicated in the NWE textiles industry to increase knowledge and the amount of SME’s and enterprises that actively work towards circularity in textiles. To ensure long-term effect, CircTex will set up an innovation network, actively involving stakeholders in the whole NWE. Also, an international standard for circular textiles will be initiated to stimulate further development of the circular process chain for other textiles and textile products. CircTex will stimulate growth of the NWE textiles industry, creating numerous jobs in the future. As the textiles industry is transnational, territorial cooperation in NWE is crucial for significant impact.
