"Questo progetto fa parte dell'piano CLIP": Il progetto CIRCUITO mira a strutturare una programmazione condivisa transfrontaliera per sostenere la capacità di innovazione delle imprese sul territorio di cooperazione. Il progetto permette una vera condivisione tra le autorità regionale e le strutture sostenendo l’innovazione delle strategie da proseguire per aumentare la capacità a produrre dell’innovazione nello spazio ALCOTRA. Il piano CLIP si prefigge di creare le condizioni per lo sviluppo a lungo termine di un sistema transfrontaliero dell’innovazione. La strategia proposta si fonda sul potenziamento delle infrastrutture digitali e della condivisione dei dati, sulla promozione di nuovi servizi innovativi per le PMI e nell’ambito dell’e-salute e dell’e-mobility. Il piano si articola in tre progetti, rivolti a testare e sviluppare servizi innovativi rivolti alle imprese (Circuito), all’ambito sanitario (E-sanità & Silver economy) e per la mobilità nell’area transfrontaliera (E-trasporti). Trasversalmente il quarto progetto, “Interoperabilità”, fornisce un supporto per sviluppare sistemi di stoccaggio e condivisione di dati sui due lati della frontiera, nonché creare una piattaforma web transfrontaliera funzionale alla fornitura dei servizi sviluppati nell’ambito degli altri tre progetti.

"This project is part of the plan CLIP" : The CIRCUITO project aims to structure a shared cross-border programing to sustain innovation capacities of industries within ALCOTRA’s cooperation space. CIRCUITO allows a real sharing between regional authorities and structures sustaining innovation of strategies to pursue to increase the capacity to product innovation in ALCOTRA’s territory. CLIP’s plan aims to create conditions for a long-term development of a cross-border system of innovation. The strategy purposed is based on the accessibility of numerical infrastructures systems and data sharing, the access to new innovative services for PMI, and the implementation of new services in the e-health sectors and of the e-mobility. This plan is articulated on three projects, deicated to test and develop innovative services for industries (Circuito), for health sector (E-Santé and silver economy) and for mobility in cross-border era (e-transport). The fourth project “interoperability” needs to furnish in a cross-border manner a sustain for the development of stockage systems and the sharing of datas on both sides of the border, but also for the development of a web cross-border platform dedicated to the distribution of developed services by three other projects.

"Ce projet fait partie du plan CLIP": Le projet CIRCUITO vise à structurer une programmation partagée transfrontalière pour soutenir la capacité d'innovation des entreprises dans l'espace de coopération. CIRCUITO permet un réel partage entre les autorités régionales et les structures soutenant l'innovation des stratégies à poursuivre pour augmenter la capacité à produire de l'innovation dans l'espace ALCOTRA. Le Plan CLIP vise à créer les conditions pour le développement à long terme d’un système transfrontalier de l’innovation. La stratégie proposée repose sur l'accessibilité des systèmes d'infrastructures numériques et le partage des données, l'accès à de nouveaux services innovants pour les PMI, ainsi que la mise en œuvre de nouveaux services dans les domaines de l'e-santé et de l'e-mobilité. Le Plan s’articule autour de trois projets, destinés à tester et développer des services innovants pour les entreprises (Circuito), pour le secteur sanitaire (E-santé et silver economy) et pour la mobilité dans l’aire transfrontalière (E-transport). Le 4ème projet « Interopérabilité » doit fournir de manière transversale un appui pour le développement des systèmes de stockage et de partage des données sur les deux versants de la frontière, ainsi que le développement d’une plateforme web transfrontalière destinée à la distribution des services développés par les 3 autres projets.
