"Ce projet fait partie du plan ALPIMED": Le projet ALPIMED MOBIL vise à favoriser la mobilité durable dans l’espace de l’aire transfrontalière comprise entre les Provinces de Cuneo et Imperia et le Département des Alpes Maritimes, en direction à la fois des habitants, des travailleurs faisant des trajets quotidiens et des touristes occasionnels. Le projet cherche à étudier les flux liés aux différentes typologies de mobilité (à vélo, piétonne, motorisée et liée au transport public) dans le but même de promouvoir l’utilisation de la ligne ferroviaire Cuneo/ Ventimiglia/Nice, en favorisant un changement des habitudes qui passe par des campagnes de communication et la création de centres multimodaux, permettant les correspondances avec des moyens de transport à faible impact environnemental (vélos et navettes électriques, bornes de recharge de véhicules électriques) à proximité des stations ferroviaires. Ce PITER souhaite co-construire des modèles d’intervention sur son territoire afin de faciliter l’émergence d’un schéma de développement à l’échelle transfrontalière. Le Plan souhaite identifier les leviers et les conditions favorables au développement économique local des territoires périphériques de montagne et ruraux, tout en valorisant les atouts du territoire et les échanges. Il agira sur les leviers suivants : meilleure gestion des ressources naturelles et attention au changement climatique ; valorisation du patrimoine naturel au travers de l’éco-tourisme ; maintien de la mobilité transfrontalière et utilisation de l’innovation et accès aux technologies de l’information pour renforcer le tissu économique local.

"This project is part of the plan ALPIMED": The project ALPIMED MOBIL aims to promote sustainable mobility in the cross-border area between the Provinces of Cuneo and Imperia and the Department of the Maritime Alps, aimed at the inhabitants, workers making daily trips and occasional tourists. The project seeks to study the flows related to different types of mobility (bike, pedestrian, motorized and public transport-related) in order to promote the use of the Cuneo/Ventimiglia/Nice rail line, by promoting a change in habits that involve communication campaigns and the creation of multi-modal centers, allowing connections with low-impact means of transport (bikes and electric shuttles, vehicle charging stations near railway stations. This PITER wants to co-build models of intervention on its territory in order to facilitate the emergence of a development schema at cross-border scale. The Plan wants to identify leviers and favourable conditions to local economic development of peripheric territories of mountain and rural, promoting in the same time territory advantages and exchanges. This plan will act on the following leviers: a better management of natural resources and a particular attention to climate change; valorisation of natural patrimony thorough eco-tourism; maintaining of a cross-border mobility and utilisation of innovation and access to information technologies to enforce the local economic.

"Questo progetto fa parte dell'piano ALPIMED": Il progetto ALPIMED MOBIL intende favorire la mobilità sostenibile all’interno dell’area transfrontaliera compresa tra le Province di Cuneo e Imperia ed il Dipartimento delle Alpi Marittime, rivolgendosi sia alla popolazione residente e pendolare sia ai turisti occasionali. Il progetto intende studiare i flussi legati a varie tipologie di mobilità (ciclabile, pedonale, motorizzata e legata al trasporto pubblico) al fine di promuovere l’utilizzo della linea ferroviaria Cuneo/Ventimiglia/Nizza, favorendo un cambiamento delle abitudini che passa attraverso campagne di comunicazione e la creazione di centri multi-modali e di interscambio con mezzi a ridotto impatto ambientale (biciclette e navette elettriche, colonnine per la ricarica di automobili elettriche) in prossimità delle stazioni ferroviarie. Questo PITER vuole co-costruire dei modelli di intervento sul suo territorio per facilitare l’emergenza di un schema di sviluppo a livello transfrontaliero. Il Piano vuole identificare le leve e le condizioni favorevole allo sviluppo economico locale del territorio periferico di montagna e rurale, promuovendo nello stesso momento gli vantaggi del territorio e gli scambi. Il Piano agirà sulle leve seguente: migliora gestione delle risorse naturale e attenzione portata al cambiamento climatico, valorizzazione del patrimonio naturale attraverso l’eco-turismo, mantenimento della mobilità transfrontaliera e l’uso dell’innovazione tecnologica e accesso alle tecnologie dell’informazione per rinforzare il tessuto economico locale.
