"This project is part of the plan M.I.T.O":The main objective of the OUTDOOR Experience project is to improve the quality of the tourism sector through the introduction of innovative models for disseminating tourist information and for the realization of events. an "Outdoor Experience" model for tourist reception will be drafted, an innovative model of event management related to outdoor sport will be tested, which will lead to the realization of two festivals dedicated to OUTDOOR. This plan involves 5 Regions and almost all the NUTS III’s eligible areas. Italian and French partners are fronting an important challenge: creating an international market of outdoor tourism in ALCOTRA’s space. From a touristic point of view, this territory includes two poles north-south really famous, which are attracting international tourism: the Mont Blanc and the French Riviera. The territory between these two others has a wonderful natural heritage and an unmatched variety of landscapes. Outdoor activities are developed yet, but some of them known only at a local level, and the ones open to European markets are especially related to ski and winter tourism. The analyse of these problems purposed by the Plan shows that the outdoor products of ALCOTRA’s space is lowly organized, visible and readable by public. The 4 projects composing the PITEM’s strategy use the following schema: creating conditions to harmonize information’s on outdoor offer and make them interoperable, qualify touristic products thanks to formation of operators, realise needed infrastructures, test utilisation solutions of natural spaces in a logic of environment supervision, capitalize service management experiences and the promotion on both sides of the border. The goal is to promote continuity, renewing and outdoor sports users satisfaction thorough a clearest, safer, offer contributing to touristic offer diversification and seasonal adjustment.

"Ce projet fait partie du plan M.I.T.O".L’objectif principal du projet Expérience OUTDOOR est celui d’améliorer la qualité du secteur touristique grâce à l’introduction de modèles innovants de diffusion des informations touristiques et pour la réalisation d’évènements. un modèle « Expérience Outdoor » pour l’accueil touristique sera rédigé ,un modèle innovant de gestion des événements lié au sport Outdoor sera expérimenté, modèle qui aboutira à la réalisation de deux festivals dédiés à l’OUTDOOR. Ce Plan implique 5 Régions et presque toutes les zones NUTS III éligibles. Les partenaires italiens et français font face à un défi important : créer un marché international pour le tourisme outdoor dans l'espace ALCOTRA. Du point de vue touristique, ce territoire inclut deux pôles nord-sud très réputés, qui attirent le tourisme international : le Mont-Blanc et la Côte d'Azur. Le territoire entre ces deux pôles possède un patrimoine naturel merveilleux et une variété de paysages inégalée. Les activités de plein air sont déjà développées, mais certaines ne sont connues qu'au niveau local, et celles ouvertes aux marchés européens concernent principalement le ski et le tourisme d'hiver. L'analyse des problèmes proposée par le Plan démontre que le produit « outdoor » de l'espace ALCOTRA est faiblement organisé, visible et lisible par le public. Les 4 projets composant la stratégie du PITEM utilisent le schéma suivant : créer les conditions pour harmoniser les informations sur l'offre outdoor et les rendre interopérables, qualifier le produit touristique grâce à la formation des opérateurs, réaliser les infrastructures nécessaires, tester des solutions d'utilisation des espaces naturels dans une logique de tutelle de l'environnement, capitaliser l'expérience de gestion des services et de la promotion sur les 2 versants. Le but est de favoriser la continuité, le renouvellement et la satisfaction des usagers et amateurs de sport outdoor à travers une offre claire, sûre et de qualité en contribuant à la diversification de l'offre touristique et à la désaisonnalisation.

"Questo progetto fa parte dell'piano MITO":L'obiettivo principale del progetto OUTDOOR Experience è migliorare la qualità del settore turistico attraverso l'introduzione di modelli innovativi per la diffusione di informazioni turistiche e la realizzazione di eventi. verrà redatto un modello "Outdoor Experience" per l'accoglienza turistica, verrà testato un modello innovativo di gestione degli eventi legati allo sport all'aperto, che porterà alla realizzazione di due festival dedicati all'OUTDOOR. Il Piano coinvolge le 5 regioni e la quasi totalità delle zone NUTS III eleggibili. I partner intendono affrontare una sfida importante: creare un mercato turistico internazionale per l'outdoor nello spazio ALCOTRA. Questo territorio possiede due grandi polarità nord-sud già rinomate che fungono da "faro" attrattore per il turismo internazionale: il Monte Bianco e la Costa Azzurra. Il territorio compreso tra questi due poli possiede un patrimonio naturalistico pregevole e una varietà di paesaggi difficilmente riscontrabile. Alcune attività outdoor sono già sviluppate ma conosciute solo a livello locale con aperture su mercati europei e, in maggioranza, concentrate sul turismo sciistico invernale. L'analisi dei problemi evidenzia un prodotto outdoor poco strutturato, visibile e accessibile per il pubblico. I 4 progetti singoli che compongono la strategia del PITEM affrontano la tematica secondo l'articolazione seguente: creare le condizioni per armonizzare l'informazione outdoor e renderla interoperabile, qualificare il prodotto turistico attraverso la formazione degli operatori, realizzare infrastrutture e soluzioni sostenibili per l'utilizzo, capitalizzare l'esperienza nella gestione dei servizi e della promozione. L'obiettivo è quello di favorire la sostenibilità e la soddisfazione dei turisti outdoor grazie ad un'offerta leggibile e di qualità contribuendo così alla diversificazione dell'offerta turistica e alla destagionalizzazione.

"Ce projet fait partie du plan M.I.T.O": 1.La qualification de l’offre : À cet effet, le PITEM MITO dans son ensemble prévoit - le catalogage et la systématisation d’itinéraires de découverte du territoire outdoor ; - la co-création de paquets touristiques pour le tourisme outdoor et des initiatives de commercialisation ; - la co-définition et l’activation (en l’intégrant aux PITER GRAIES, ALPIMED et MONVISO) des maisons de l’outdoor (WP 3) ; - la qualification touristique des principaux événements locaux dédiés à l'outdoor (WP 4) et la promotion des résultats du PITEM lors de deux grands événements (Festival de l'outdoor - WP 4). Le résultat attendu est donc un renforcement de l’offre locale en termes de mise en oeuvre des espaces, des instruments et des services de découverte du territoire.

Il risultato Pertanto, è necessario rafforzare l'offerta locale in termini di attuazione di spazi, strumenti e territorio.
