"This project is part of the plan PACE ": The main objective of the project is to enhance, from a sustainable tourism perspective, the potential of the cultural heritage of the cross-border territory. The specific objectives are: 1) Networking diffuse heritage sites, thus creating cultural ecosystems by thematic dimension and territorial dimension; 2) unveil heritage, producing instruments and methods of dissemination, and making sites and content accessible; 3) mobilize and unite the territory's living forces, increasing participation in decision-making processes and the awareness/appropriation of sites. The expected results are the establishment of 4 thematic cross-border cultural ecosystems, and public awareness. Based on the heritage concerned by the other projects that make up the PITEM, the partners have identified the 4 themes (Prehistory, Historical Building, Resistance, Sacred and Profane) around which cross-border cultural ecosystems will be built. The ALCOTRA 2014/2020 Program identifies, among the threats, the risk of loss of the cultural heritage, a finding which is even more worrying for the intangible heritage. Heritage is also threatened because of climate change, which amplifies the causes of deterioration of materials, and because of the lack of knowledge of local populations of the principles of restoration of traditional buildings. All this increases the risk of loss of the cultural concept, understood as an identity element / founder of a region, such as the Transboundary Region, which has gone through history and everywhere presents clear evidence of this cultural sharing. PITEM proposes to preserve the Alcotra space thanks to its cultural markers and their common evolution. Four projects based on a common chronological division will identify strategies for the conservation and exchange of good practices: Tell, Save, Promote and Share. The actions will aim at the knowledge and safeguarding of tangible and intangible heritage, in order to provide users and the public with tools to understand the cultural value of the territory in line with environmental issues. The results of the projects will be part of a perspective of economic development, tourist attractiveness and boosting the cross-border territory.

"Ce projet fait partie du plan PACE": L’objectif principal du projet est celui de valoriser, dans une perspective de tourisme durable, le potentiel du patrimoine culturel du territoire transfrontalier. Les objectifs spécifiques sont : 1) Mettre en réseau les sites du patrimoine diffus, créant ainsi des écosystèmes culturels par dimension thématique et dimension territoriale ; 2) dévoiler le patrimoine, en produisant des instruments et des méthodes de diffusion, et en rendant accessibles les sites et les contenus ; 3) mobiliser et fédérer les forces vives du territoire, en augmentant la participation aux processus décisionnels et la conscience/appropriation des sites. Les résultats attendus sont la constitution de 4 écosystèmes culturels transfrontaliers thématiques, et la sensibilisation de la population. Sur la base du patrimoine concerné par les autres projets qui composent le PITEM, les partenaires ont identifiés les 4 thématiques (Préhistoire, Bâti historique, Resistance, Sacré et Profane) autour desquelles seront construits les écosystèmes culturels transfrontaliers. Le Programme ALCOTRA 2014/2020 identifie, parmi les menaces, le risque de perte du patrimoine culturel, constat qui s’avère encore plus préoccupant pour le patrimoine immatériel. Le patrimoine se trouve menacé également à cause des changements climatiques, qui amplifient les causes d’altération des matériaux, et en raison du manque de connaissance des populations locales aux principes de restauration du bâti traditionnel. Tout cela accroît le risque de perte du concept culturel, entendu comme élément identitaire/fondateur d’une région, telle la Région transfrontalière, qui a traversé l’histoire et présente partout des témoignages évidents de ce partage culturel. Le PITEM se propose de préserver l’espace Alcotra grâce à ses marqueurs culturels et à leur évolution commune. Quatre projets basés sur un découpage chronologique commun identifieront des stratégies de conservation et d’échanges de bonnes pratiques intitulés : Raconter, Sauvegarder, Promouvoir et Partager. Les actions viseront la connaissance et la sauvegarde du patrimoine, matériel et immatériel, afin de fournir aux usagers et aux publics des instruments pour comprendre la valeur culturelle du territoire en adéquation avec les problématiques environnementales. Les résultats des projets s’inscriront dans une perspective de développement économique, d’attractivité touristique et de dynamisation du territoire transfrontalier.

"Questo progetto fa parte dell'piano PACE": L’obiettivo principale del progetto è quello di valorizzare in una prospettiva di turismo sostenibile, il potenziale del patrimonio culturale del territorio transfrontaliero. Gli obiettivi specifici sono: 1) mettere in rete i siti del patrimonio diffuso, creando degli ecosistemi culturali per dimensione tematica e dimensione territoriale; 2) svelare il patrimonio, producendo strumenti e metodi di divulgazione e rendendo accessibili siti e contenuti; 3) mobilitare e federare le forze vive del territorio, aumentando la partecipazione ai processi decisionali e la consapevolezza/appropriazione dei siti. I risultati attesi sono la costituzione di 4 ecosistemi culturali transfrontalieri tematici e la sensibilizzazione della popolazione. Sulla base del patrimonio interessato dagli altri progetti che compongono il PITEM, i partner hanno individuato le 4 tematiche - Preistoria, Costruito storico, Resistenza, Sacro e profano - attorno alle quali costruire gli ecosistemi culturali transfrontalieri. Il programma ALCOTRA 2014/2020 identifica tra le minacce il rischio di perdita del patrimonio culturale, un risultato ancora più preoccupante per il patrimonio immateriale. Il patrimonio è anche minacciato a causa del cambiamento climatico, che amplifica le cause del deterioramento dei materiali e della mancanza di conoscenza della popolazione locale sui principi del restauro di edifici tradizionali. Tutto ciò aumenta il rischio di perdita del concetto culturale, inteso come elemento di identità / fondatore di una regione, come la regione transfrontaliera, che ha attraversato la storia e ovunque presenta chiare prove di questa condivisione culturale. PITEM propone di preservare lo spazio Alcotra grazie ai suoi marcatori culturali e alla loro comune evoluzione. Quattro progetti basati su una divisione cronologica comune identificheranno le strategie per la conservazione e lo scambio di buone pratiche: Racconta, salva, promuovi e condividi. Le azioni mireranno alla conoscenza e alla salvaguardia del patrimonio materiale e immateriale, al fine di fornire agli utenti e al pubblico strumenti per comprendere il valore culturale del territorio in linea con le questioni ambientali. I risultati dei progetti faranno parte di una prospettiva di sviluppo economico, attrattiva turistica e valorizzazione del territorio transfrontaliero.
