Description (EN):

The project intends to promote access to social and health services in the mountainous and rural areas of the PITER territories. It is coherent with European policies (active ageing) and the intervention lines of the French and Italian socio-sanitary policies at different scales. The planned activities are aimed at several typologies of target audiences (chronically ill, elderly, disabled) but also seasonal workers and tourists passing through. The project promotes the provision of health care and prevention services, offering an increasingly comprehensive offer and a more focused approach to fragile patients. This PITER aims to create a permanent collaboration for a coordinated gestion of development policies in a homogeneous and well-defined area, the cross-border area of Monviso, thorough the development of new instruments of territorial concertation and the creation of a touristic cross-border destination linked to Monviso. The strategy confirm an high implication of local political institutions, Monviso territory as territorial and identarian aggregation and of a declared political will de front together common problematics of local development thorough 4 simple projects on the 4 axes of the program: Green Economy “research and innovation”, Risk “risks prevention”, ToUR “natural and cultural heritage”, and Incl “health and social services”.

"Ce projet fait partie du plan TERRES MONVISO": Le projet entend favoriser l’accès aux services socio-sanitaires dans les zones de montagnes et rurales des territoires du PITER. Il est cohérent avec les politiques européennes (vieillissement actif) et les lignes d’intervention des politiques socio-sanitaires française et italienne, à différentes échelles. Les activités proposées sont destinées à plusieurs typologies de publics cibles (malades chroniques, personnes âgées, handicapés) mais aussi les travailleurs saisonniers et touristes de passage. Le projet encourage une offre de services socio-sanitaires de prévention et soin, en proposant une offre de plus en plus complète et une approche plus tournée vers les patients fragiles. La stratégie vise à créer une collaboration permanente pour une gestion coordonnée des politiques de développement dans une zone homogène et bien définie, la zone transfrontalière de Monviso, à travers le développement de nouveaux instruments de concertation territoriale et la création d’une destination touristique transfrontalière liée au Monviso. La stratégie confirme une forte implication des institutions politiques locales, le territoire du Monviso comme agrégation territoriale et identitaire et une volonté politique déclarée de vouloir affronter ensemble les problématiques communes de développement local à travers 4 projets simples sur les 4 axes du programme : Economies Vertes « recherche et innovation », Risk : « prévention des risques » , ToUR « patrimoine naturel et culturel » et Incl « service sanitaires et sociaux ».

"Questo progetto fa parte dell'piano TERRES MONVISO": Il progetto intende intervenire per ridurre le disparità territoriali in termini di assistenza socio-sanitaria in aree svantaggiate di media e alta montagna. È coerente con le politiche europee (invecchiamento attivo) e le linee di intervento delle politiche socio-sanitarie francese e italiana, a diversi livelli. Si rivolge alle categorie deboli dei residenti (anziani, malati cronici, disabili) ma anche alla popolazione stagionale transfrontaliera (lavoratori e turisti). Il progetto incentiva un'offerta di servizi socio-sanitari di prevenzione e cura, proponendo un’offerta di servizi sempre più completa e un approccio sempre più integrato verso i pazienti fragili. La strategia punta a creare una collaborazione permanente per una gestione coordinata delle politiche di sviluppo di un'area omogenea e ben definita, l’area transfrontaliera del Monviso, attraverso lo sviluppo di nuovi strumenti di concertazione territoriale e la creazione di una destinazione turistica transfrontaliera legata al Monviso. La strategia conferma un importante coinvolgimento delle istituzioni politiche locali; il territorio del Monviso come aggregazione territoriale e identitaria e una volontà politica dichiarata di voler affrontare insieme le problematiche comuni di sviluppo locale attraverso 4 progetti semplici sui 4 assi del programma: Economie Verdi «ricerca e innovazione», Risk: «prevenzione dei rischi» , ToUR «patrimonio naturale e culturale» e Incl «servizi sanitari e sociali».

Expected Results (EN): "This project is part of the plan TERRES MONVISO": Launch of an integrated approach wich make possible to promote awarenness among recipients about aging problematic, the expected result ll be treated as whole.
